Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Take a break and unwind at this fully renovated 2021 cottage in the farmhouse. The cottage is on the ground floor and consists of a large bedroom, a large living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. This cottage is located on an organic farm (cows, sheep, goats and chickens). You can discover the many hiking sites and enjoy the ski areas of Pailherols and Lioran. Quiet and preserved environment.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
