Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saginaw

Lori has hosted us multiple times, makes working and staying out of town painless! Definitely recommend!

Our daughter was getting married at the Davison Country Club and we needed a place large enough to accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. The house was absolutely gorgeous, the wood floors, upstairs, and wood throughout the house was stunning. The kids loved finding the tree house, the pool table was also a HUGE hit. We were there 4 nights and has plenty of firewood to have a fire every night, of course we had to have s’mores. The kitchen was bright and beautiful, it was fully stocked, even has bags of ice to use. The beds were comfy. My husband took a nap on the outdoor bed swing.

This was our second stay with Sue. It was just as fantastic as the first time. We had six people in our group. Her house is spacious, clean, and comfortable with tons of amenities. We had a wonderful time playing cards, the piano, and of course ping-pong. It's located close to all of the restaurants, stores, and expressway entrance ramps. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Zero complaints. Sue is a gracious, friendly, proactive host! We highly recommend Sue and her home and hope to stay again! ❤️

My friends and I had a great weekend at Samantha's place! I got repeated compliments on picking such a fantastic place. The space is beautiful and well-appointed. The kitchen was perfect for our pre-race spaghetti dinner and the sleeping spaces let us get some much needed shut-eye before and after our race. 10/10, would stay here again!

Nancy and mark were very friendly and responsive. The house has everything you would need for a visit. Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

Home is in a great location! It’s a very nice neighborhood with beautiful old homes. The home is large and suited our needs well, with 4 adults in the four of the bedrooms on the second floor. There was also a bedroom on the third floor where additional people could have stayed. We appreciated the parking spaces in the driveway, which allowed for our 3 vehicles (could easily fit another). Host was very helpful and responsive!

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

Stayed for 15 days. This place is a great alternative to a hotel at about the same price. This is a nice neighborhood, quite yard, and very walkable for exercise. Great easy to get to location. When we had a problem with Spectrum wifi going out, Tamara was a bulldog, staying on it until it was completely done the same day. We recommend this place and will stay again if needed. Thank you!!

Spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Fabian‘s home is a real oasis in Flint. Close to downtown, near some coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The street is quiet from traffic and feels secure. Lots of thoughtful touches. Had a great stay here for two nights.

Cindy’s place was great and she was very accommodating as we were towing a trailer. She made sure to have a place for us to park and greeted us when we arrived. Very convenient location at a fair and reasonable price. I will stay again without hesitation.

This place had everything we needed and more. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The place was clean. Check in and out was easy. Definitely a great host!

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin's place. We were in Midland for an event at the Midland Center for the Arts, & it was so close, we could have walked there if it hadn't been 20 degrees! And it was perfect for us and another couple, we each had our own living area, & could easily communicate as needed. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of art & other interesting table pieces. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Midland area. Thanks Kevin, we had a great time at your property!
