Near the road but finally really quiet and restfull place, peacfull family, big and new home, confortable beds, the view of the sea and the mountains are amazing ! with sun rise and sunset... very easy to go walking to the tourisitic places like beautiful beaches and restaurants...

bel emplacement pour accéder au ponton de l'hôtel The Breakers situé à 15mn à pied et alors super site pour découvrir coraux et poissons ! pas de commerces à proximité : venez avec vos réserves alimentaires et prévoyez le restaurant à la marina - tout est plus cher ici à Somabay mais l'endroit en vaut la peine ! l'appartement est situé dans une résidence avec piscine - balcon avec vue sur un parc de golf et au loin, la mer - dommage de subir le bruit des constructions toute la journée logement à recommander

We had an excellent stay in Desert Rose! The appartment is big and spacious, with a good kitchen and a good bed. The bedroom has huge cupboards also. The air conditioning works perfectly. The appartment is very close to supermarkets and restaurants which are just around the corner, and there is a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. It's also only 10 mins from Tornado Surf Center where we went everyday, it was perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kilo Tamania, which is a very calm part of Safaga. Above all, Natascha and Tyson were very helpful in all ways, they kindly organized a transfer from the airport for us and were immediately available as soon as I had any questions. Thank you so much! We will come back again :)

Unser Zimmer war super: sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Mahmoud hat uns jeden Tag ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet, aber wir hätten auch die große Küche nutzen können. Die Lage war sehr schön, denn wir wollten ein wenig Ruhe genießen und schnell am Wasser sein, abseits all der Ressorts. Dafür ist es perfekt. Mahmoud hat sich um alles prima gekümmert und war bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. :) Und ja: nachts hört man den Lärm von der Straße und das Hundegebell. Einfach Ohropax mitnehmen, wenn man etwas empfindlich ist. ;)

Mahmoud is a very flexible and responsive host. We loved staying at his chalet for 2 days overlooking a perfect sea view and also very close to Soma Bay Marina. Would definitely visit again 🙏🏼

The location was great and Ayman was always responsive and friendly, the place was super quiet, everything was new, the access to multiple beaches is great added value, staff in soma breeze were really friendly, my only minor comment some kitchen utilities were missing like pan for the breakfast or oven tray.

Appartamento super confortevole, con tutto il necessario. Vista stupenda sul mare, tanta pace e tranquillità. Evgeni è una persona eccezionale, quando siamo arrivati ci ha portato in giro per farci vedere la zona, ed sempre stato super disponibile. Ci ha organizzato anche il trasferimento dall' areoporto, e la gita in giornata a Luxor. Мы обязательно вернёмся! 💚

The apartment was just beautiful. Very spacious, clean, with all necessary amenities. It has a heated pool right in front of it, in a calm area. The location is really good, 3-4 minutes drive to all of Soma Bay’s main attractions. As for our host, Ahmed, in all our Airbnb stays, we have never had a host with such fine hospitality. Very welcoming, extremely quick and proactive communication from the moment we booked, always available, and ready to go above and beyond to solve any problems and make sure his guest are enjoying their time.

Very well furnished and spacious place , well equipped, very big garden and acces to the beach was provided. It would have been great if they have availed somabay app access to avoid the QR code hassle but the host was very responsive and provided daily gate and beach access QR codes before even asking. Overall i will definetly come back again

Yasmine was excellent - Very helpful, very responsive, very proactive and very professional. The location of the apartment is amazing - Plenty to do - Very close to everything (restaurants, marina, beach, supermarket, pharmacy, etc...) - Very strategic location. Very nice view - clean apartment - There is no need to use your car during the stay - Shuttle golf carts available and very practical - The journey was excellent - Everything you need is there. Much better than a hotel - I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. A big thank you to Yasmine!!

We had a great family stay at Nikolaus. The sauna and jacuzzi/hot tub in the master room was a huge plus.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the amenities and facilities were exactly as described — fully equipped and in great condition. The host was very professional, responsive, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the space clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality experience!
