Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and sustainable materials, self-contained in water (rainwater recovery not potable but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drome Valley. In the middle of nature, beautiful views of the village and the mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (beware of the path!). Nice cats on the premises... Ideal house for 2, walkers and walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

Le village, ses commerces et sa rivière avec locations de canoës et de VTT sont à 2km. Sa situation loin des grands axes en fait un endroit calme et propice au repos. Logement très bien équipé : TV, WIFI, clim, cuisine équipée, lits spacieux et confortables, terrasse, grand jardin. Logement non fumeur, pas de soirées festives.

Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 minutes on foot - 5 minutes by bike or car from the center…. Because it goes down….!!!
