Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Clair

Such a lovely spot, felt very homely and was described exactly as it was. Host was flexible with checking in/out which was great. About 15 mins drive from Dunedin centre which was perfect for us. Would go back any time!

Great stay, very clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host. Only small downsides were the units park was taken the whole trip (host did organise alternative parking promptly), and king bed request in second room was not made up. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay!

Dave's place is ideally located for exploring many of the key tourist places without driving or worrying about expensive parking. The unit has everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, easy to find, central, easily walkable to city centre. Bed was super comfy. Apartment nice and warm and dry despite miserable Dunedin winter rain and cold outside. Host very helpful.

We were very pleasantly surprised by Kate's place. A perfectly located spot just 10min drive from the city. A beautiful open outlook of Dunedin, modern and immaculate. Everything was provided to make it a cosy and comfortable stay. Kate was lovely and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Honestly? The best Airbnb we stayed during our trip in NZ! Very high end furnitures and appliances. Beautiful and unique details. So far. it's the first place I really felt at home.

Great house in a lovely spot, the views are amazing and it’s a short walk to a lovely beach and restaurants. The house has a lived in feel with lots of soft furnishings and candles etc which makes you feel really at home.

I spent a month at Nadine's house and absolutely loved it. A perfect "home away from home" with everything you need, as described. I was there in the autumn and would love to be there in the warmer months so I could make use of the nice deck and outdoor areas. The house was very nicely situated on the flat in North East Valley, a two minute walk from the bus stop to the city, and also from Chingford Park. I didn't have a car, and it was easy to cycle there from the campus and city on the flat. Nadine and her husband Jake were very helpful and always responded quickly if I ever had any questions about anything. I would definitely stay there again.

Great wee place to stay, clean and tidy. Lots of things to do, books, games, TV, etc. Has most amenities you’ll need!

Belinda’s place is clean and spacious with a great central heating system and heated toilet. Stay was very comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen is also well equipped. Highly recommended

Wonderful place. Excellent facilities and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Location walkable to the beach and cafés. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning view. Recently added covered back yard with plenty of outdoor shade and seating - even a grill. We loved sitting out there every day and enjoying the garden. Comfortable beds! I also appreciate there was a variety of pillows, especially the contour foam one was very comfy. Appreciate having a parking space at the top of the driveway so we did not have to park in the street. Everything is new and in great condition, - the furniture, the appliances. Plenty of kitchen pans and utensils. Margy was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful. We hope to return to Dunedin and will definitely stay here again!

This is a great place, well located, super clean and full of character and space. You really don't have to go far to find free parking, so don't worry about that. Perfect location for exploring Dunedin and the surrounding area

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Helen’s over the weekend. Her place is fantastic - so incredibly clean, warm and inviting. Helen is an amazing host, very responsive and proactive.
