Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sahara Desert

Jonny and Eugenia made us feel very welcome in their bungalow. The pool and hot tub were such a nice addition and we had a lovely time with our little one. What's more, they had quite a lot of amenities which were so helpful for us! The location of the bungalow is quite close to some lovely beaches and restaurants. There were one or two minor issues which Jonny and Eugenia responded to very swiftly and helpfully. We would definitely consider staying in the Bungalow again! Thank you again Jonny and Eugenia! :)

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Marrakech Medina this is it. Beautifully appointed over four levels with 5 en suite bedrooms spa and 2 mini pools and roof top views this home was absolutely fantastic. Great for our family to come together for a wedding and experience the hustle and bustle of the Medina and the peace of the Riad. Hassan and Malouda took care of all our questions, taxis, washing and cooked us an amazing tagine meal. Truly spectacular

From start to finish this has been a dream experience. Luisa has been approachable and communicative. She recommended a driver to meet us at the airport which was very convenience and an excellent service. The villa was ‘wow’ everything we expected and more! The photos actually don’t doit justice.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa – it was even better than the pictures! The pool was absolutely perfect for cooling off during the day, and the hot tub was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Everything was spotless and really well-equipped, making it easy to switch off and enjoy a laid-back break. The location was great too – just a short walk to local restaurants and shops, with Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicón only a quick drive away. Lorena was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to return – highly recommended!

El lugar ideal para evitar zonas masificadas. extremadamente cómodo, al punto de que cuesta un poco salir de la cama/piscina y casa en general. Jose se preocupa mucho por nuestra comodidad y muy rápido (por ejemplo: nos encontramos un avispero y vino enseguida a quitarlo o se estropeó la luz de la piscina y también lo solucionó enseguida) si estás pensando en que igual te hace falta algo para la casa ya te lo digo, no, hay de todo (tostadora, exprimidor, secador, todo). No puedemos dejar de estar agradecidos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été formidablement accueillies par Fatima. C’est un véritable trésor. Elle est douce, bienveillante. Ses plats sont à tomber par terre ! Quand au logement il est magnifique, idéalement situé. Il est possible de tout faire à pied. La petite supérette à l’angle de la rue est idéalement située et proche du Ryad. Nous remercions Matthieu ainsi que Fatima pour ce magnifique séjour. Marrakech est magnifique avec ses multiples activités et son charme absolu. À très vite nous l’espérons ! 🤍

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. The stay at Villa Amira was nothing short of incredible. It’s a beautiful house with a stunning Nile view and a courtyard with a private pool that is perfect for cooling off in the heat. We booked our driver, guide, and chef through Amira and it was by far our best experience in Egypt. Our guide, Z, was incredibly knowledgeable in Egyptology and was able to answer every question we had! We asked him to take us to his little coffee shop after a day of exploring Luxor (Elio Workshop & Cafe, go support the locals ☺️)! We had a private chef, Abdul, make such delicious meals every afternoon and evening and each one was better than the last! Lastly, Sonbol was a great host at the villa and helped us with everything we needed! I cannot say enough good things about this stay! It was the highlight of our trip!

Une expérience magique dans le désert de Merzouga ! Entre la balade en dromadaire au coucher du soleil, les nuits sous les étoiles avec musique berbère, et la sortie en quad dans les dunes, tout était parfaitement organisé. Moha et sa famille ont été adorables, accueillants et très pros. Un moment inoubliable que je recommande à 100 % !

Le Riad de Nathalie et Jean-Marc est un véritable havre de paix dans une ville qui ne dort jamais ! Très propre, fonctionnel, vaste et décoré avec goût, le Riad était idéal pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Nathalie et Jean-Marc mais ils nous ont envoyé des messages régulièrement pour savoir si tout se passait bien. Et surtout, nous avons été reçus et accompagnés tout le long de notre séjour par Fatima et Mohamed. Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous et les enfants. Les petit-déjeuners et le couscous de Fatima étaient délicieux. Mohamed nous a accueilli à l’entrée de la médina qui est un labyrinthe, nous a donné de précieuses indications afin que notre séjour se déroule bien. Mohamed nous a amené dans des endroits magnifiques. Réactif et à l’écoute de nos envies, il a su trouver des activités qui plaisent aux grands comme aux petits. Ils ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous sommes revenus enchantés du séjour !

La Casita de la Praia est une véritable pépite. Très bien située, calme et facile d'accès. Bercée par le clapotis de l'océan et la douceur du climat au coeur d'un écran de verdure. Nous avons adoré. Merci pour cet agréable séjour !

Wir sind seit 25 Jahren in Riads in Marokko, dieses war die ausgefallen schönste Unterkunft. Die Mischung aus New Yorker Loft Atmosphäre und marokkanischem Stil, wunderbar! Der Meerblick von den Betten und den Terrassen und den Zimmern aus ist unbeschreiblich schön, einzigartig spektakulär, atemberaubend ! Man fühlt sich fast wie auf einem Schiff! Das Haus ist ruhig und herrlich gepflegt und ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine und verschiedenen Kaffee Maschinen ( incl Kaffee) . Es ist einfach alles vorhanden . Charles ist der perfekte Gastgeber, hat uns für das Frühstück alles eingekauft und uns wunderbare Locations gezeigt. Er ist immer ansprechbar und hilfreich, es war wunderbar, ihn kennengelernt zu haben. Wir sind traurig, heute abgereist zu sein. Wir haben in den Tagen ein marokkanisches Zuhause gehabt! Die Blicke auf das Meer direkt unter uns und die Geräusche der Wellen sind noch in unserem Kopf . Danke für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen wieder!

Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe, da man abgelegen auf einem Berg wohnt. Im Haus selbst ist noch eine Unterkunft, die war während unserm Besuch nicht belegt. Küchenutensilien vorhanden , aber man muss sich alles an Gewürze/Öl besorgen. In der Anzeige stehen 2 Einzelbetten + Schlafcouch , ist aber 1 Doppelbett + Schlafcouch. Ist nicht wirklich groß, geht aber voll klar. Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, muss hier her kommen. Wir waren zu zweit für 5 Nächte dort, empfehlen es absolut weiter

We loved our stay at the Kashbar, it’s a beautiful villa with a great pool, we even had a bonus of some stray kittens! Due to location, you do need a car, it’s not far but is secluded and not really walking distance from much, the whole team were super friendly and helpful with local recommendations, taxis, car hire, food etc, we will definitely be back, we love Essaouira X thank you 🙏🏻

Un séjour magnifique dans ce Riad de charme ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au sein de ce Riad idéalement situé, avec une vue imprenable sur la médina. Le cœur de la ville est facilement accessible à pied, et un accès rapide à la porte « Ziad » permet de prendre un taxi sans difficulté. Le Riad est parfaitement conforme aux photos publiées sur le site : authentique, chaleureux et décoré avec goût. Un immense merci à Khadija, la maîtresse de maison, pour sa gentillesse, sa réactivité et ses précieux conseils sur les activités à faire à Fès. Elle nous a également régalés avec de délicieux petits déjeuners et dîners typiquement marocains, aussi savoureux que joliment présentés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour continuer à découvrir les trésors cachés de Fès !

Le logement donne une vue magnifique sur l'océan, pouvant admirer les crabes mais aussi quelques chats. Ce fut un agréable séjour. Je le recommande pour quelqu'un qui cherche du calme ! 😍

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

An amazing Riad. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. Some areas of the Medina were quite confronting for our group as we copped abuse just for being there however this is not a reflection of the property it’s more an awareness to be respectful and not stand out.

My wife and myself stayed at Lydia's lovely villa for 3 weeks and we had the most amazing time. The villa and garden are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Lydia is a lovely person, was the perfect host with excellent communication and by the time we finished the holiday it felt more like we were leaving a friend than an AirBNB host :-) The villa is in a lovely peaceful part of Macher where a car is a necessity to make the most of the surrounding array of restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay at some point soon.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die Villa ist sehr privat gelegen und die Aussicht von der Terrasse zum Meer ist atemberaubend. Alles war wie angegeben und auf den Bildern.

Séjour très agréable mais très court aussi,très bon accueil d’Aziza qui est aussi une cuisinière d’exception. Nous avons trouvé très facilement grâce aux explications de Marie qui est une hotte très réactive et sympathique. Très belle soirée reposante dans le patio au bord de la piscine par une grosse chaleur.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

We had the most wonderful week long stay at this stunning villa. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and our 9 month old grandchild. Flo was an amazing host, very communicative, responsive to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived later in the evening, Flo still greeted us upon arrival and we felt very welcome. The villa was very well presented, clean, well equipped with everything you would need for the stay and felt home from home. The beds were comfy too. There was the most beautiful pool and garden area including dining area, bbq, sunbeds, pool towels and shaded comfortable seating area. As a family we loved being outside. We hired cars from the airport, which was about a 30 minute drive to the villa. As a family we felt this was a must to have cars as the nearby shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend.
