Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Barthélemy Island

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille , le logement était près de la mer donc idéal pour une baignade au pied levé surtout pour les enfants. Village calme. La venue de filipa pour le ménage quotidien est très appréciable. Je recommande à 1000%

Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Foi uma estadia deliciosa , com certeza voltarei para curtir mais intensamente os prazeres que Saint Barth nos traz , alma , coração e mente ! Aqui tudo se conecta ! Jean Bernard is the consummate host! He was extremely hospitable and very quick to reply, and he was so friendly! We absolutely loved staying at his gorgeous house on the beach. It was the ideal place for our family reunion of sorts. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you want to. We lived going to the bakery up the hill and also thought the local pizza place and Vietnamese place were both great! All within walking distance though we drove to the bakery. The house is 5 minutes drive from Gustavia and has 2 parking spots if needed. Definitely rent a car for SBH. This house was gorgeous and the view of the sea from the deck is just breathtaking. We loved sitting on the deck and we used the hottub a little. We would definitely stay here again because Corossol is a gorgeous little beach that isn't crowded. Thank you JB!!

One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean and has the most beautiful view! A good workout to get to the apartment but worth every second when you see the view. Max was extremely friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We loved our stay at Bryan’s place in St Jean. It was as described, clean and in a great location. The place is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. You can hear music at night but it didn’t bother us at all. Bryan was very responsive and helpful. Great communication with instructions for easy check in and out. We would be happy to stay again. Thank you Bryan!

This was a great place to stay! Isabelle was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The place is in a great location and was exactly like in the photos. Excellent all around!

This is a great spot for a couple. If you have been to St. Bart's before and don't know Anse des Cayes, it is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to Gutavia and St. Jean, without the traffic associated with larger hotels. The beach below the villa is great for a walk. There is a small grocery shop, and the Manapany will provide an excellent meal. The house itself is perfect - though the bath with no door means you had better know your roommate well. The small outdoor kitchen is very well equipped, though we didn't use it. The living and dining space - also outside - are protected (from the sun and insects) with stout screens....we didn't use them either. Nice small, shallow pool - un heated, but refreshing. Very private hillside villa. Highly recommend this spot.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Patricias hus. Alt var rent og pænt. Super beliggenhed lige ved stranden og tæt på indkøbs muligheder. Næste gang vi tager til Saint Barth vil vi helt klart booke Patricias hus igen😍 kæmpe anbefaling fra os, familie på 4.

Absolutely stunning location and property- great views, relaxing house, and very well thought out design. Felt right at home and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean made it incredibly relaxing. Well worth the money.

Villa on the Rock exceeded expectations in every way. Perfectly located, well appointed and very comfortable. Chris and Piri were at once very responsive and completely unobtrusive.

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in St. Barths. The view was breathtaking and our son loved the pool. It’s only a 5 minute drive to Gustavia and about 8 minutes to be popular beach clubs. It was everything we needed with lots of space. Elodie was the perfect host!

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. You will not regret staying here. Thank you so much Jean — he gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities as well :)

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

Terrasse avec vue tellement belle et tranquille que nous avons préféré cuisiner et manger sur notre balcon plutôt qu' aller au resto. Vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine de qualites. Chaises de plage et parasol fournis. Télévision avec postes français . Adaptateurs pour les prises de courant. Deux petites épiceries a distances de marche et un super U bien approvisionné(petits formats adaptés aux courts séjours ) et que dire de la plage de 3 kms qui est nettoyée a chaque jour. En résumé nous avons passée une très belle semaine!

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

Mijn moeder en ik hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee en Anguilla. Het appartement was heel erg schoon. Georgi is een hele fijne host die ervoor zorgt dat je verblijf fantastisch is. Je hoeft maar iets te vragen en ze staat voor je klaar. Voor iedereen die een zorgeloos verblijf op Saint Martin zoekt: zoek niet verder :)
