We had a wonderful stay in Liljedal. It was perfect for visiting y family, peaceful, lovely walks, great little cafe on quay. We had to collect our car the day after our arrival as our train was delayed and Jacqueline very kindly took us to the car hire centre. She responded to any queries immediately and went above and beyond in helping us. We would love to return at some point.

A cozy house with nice garden in tranquil surroundings. Good parking space. 8-10min walk to the city. Large gazebo in the garden. Check in with key cabinet. 3 separate bedrooms on the 2nd floor, all with their own door. Missed curtains in one bedroom, here there were only blinds. Shower room on the 2nd floor, a toilet on the 1st floor and a toilet in the basement. Large kitchen with all equipment. Big living room and dining room We had a cozy stay, would love to come back.

Beautiful luxury holiday home in a beautiful setting. A minute's walk from a beautiful beach and in the middle of the woods. The host came to meet us, which was very pleasant. Very helpful and considerate. We can recommend this place/accommodation to everyone.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend here! The cabin is perfect for a slightly larger group and very cozily furnished, actually everything we needed was there. Especially the location right on the lake is beautiful and the dock was our favorite place!

A really beautiful cottage on a huge property with its own lake access! The peninsula is very calm and was perfect for our Sweden vacation! Martin was always very quick to respond and the house was stocked with everything we needed. However, a car is essential for the holiday, without the arrival and shopping would almost not be possible.

Our stay at Elina's was perfect. We immediately felt at home; everything was as described and tastefully decorated. The place was sparkling clean and very spacious. The terrace and conservatory are also great. Elina had great excursion and restaurant tips. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

We greatly enjoyed this cottage on the lake. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in nature is present! Rebecca and her husband went out of their way to facilitate the stay and activities as well as possible. Being able to use a boat with outboard motor was a free extra which we greatly appreciated.

It was a good staying for us. We were leave in November but was warm enough in the house. House is fully equiped for cooking and cleaning. I realy like to stay there 100% recommend.

We only stayed for a week in the nice house surrounded by beautiful trees in the middle of nature, we immediately felt completely at home there! The house was sparkling clean and everything was there. The garden is very beautiful and the fire pit is beautiful, we ate there many times. Nearby (about 10 minutes walk) is a beautiful lake (bay of the large Vänermeer) where we often sailed by Tomas boat. You can also fish well from the jetty. We spotted another herd of deer nearby. The owners Tomas and Caroline have been very welcoming and helpful to us. We got good information about everything (for example about hiking routes nearby). We immediately had a clear answer to a question. They are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be back!

We spent three days exploring Karlstad and its beautiful surroundings, and Linda’s place was the perfect base for our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully equipped — from the large, incredibly comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen with a dining table and a lovely view. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the city center and several supermarkets, and having a parking spot in the driveway was a huge plus. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay here again!

We were there for an overnight stay. A really nice place. We were lucky there was lots of snow so the kids could play. The house is really cozy

We spent two wonderful weeks in this idyllically located house. Spending the nights under the starry sky in the small guest house by the lake topped everything - as did the entire property. But not only the direct lakeside location of the house, also the wider surroundings in Dalsland, the beautiful lakes and the great lock construction (Haverud) fascinated us. The many easily accessible nature reserves also offer everything you could imagine in Sweden. There has been a warm contact with Thomas, the landlord, since the booking and during the vacation he was always kind and helpful to us. We'd love to come back - vis ses...

A nice place to spend a few nights with family, decent beds and cabins. Raining all the time we were there but got to enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub was 300 NOK per hour which was a little expensive, but everything was in good condition and clean. Be aware of roosters that make a bit of noise, but are well a part of the charm of staying there, I think. Decent landlord who fixes what you need, nothing negative to say all in all. Thank you for us.

Quaint house in a beautiful location, quiet and close to the Vänern. The owner was personally on site and inquired upon arrival if everything worked out and we needed something else - great service!!! There are small compromises for the somewhat outdated bathroom, and in the outdoor area the owner still works something. Otherwise, everything you need is there, great place to relax and drive down.

Second time staying here and just as good as the first time! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a private accommodation surrounded by nature. Thanks again to Petter and Elin for being excellent hosts!
