A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar and restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Within easy reaching distance of top rated Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

The Old Merchant House

A wonderful medieval property updated to the highest standards to meet modern needs set within Domfront castle town. Wake up to peace and quiet then take a stroll to the boulangerie for breakfast ,then perhaps later dine at one of the many friendly restaurants, cafes or bars. You will be delighted by the beautiful castle and stunning landscaped grounds that surround it .The area is very picturesque and full of charm and character. It's a great place to discover the real France and its culture.

Surrounded by 'green' and nature. Looking for peace and quiet and a sense of isolation in a charming, modernised house 'SERENDIPITÉ' is for you. Situated on a rural lane officially known as 'LE MARAIS DE ROUELLÉ' it is the last house in the village and the first on an ancient countryside trail, dating back to the 11th century. Standing alone on the lane with a large, semi-circular, ornate front garden a couple of strides away with a larger garden at the rear. Comfortable, cosy and welcoming.

Pour les recharges des voitures électriques un supplément sera pris en plus merci!
