Tent holiday rentals in Sahara Desert

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit bei Tarik und seinem Team in der Nähe von Zagora, mitten in der Wüste. Das Camp war wunderschön gelegen und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Übernachtung war komfortabel, das Essen super lecker und die Abendunterhaltung einfach fantastisch – mit Musik, Tanz und richtig guter Stimmung unter dem Sternenhimmel. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Es gibt im Camp verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten, sodass es nie langweilig wird. Auf Tariks Empfehlung hin sind wir am zweiten Tag noch tiefer in die Wüste gefahren und haben dort eine weitere Nacht verbracht – eine einmalige Erfahrung! Die Kommunikation mit Tarik war jederzeit reibungslos. Er ist ein unglaublich herzlicher und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Vielen Dank für diese besondere Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Salem est très gentil, accueillant, il nous reçu bien comme il le faut. Il nous a proposé un guide par 4x4 toute la journée à Wadi Rum, jusqu’au couché du soleil. Je trouve que le prix est correct pour ce que c’est. La qualité de la visite est irréprochable. Le soir on rentre au campement, on se douche (collectives) on se repose dans nos tente et puis on va mangé un repas délicieux local. On peut regarder la lune, apprécier les étoiles … Les paysages sont imprenables, une beauté rare. Le lendemain on prend le petit déjeuné dans le campement et puis on nous dépose au village de Wadi Rum. Je recommande cette expérience insolite.

Sarah helped us with all arrangements getting from Marrakech to her place. The driver she arranged was professional and knowledgeable. Mohammed welcomed us at the camp and was helpful and always available for our next adventure! While all the adventures in the desert were amazing, reading and enjoying the quiet were fantastic. Thank you for all your help Sarah!

We Arrived to a small wooden area outside Ezuz, found a big & lovely tent fully ready with mattresses, pillows, sleeping bags & bonfire with plenty of woods! The place is suitable for kids ( I arrived with my two daughters 8/10) that enjoyed to explore the surrounding area & add wood to the fire.. As a camping vacation, it's a good option, i didn't had to work too much:)

Mohammed was a great host! The communication with him was fast and clear and the camp in the desert well organised! Highly recommended

3rd time with Hava stayed in a tent, including the warm shower I took outside (it was summer).

This camp had everything we needed to enjoy a few days in the desert! The staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly, food was plentiful and delicious. Drumming after dinner was particularly fun and the camel ride to the camp whilst watching the sunset was unforgettable! We couldn’t find the meeting point in merzouga but asked someone in the town and were collected immediately! I would highly recommend doing the dune buggy if there is time. Thanks so much to everyone at the camp!

Mbark en zijn medewerkers zijn zeer aardig en zorgzaam en ze zullen niet rusten totdat alles naar wens is. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in zijn woestijnkamp en we zullen deze ervaring nooit meer vergeten!

Nous avons passé une soirée merveilleuse chez Khalil et sa famille qui nous ont ouvert leur maison. Le dîner était incroyable et l'endroit est tout à fait étonnant. C'est un des meilleurs endroits que j'ai visité grâce à Airbnb.

The place is in a great spot, close to a beautiful beach and the house itself has everything you can want There is lots of activities but you can rest as well Our family had a great time! Hanan and Mei are great hosts and help us with everything we needed

Besonders geeignet für Gäste, die keine Action erwarten. Sehr gepflegtes Camp, sehr nette Mitarbeitende und das Abendessen war super. Ich konnte mein Motorrad kostenlos und sicher einlagern. Der Transport vom Lager zum Camp war perfekt (Kosten 40€) / Person.

The camp was clean and had everything you need. I particularly enjoyed the camel ride with Hamid and Ismail, and of course the sunset and sunrise just a few steps from the camp. The hosts were attentive, friendly and helpful and the local food tastes excellent. It was a great experience, I will definitely come back again.

מתחם מאורגן ללינת אוהלים בתוך גינת ירק עשירה ומגוונת -לקטוף ולאכול (לאחר סיור היכרות והנחיות קצר). בתוך המשק המשפחתי, עם מרחב גדול והפרדה מלאה בין בית המארחים לבין שטח הלינה והמתקנים (מקלחת שדה מקורה עם מים חמים, שירותים נוחים, מקרר ומקפיא. לא ראיתי מתקני בישול - צריך לשאול את יורם). מרחב גדול של דשא נקי ומטופח. יורם זמין גם בשעות לא מקובלות, ומסביר פנים. מיקום מצויין בשרון, קרוב לכביש 4 ו-6 .

我们在瓦迪拉姆度过美好的一天一夜，Rum Planet Camp，为我们准备了非常丰盛的晚餐和早餐，并安排了带我们参观的司机和车辆，尽管在沙漠，老板给我们准备了厚被子和热水袋，所以晚上并不冷，在大堂还可以烤火，非常暖和，非常推荐。

Great time with Omar! Was responsive and understanding of our situation along with helping us settle in. Got to name a rock, if you see the big one it’s called Bobo :)

Logement incroyable, lieux incroyable. Nous avons été très bien traité tout le long de notre séjour. Si c’était à refaire je reviendrais.

Very peaceful and beautiful Bedouin camping experience. Wael was very responsive and helped arranged a driver to take us to the waterfalls and magic lake. Just be aware, there are hardly any stores or restaurants nearby aside from a small bodega we found, so make sure you bring what you need (especially bug spray)…Wael had food delivered to us from Tunis Village 👍 The hosts at the camp were super friendly and took us sandboarding nearby. The sights of the dunes are amazing! 🤩

Un véritable dépaysement. Les activités proposées sont au top. Un moment de déconnexion totale Très loin du bruits du Caire. Vraiment un moment de détente Concernant le camping, l’équipe était très accueillant mes enfants ont adoré. Ils voulaient plus partir. Le feu du bois les chansons égyptiennes. Un vrai régal Un petit dej sur le lac. Une vu magnifique !!! Le seul point négatif. C qu’il est près de une route.

Wadi Rum was my favorite place I visited in Jordan, and Aemn, Bashar and their family showed me an incredible and unforgettable experience in Wadi Rum. I had so much fun exploring the desert and seeing so many beautiful places. The camp was very nice and had comfortable accommodations. I especially enjoyed having tea and watching the stars after dinner. Aemn and his family are great people and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to visit Wadi Rum.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The view was absolutely stunning and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly kind, respectful, and kept everything very clean. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été rassurés par le parking sécurisé. Un taxi nous a ensuite conduits à l’entrée du désert, où Ali nous attendait avec les dromadaires. La traversée d’1h30 sous une tempête de sable fut une aventure incroyable. Ali, très attentionné et passionné, nous a même trouvé une rose des sables en chemin. À l’arrivée au camp, un délicieux thé à la menthe et du pain cuit dans le sable nous ont été servis. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient savoureux, copieux et inclus dans l’offre. La soirée s’est déroulée autour du feu, animée par de la musique et des chants bédouins, dans une ambiance authentique et chaleureuse. Le lieu est calme, idéal pour se ressourcer. Les tentes sont confortables, les sanitaires propres, et les hôtes d’une grande gentillesse. Une immersion complète, à la fois culturelle, humaine et sensorielle. Nous recommandons à 100 % cette expérience unique à tous ceux en quête de dépaysement et d’authenticité dans le désert tunisien.

Jad was super helpful and overall a super nice guy. The campsite has the perfect location, just below the nature reserve with a hiking treck starting right above. The view from the campsite is spectacular, especially the sunset! The campground is (as of today) simple in its facilities, but has everything you need (you might want to bring a sheet to use inside the provided sleeping bags). Jad told us about the plans for the site and we are very curious to see its development and the great plans come to life. Overall: fantastic primitive camping experience in an exceptional setting!
