Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children. The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!

Quiet and safe neighborhood close to hospital, shopping and restaruants. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and dressers. Attached one-car garage and pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House is equipped with pots and pans, dishes/silverware Keurig and plenty of towels. Modern home just 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. Viola's Place is a Vacation Rental in the City of Frankenmuth. Viola was our neighbor of 20 years and she moved out at the end of July of 2017. This home is a perfect place for two couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. Within walking distance of the major attractions in town (Main Street about 1/3 of a mile from the home), this is the ideal home for your visit during the various festivals or for couples here during weddings at the major venues here!
