Tidy apartment near downtown. We found everything we needed in the apartment.

I stayed directly from the hospital after hip surgery, with the help of a rollator. Barrier-free access in the apartment, the scooter fit conveniently in the shower, where it was used as a seat, in addition to moving around the room. Everything from seasoning to hygiene supplies was available. The apartment is clean, really quiet, a few steps from the car you can get in, as well as go out. When checking in and out, Markku was empathetic and flexible. The place is now the absolute number one on my list of accommodation for my visits to Joensuu! I highly recommend it!

This was a beautiful condo with everything we needed. It was close to shopping and public transportation. It was clean and the owner was kind enough to let us check out a little later than scheduled.

We have stayed a total of 8 times on the canal with a large group. It is easy to find, check-in at your own time is easy and effortless. The setting is beautiful, with the best place to follow the seasons. The floor plan of the house is good. The bedrooms are upstairs and the common areas are downstairs. A larger group can sit at the large dining table. The living room can also accommodate a larger group. Iida always responds quickly, making it easy to agree on things. We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

We stayed at the house for 2 nights. A gorgeous place. So much room for everyone. The second evening the downstairs bathroom started overflowing. At least we noticed in time and immediately texted the host and we got an answer right away. We were smart enough to turn off the water for the whole house. A very nice man (that had dropped off some grilling supplies before), came and knew right away what was the problem. He explained that the toilet tank outside (septic tank) was full and needed to be cleaned out. He called the company and in 30 minutes the truck was outside. The man helped us turn the water back on. He was very sorry about the whole situation and offered us a late check out and free cleaning. Our friend group really enjoyed the stay and it is truly a beautiful place to stay at, we made life long memories there.

It was a very nice and pleasant stay we really enjoyed. Everything was well arranged. wooden sauna was good. Paula is friendly and helpful.

A personal apartment in a quiet house, centrally located. Nina was flexible as needed and responded to messages quickly. Good instructions, at least a good bed for me.

Leena is a great host and has her apartment very tastefully and functionally furnished, you can find small tips and instructions everywhere, everything is ready, the check in was easy, although we had booked very short notice. We enjoyed the beautiful large balcony and the Finnish landscape. Lehmo is a bit outside, the buses run hourly, but there are also good bike paths to Joenssuu. We wish Leena many more nice guests!

Taina's apartment was beautiful and practical. There was plenty of space and everything we needed as a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers for a few days. The beds were good and we slept well. Taina was very friendly and communication was easy and fast. Beautiful views opened from the windows. We will come again!

Stayed with the family in this wonderfully personal home. Very clean. I was surprised by the great location near the big shops. It was only a couple of kilometers downtown. The host responded quickly and everything went well.

It was a wonderful weekend stay at this place! We spent the days elsewhere, but we got a good night's sleep here. Easy to come and good directions. Recommended! 👍🏻
