in a very quiet neighbourhood but short distance to bus stop , it only takes me 2 mins to get to No. 44 bus stop which gets me to many places in toulouse. It's newly renovated i like their bathroom style. They're very responsive. I highly recommend!

Very enjoyable few days visiting my daughter who’s at uni in Toulouse. Easy walk to metro, tram & into the city. The apartment is very spacious with comfortable beds, a great terrace for sunbathing & large sofa for relaxing indoors. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us .

Perfect apartment for a long stay. The location was great, supermarket next door, easy access to the highway, bus stop next door to go to the center, walk along the canal. At the level of the apartment itself, nothing to say. It has everything you need. And the air-co is a big plus, as well as the parking space. The welcome was perfect, communication easy, friendly and efficient. I loved living in Toulouse. Thanks again for this gem 😊

We absolutely loved this property. The location is ideally located just across from a beautiful park and botanical garden. Very quiet, very safe. Lots of families and close to restaurants, cafe's, etc. The entire apartment was spotless from the kitchen, to the bathroom, furniture, linens, floors, etc. It felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The private rooftop terrace was such a nice place to relax in the evenings. The private garage parking was also a very nice feature, but unfortunately, we booked a larger rental car (BMW X3) and although it fit, I personally wasn't comfortable getting into the narrow entrance so ended up parking on the street. That said, next time in Toulouse, we will rent a smaller car! The hosts were fantastic - the personal check-in is such a nice feature and helpful to really get to know the property. Thank you Brune and Audrey for a wonderful long weekend in Toulouse. I hope we are lucky enough to come back!

Mina is a very good host, always responsive to messages, flexible on schedules. His apartment was great, nothing to say, with everything available. The apartment is very well located on TLS. It was a good time in a good apartment. I would recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay at Stéphane and Michel's in Toulouse! The apartment was impeccable, very well located, and above all very pleasant to live in, we slept like babies. A big thank you to them for their warm welcome and flexibility for our arrival. A little extra that was very much appreciated: the delicious muffins that were waiting for us when we arrived! We had a great stay in this charming and perfectly located accommodation! As a true Toulousaine, having had my grandparents on rue Devic, I was moved to find the neighborhood of my childhood. We were a family of 7 (2 adults, 3 children and grandparents), and were able to comfortably accommodate 10 people twice for lunch thanks to the two large tables provided. The apartment is well-equipped, very pleasant to live in and tastefully decorated. The laundry detergent smelled so good that I ordered the same one! 😊 Thanks again to our host for their availability and hospitality. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful suite, we had a great evening and night there. The suite is clean, tastefully decorate. The plus, the set of dimmed LEDs that puts us in the mood as soon as we walk through the door. And what about the hot tub which is spacious and so nice. We'll be there again. Thanks Diana and Adrien.

The accommodation was beautiful, exactly as in the photos! Very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, a real plus to relax after a big day. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!

A perfect place to enjoy the center of Toulouse. The apartment is located in the heart of the center, but its location in a small street and on the rooftops make it a very quiet place. Comfortable and well-equipped, with of course the very pleasant spa bath as a bonus.
