This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. Cozy new apartement with view!

The flat is in a new building, situated at the edge between the old and the new town (10 minutes walk to the Council Square, 5 minutes to the pedestrian street, 5 min. walk to the new shopping mall Afi). The flat is very sunny and full of light, especially in the after noon, facing south. It has a big balcony with a view towards the old town and the hill (Tampa). Perfect to have a break outside, on the balcony, while working from home inside! Lately was rented a lot for home-working!

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportand good supermarkets! You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
