The apartment is perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. I had a wonderful time staying at Florenza Khamsin. Communication was smooth, and Zakaria and Alin were always available to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll find everything you need nearby – from restaurants and ATMs to supermarkets, all within walking distance. I spent 10 days alone in Hurghada and felt safe and well taken care of at all times. If you’re not into expensive hotel resorts, this place is just right for you. You won’t regret booking it! Thank you so much.

Ich war rundum zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem modernen Apartment im Princess Resort! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir der gemütliche Wohnbereich mit dem Zugang zum Balkon, auf dem ich morgens meinen Kaffee mit Blick auf den Pool genießen konnte. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig zentral – Mamsha, Carrefour und der Flughafen sind schnell erreichbar. Die Küche hatte alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, das Bett war sehr bequem, und das Badezimmer modern und sauber. Auch die Nutzung des großen Pools und des privaten Strands war ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen – eine klare Empfehlung!

The location was peaceful and safe. The apartment was clean and very restful. I booked this apartment mainly due to the picture provided and I an so pleased that I was not disappointed. Prince was very responsive and his team on ground were very helpful, professional and hospitable. I wholeheartedly recommend this please and will stay here again.

Loved our stay. Host was very responsive. Check in was smooth, location is fab and easy to find. Frankline from the front desk down to security at the gate were so friendly and helpful. Standby power was the cherry on top. Didn’t have to deal with the power outage. I really enjoyed my stay and already looking forward to my next visit.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay for his birthday. The house was a peaceful sanctuary just outside of Dakar, almost like stepping into a Moroccan retreat. It was beautifully designed, and the art throughout the space added a unique and inspiring touch. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The skipper service was brilliant, and Nathanael truly went above and beyond to make our trip feel special. Michael’s team made us feel so looked after, it was one of the most relaxing getaways! We made so many amazing memories and have already recommended the place to family, who will be visiting very soon. We honestly can’t wait to go back. nous avons passé un agréable et beau séjour dans la splendide maison de Selbe. la décoration et l'agencement des pièces sont top. tout a été bien pensé il ne manque rien, l'extérieur avec la piscine et la végétation en font un lieu très cosy sans oublier la proximité des commerces et la mer à 5m à pied ainsi que les restaurants. point très positif les volets dans la chambre un pur bonheur pour une nuit calme et paisible. nous ne voulions plus repartir tellement nous étions bien 🇸🇳.

Amazing space. Host was helpful with information. The caretaker is also a very nice person. You would totally enjoy your stay. Definitely returning multiple times.

It was absolutely worth every penny to stay at Alex’s beautiful property. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by this unbelievable view of the river and the best part, you can enjoy it all to yourself. There’s nobody there to disturb you. The house itself exceeded our expectations and it was even bette than in the pictures. You had everything you need to start your trip with ease and made you feel like home immediately. The village close by gives you an opportunity to look at local village life in Senegal. So don’t forget to take a stroll. Alex was such a wonderful and friendly host. The communication with him was always so smooth and he made sure we had everything we wanted and also gave us great recommendations. I would definitely without a doubt come back here someday and hopefully stay for longer.

Un petit coin très préservé sur une dune et deux cases juste derrière, protégées du vent. C'est un bel endroit isoler pour se reposer et profiter de la plage. C'est très simple et authentique comme sur les photos. La case bénéficie d'une salle de bain avec lavabo, wc et douche. Lamine est très bon cuisinier. A ce prix difficile de trouver mieux... Mr. Jatta Thank you for everything. The listing was better than the photos. Beautiflly decorated, spacious, and included a generous welcome package. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked to warm takeout or to make a home cooked meal. The location was ideal. Senagambia nightlife is a short walk down the street. Sĥould I visit in the future; I would love to stay for an extended visit! Mr Jatta you are very special, thank you again.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l'appartement de Florence. L'appartement est à proximité de plusieurs lieux d'intérêt de Cotonou. Le quartier est calme. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Florence et son personnel ont été disponibles tout long de notre séjour. I was in Dakar with my twin sister celebrating our birthday. Aida’s apartment was clean, well-appointed, and close to the beach for morning walks. Aida is a responsive and flexible host. She immediately assisted us with a few hiccups we had during our stay. Our teens, who were on break from an intensive Qu’ran program appreciated the smart tv and Netflix! We appreciated the thoughtful touches like bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is suitable for a longer stay with oven, microwave, coffee machine and air fryer. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Aida’s hospitality!! Thank you.

Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Verkehrslärm. Meersicht und Meerrauschen sind wunderbar. Die Luft in Dakar ist nicht die beste, deshalb waren wir froh, direkt am Meer zu wohnen. Von der Stadt spürt man nichts. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgerüstet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Mohamed is a wonderful person, friendly knows his city very well and always responsive. The place is near to everything, it is like 10-15 mins walking to the marina. Next to hospital. The surrounding is full of markets, restaurants and shops. Overall it is a perfect place to spend vacation with your family and mohamed is a wonderful person!!!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Alex und Stephi war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet, makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Strand liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt, und es gibt dort bequeme, private Liegen – ein riesiger Pluspunkt für uns. Alex und Stephi waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben immer schnell geantwortet und man hat gemerkt, dass ihnen unser Wohl am Herzen liegt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

A.P est très accueillant et est à l’écoute , il est toujours disponible si il y’a une question. Le logement est propre et en plus les meubles sont neufs. La ménagère vient nettoyer la maison à la demande. Le logement est proche du centre ville et le quartier est calme, paisible. Hâte d’y revenir
