Farmstay holiday rentals in Sahara Desert

An oasis away from the busy centre of Marrakech. The views were amazing from the gardens and pool, we loved sitting out there in the evenings. A local lady cooked for us and it was lovely, I’d recommend booking it. It was about 30/40 mins from the centre however, we didn’t have a car and were out in touch with a local taxi driver who was reliable and had a good rate. My young daughter loved the goats at the end of the garden and the tortoises roaming around. The village was peaceful and locals friendly. The local shop doesn’t sell much so I’d recommend stopping at the supermarket in the city before arriving.

We were looking for a quiet place, close to the Dead Sea, to get out of the routine. The choice was bingo. The property is properly equipped, clean and sparkling, nothing was missing. Beyond that, we met nice and caring hosts. Even before we arrived, Yair offered to take us with his car from the bus station, explained to us how to get to the beach, and in the evening offered us coals for the fire, since we forgot to bring them with us... everything was 10 I highly recommend. Thank you very much. I'm sure we'll be back.

Great place in Tinajo, not too far from everything. It allowed us to visit different areas of the island.

An exceptional stay in a villa perfect for families! The kids had a blast with the outdoor games and the small farmhouse added a magical touch to our stay. Quiet, clean, and perfectly suited for young and old alike. We'll be right back!

It is just very special to live in the open air. You have to like it and know what you're getting into. If you need the luxury of a hotel, shopping centers nearby, and all-round entertainment, this is the wrong place for you. It is secluded from mass tourism and very puristic.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Very nice welcome and good communication throughout the stay, the apartment was comfortable and clean. Located in a small quiet village, the various shops are 5 minutes away by car. The little touches were appreciated, I recommend it!

The place was super clean and felt nice, Noa was very responsive and made sure we always had what we needed and wanted. It looks exactly like the pictures and it was just what we needed.

The casa Ruby is spacious and well-equipped, everything matches the listing description. We are quiet and the view is just exceptional!!! The location is very good for visiting the northern cities: the Orotava, Puerto, La Laguna, Santa Cruz, Anaga Park... Ankie and her husband are warm and welcoming hosts.

Tarik's accommodation is the best starting point for exploring West Luxor, but Luxor is also easily accessible via the Nile. For us, it was the starting point for both sides. You should definitely spend several days there to get to know the place, the surroundings and the family and to be able to enjoy everything. The accommodation is the whole house in clay construction, fully equipped, very stylish and lovingly furnished and with air conditioning. You can be completely on your own or in connection and catering with Tarik and the extended family who live along the street. For all tips, driver placement (car or tuk-tuk) you can blindly trust Tarik, who calmly and with great friendliness makes everything possible for his guests. His family is very, very warm. Hopefully we can come back again!

Lovely stay at the Mountain Eco Lodge. Perfect location for hiking and we sleep so well in the lodge.

Our stay at Lourdes was fantastic. Leo took very good care of us and the communication was very good. We have received great tips and restaurant suggestions. The villa is a gem, surrounded by a great garden, with avocado trees, banana shrubs and flowers. Sometimes we felt like we were in Asia. The heated pool rounded it all off. Despite the proximity to the highway, it is so quiet and idyllic. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A very nice villa that is beautifully furnished. We highly recommend the place.

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

Very pleasant accommodation (even more beautiful than in the pictures), the caretaker is very attentive. The accommodation is ideal for spending a pleasant time with friends or family with children. Full of nice touches. We particularly appreciated the garden with the table and lights.

We spent about eight days at Alessandro's place – and it was just perfect. Alessandro is an exceptionally attentive and helpful host. He was immediately available with advice and assistance for every question or challenge, no matter how small. He also had great restaurant tips and was always quick to reach. The apartment is superbly equipped - modern technology, air conditioning in all rooms and as a highlight: the jacuzzi with a fantastic view of the mountains. The cinema room also impressed us, including a Netflix account, game access and everything you could wish for a relaxing evening. We would come back anytime and thank Alessandro for this great time!

We truly enjoyed this little pearl. We should have brought friends to enjoy the great garden, bar and bbq together. Since we were here with a baby we didn't take the most out of the lovely accomodation but really everything we needed for our little one was there, just perfect. She loved the toy tower :).

We stayed 10 days at Cynthia and Carlos's place. The two and their children are just wonderful people. Carlos was very helpful and helped us a lot, among other things, when we were robbed on the first day in Puerto de la Cruz. The house is situated in the mountains with fantastic views. Getting there is a bit adventurous the first time, but spectacular. The wooden house is as described and our children were very happy every morning to visit the chickens on the terrace as well as the fresh eggs. We can only recommend the house.

Very communicative and helpful host who went to lengths to highlight the fact that the second bedroom was quite small as we were a group of three adults. The apartment was clean and bright. I would strongly recommend this property.

Our four short nights was not enough at this secluded cottage with amazing views. Hosts Nicky and Ian were very friendly, and always willing to give us advice, or just leave us to our privacy. The cottage has everything would need - from a short overnight to an extended stay. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items that kept us fed for two mornings. We dined 2 nights at the tavern (all non smoking inside) across the street called Spring of Life. Excellent homemade typical Cypriot food. With very reasonable prices. The peaceful setting for this lovely stay is well recommended. The cottage was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Can’t go wrong if you’re looking for a place to unwind and be with nature.
