Charming little house very nicely decorated, quiet in the countryside on the edge of a greenway (many tourist sites accessible by bike via roads/paths with very little traffic). Diane is very concerned about your well-being. Very nice place to recharge and enjoy this corner of Périgord away from the noise and the crowd.

The outdoor kitchen and relaxing area was superb. We spent a lot of time out there watching the birds and balloons float by. Loved sitting in the tub with cool water on a hot day, watching the boats on the river. Gorgeous views of the town. Central location to easily drive out to so many beautiful picturesque towns. Highly recommend the canoe loisirs 3 hour canoe journey from vitrac to beynac. They run a very cheerful organized business.

Medieval Cottage Next to Castle with Valley Views!

This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.

We had a great weekend in the chalet despite the heat. Many thanks to Fabienne for her advice (especially the Bambousaie for a little freshness and the Domme pizzeria, we had a great time). We will not fail to think of you during a future stay!

We immediately felt at home in the lovely house in a beautiful place. The house has all the comforts; a spacious kitchen, nice beds, children's stuff and a huge garden with swimming pool (which unfortunately it was too cold for). It was nice that there were people in the other houses on the property, but you don't often come across them because of the huge space so you experience all the peace and quiet! Nevertheless, there is also a lot to do in the vicinity. We had some questions about practical matters (including separating waste and a doctor) and Sophie was always helpful and responded quickly. I would recommend everyone to spend a while here!
