Had to make a last minute trip to CA. this was my second time staying at Sergueis! both times it has been clean and comfortable! And is close to everything! definitely worth the stay!

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Impeccably clean. Comfy mattress, nice sheets, big shower. Everything works. From a choice of coffee capsules to bedside usb phone chargers, the hosts have thought of just about everything a guest could ask for. Highly recommend, would happily stay here again.

Every bit as nice as my first stay at this location (2023). Very welcoming and well-kept. In fact , the fence and entry gate had just been painted prior to our arrival. They've taken care of all the little details, with a bottle of water and packages of snacks available and even a selection of cables for charging phones. I just hope it's available, again, the next time we visit!

Such a great, comfy little place! I couldn't decide whether I liked the pirate bedroom or the loft bedroom better. And it's close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping, and centrally located for easy access to the entire Sacramento area. Definitely recommend!

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful accommodation. I stayed here for almost two months as I was a visiting PhD student at UC Davis. The place is clean and you get to have a separate bathroom and bedroom for yourself. An ideal place for a student. And I got to visit their lovely restaurant situated in Davis downtown area. The food there is very nice. Nanda and his wife are extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable and clean, conveniently located near town center and restaurants. We really enjoyed walking down to the river. Otilia and Raul are friendly and responsive.

This place matched the description. I really enjoyed the well kept outside area. Roses, seating, very peaceful for me. It was too cold to swim but may be another time! There wasn’t much clutter. All was clean. The bathroom was huge with a nice shower. Great value!!

I was a long-term stay (7 weeks) postoperatively and was very comfortable. The park across the street was great for my dog. There were lots of local amenities, and many things were walkable. The neighborhood was cute and friendly.

It’s the kind of place you want to keep secret! We loved it and will certainly stay again. The only note (not worth taking away stars): The bed is SMALL. I think it’s a full size bed.

It was a lovely space and very close to the bike path. This spoy is perfect for one or two people to enjoy Davis. The hosts thought of all the little details and the place was so CLEAN! Thanks again!

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

My family and I needed a place for one night, and Christine’s place was perfect! It was private, clean, and we especially loved having a cozy back patio. We highly recommend it for your next stay!

I really enjoyed my stay. My accommodations were immaculate and very welcoming. This is a private guest space with a generous private, covered, patio. Everything about this home was calming, peaceful and serene. The interior and design is very nice and the fixtures, furniture and amenities were very fine and well made. I felt welcome here to make my work, relax and unwind. I am very thankful to be accepted into this space and home where I could decompress from my travels and be myself. The neighbors were friendly and it felt like a real nice community. There is a local park nearby where I could hand-wash my car and practice physical activity. I am lucky to have been able to stay at places like Kristine’s where it feels like a sanctuary from the transactional detachment of hotels. Thank You.

The place was perfect for our needs, the outside seating was great. Location was a little difficulty to walk to eat but the Co-op was just a few blocks away.

Excellent stay! Lots of thoughtful extras, easy to follow check in instructions were especially helpful as we got in very late the first night. Super clean, quiet, comfortable amenities and friendly, responsive hosts. Highly recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

We rented the whole house next door so please refer to our review on there. We rented the house for almost 6 weeks and this 1 bed for a week in parallel. Both are absolutely perfect, I would say among the top airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. If you get the opportunity, definitely pick them as your stays in Folsom. Thank you to Julie Ann and Homer for being stellar hosts.

Tracey’s place is so beautiful! We felt right at home! It was safe, welcoming, peaceful, private and comfortable! The closet space was bigger than the pictures, the decoration was beautiful, she has a nice mini fridge, pots, an electrical hot place and a nice array of utensils to prepare light meals! The bathroom has a nice size, the shower is bigger than most Airbnbs. The bed was very comfortable to have a good night sleep. Tracey was so caring and adjusted the bed comfort for us. The tv was perfectly placed to enjoy either a movie in bed or a nice coffee or your meals on her super cute cofee table which you can elevate if want to be se your laptop. There is a beautiful ducks park nearby as well as east park in Sacramento only 15 minutes away. We stayed two weeks and look forward to say here in the future when we visit the area. This place is absolutely lovely! My parents visited and stayed for a week, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to navigate by car. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, private, and comfortable, with its own entrance. Luis was warm and welcoming but also respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. I’d love to stay here again in the future!

This unit was awesome. Midtown is the place to be in Sacramento and you are within walking distance to a lot of cool spots. 7 minute drive to A’s game. Across the street is a dope Sushi restaurant. House was clean and ready for us to go. Even allowed us to check in early since we arrived to town in the morning. Loved the kitchen set up and 2 in 1 washer-dryer unit came in handy. Would def reserve again in the future!
