Ease of contact and flexibility when entering. Generous in details in both the bathroom and the kitchen. They even left us an umbrella and chairs for the beach. The place is comfortable and close to the beach. In addition, the fan and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room are appreciated, although the latter has not been necessary.

My experience was excellent. The apartment's location is very good, close to everything and in a nice area. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, just as seen in the photos, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped with everything necessary for an ideal stay. The host was very friendly and responsive at all times, which made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

Perfect! The apartment is really great. Very clean, cozy, every little thing that you might need had been thought of in advance. Carlos was always ready to help, but we didn't find anything to ask him for, because the apartment was fully equipped for a month-long stay. Good thing is also that it is oriented to the north, so it is not that hot at daytime. A supermarket is just 1 minute away, and a nice park, too. To stay there and keep mobility you need a car. 15 minutes of drive to the beach. 30 minutes to the center of Valencia. Best-ever stay!

Ten-star accommodation, extraordinarily clean, it had such complete equipment that it made you feel at home, everything practically to the extreme, very clean and nothing was missing, quite spacious, the urbanization and its fabulous common services. A very pleasant and quiet stay, to repeat.

We stayed at Cyrille's apartment in order to explore the Valencia area, the historical sites in Sagunt and the city of Valencia. After long days of exploring it was great to return to the comfortable apartment, cook our food and relax. Everything we need for a great active holiday. Thank you Cyrille.

Flexible with our arrival time, a great and clean stay for the night. Went above and beyond, such as providing water bottles which was really helpful with our later arrival time.

Apartment is very aesthetic. Location is also very good with a walkable distance to beach and restaurants. Teo is friendly and communicated well. He allowed us to do early checkin.

we felt super comfortable in the house and Eslida. really nice was also the visit of the mini-supermercado around the corner. at night we heard a nightingale sing.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We have stayed in this apartment in Sagunto Playa and it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and with everything you need nearby. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of comforts and full of small details designed to make guests feel at home. Everything was extremely clean!! And the hostess was very friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you very much for everything! Definitely a place we'll be back to, 100% recommended!

A perfect stay! Apartment as described and very nice, we felt at home. Mar is very easily reachable and pleasant. I recommend it 100%, and the small town of Canet d'en berenguer and the port of Segunt are really nice places to stroll in the evening and enjoy the beach🏖️. Thank you

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
