Responsive host! She was able to answer our questions… despite a late arrival on our part, she was able to offer us a solution without any problems. The only downside was that the water flow was very low or even non-existent, but due to a problem outside the house and the responsibility of the host. Positive point about the pool!!! Very nice stay in this spacious and comfortable house. The whole family was delighted with this stay. The welcome was warm and the checkout was flexible. The air conditioning was very nice and the house is very well equipped. Both terraces have been perfect for relaxing after days at the beach. The location is ideal, close to the sea and in a friendly neighborhood. The house is also perfectly suitable for children, with a crib and games available. I highly recommend it!

Accommodation as described and very comfortable. Friendly and very responsive host Undisputed cleanliness of the accommodation Ms. Khelifi often cared about our well-being and our settling in (it's appreciated). Proactive and helpful communication. Excellent value for money. In short, if you want to spend a guided stay in Morocco without going through a travel agency, in 3-star accommodation at the price of a budget hotel, in a seaside resort with beautiful beaches (less so for the surroundings), then you've come to the right place. So I would recommend this host.

We had a very nice stay in Sam's new house with a spotless exterior with a great plus the pool plus very friendly and family dining area the children will be happy clean and spacious house with all the necessary very spacious rooms with TV in each and quiet soothing place wifi and close to the sea and shops I highly recommend. Beautiful Villa in a peaceful location

Beautiful house, very well located and secure. Modern residence, and very large, functional house with all comforts. Maintained and shaded pool with garden furniture.Toit terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Great bedding!Very nice experience thanks to our host Bilal who was very responsive when discovering the house, reassuring before our arrival and especially with a big heart that took us out of a beautiful, offbeat plane galley! Thanks again for hosting us!

Nothing to say, Hajar and her husband are very welcoming, so kind!!! So the villa is very clean. I felt like I was in my spacious home. The little extra is the roof terrace that wasn't in the photos. It was our pastime for a relaxing moment in the sun. No neighbors opposite, which is great. Saidia is a beautiful clean city, we had a great time. You can book, don't hesitate!!! Sami is an incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful host. He responds quickly and is always ready to answer questions or help when needed. The villa is clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There are even bicycles at your disposal, but walking in the area is also wonderful. The beach is at walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets, both from the balcony and during walks nearby. The garden of the villa is also a nice place to relax, both during the day and in the evening.

An excellent place to rejuvenate and enjoy nature and spend your vacation in total relaxation with your family. The beauty of the villa and its surroundings. The security, the good hosting by the owner. The complete equipment and quality of the villa with its beautiful pool, beautiful decoration and above all total calm, you don't miss anything! A great stay at this stunning villa surrounded by orange trees!!!!!! The caretaker Ahmed is very helpful, he was able to make us good food! We'll be happy to go back!

Rafik and his nephew Abdel Nacer were above our expectations, first of all Rafik was exceptionally kind, friendly, facilitator and accommodating from start to finish, exceptional host Ma Chaa Allah (May the Blessing of Allah be upon him) Then we were taken care of by his nephew Abdel Nacer, what to say: a pearl, a honey, a beautiful soul MA CHAA ALLAH, he took care of everything for us and each of our requests he was above the normal responsiveness, this as soon as we arrived he was waiting for us by moving where we were and took us step by step to the villa, and even that at one point we had no electric current, he did in 5 minutes in such a way that the electric current comes back and more, never again an outage MA CHAA ALLAH, he was looking for our news, it was like in real parents no doubt!! it's touching! The villa very quiet and adorable neighborhood, discreet smiling SUPER! MA CHAA ALLAH! THANKS!!!!

This vacation exceeded all our expectations from the moment we entered Carym's villa until it's time to say goodbye! The villa is incredibly beautiful, clean and everything you may think you need, the villa is fully equipped. Carym is a super host, very responsive and eager to answer any questions you may have at any time of the day. Would highly recommend!

The house is simply sumptuous, even more beautiful than in the photos. The place is quiet, clean, well maintained, and perfectly in line with the listing. But what really made the difference was the kindness and availability of the caretaker, Yasin. He was simply extraordinary: always smiling, helpful, and ready to help with great discretion.
