Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sacatepéquez Department

Maria and her son are wonderful. I felt just like I was at home. She even made me a cute breakfast on the morning that I didn't have to leave too early. This Airbnb is 15 minutes from the old historic town walkable and safe. Also a great view on the balcony. When I come back to Guatemala I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent space and a lot of warmth from Ruth, who was very attentive and kind to me during my stay.

It’s hard to describe this place in words. If you’re the type of traveller that values connecting with local people this is the place for you. As soon as I came in, they welcomed me like family- I mentioned being hungry and she put out a whole spread for me to eat in 10 minutes. Also made me breakfast that was probably some of the best food I had on my trip just out of kindness. For such an intimate experience, I was surprised at the level of privacy I had with my own room and bathroom. The location is perfect bc you can get to the main square in about 10-15 minutes. Probably one of my most memorable experiences and a highlight of my trip staying here. Thank you to Lucy and her husband for everything.

It is a very nice, comfortable house according to the description, the kitchen is well equipped, it is a recommended house for families, the manager Sandra is very attentive and kind. The location is very suitable, it is close to shopping centers and the city center.

This place was easily the highlight of all the places we stayed at in Guatemala. The attention to detail and aesthetics showed a lot of care from the hosts. The staff were super friendly. Having parking was a great convenience, and the peaceful environment despite being in town was a big plus. We’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. beautiful accommodation in my beautiful land I recommend it 100% ...communication with the host first class....security in the establishment 100 and within the apartment everything necessary for daily living....and the technology is not all first class....it will be my first choice on a new visit.

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

From the time I reserved with Ana Lucrecia, she was very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure everything was clear prior to arriving. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a change of plans last minute and didn't stay at her location, however, she was extremely understanding and still made herself available if we needed anything while in Guatemala. While I unfortunately can't speak about her place since we had to cancel last minute, I can say with complete confidence that Ana Lucrecia goes above and beyond the call to make sure you not only have a pleasant stay but an extraordinary experience while in Guatemala. She even checked in with us to make sure things were going well on the trip days after our reservation. I highly recommend Ana Lucrecia if you want someone who truly cares about your experience.

The design of this place was immaculate. The host was also very responsive.

Elsa is a very friendly host. She made great effort to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay. The meals she makes were tasty, served in variety, and enough to feel satisfied and not hungry afterwards. The room I stayed in was spacious even with with a queen bed, desk, cabinets, and a chair. I felt right at home staying in Elsa's house. I would definitely recommend her house to feel comfortable and learn more about the local culture.

I have visited Mercedes' accommodation several times and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are always clean, the residential area is safe, communication with her is fluid. Highly recommended!

Many plants, an incredible view of the volcano, very well located.

The space is private with a shared courtyard, rooftop balcony and kitchen with rooms encircling the beautiful courtyard. There is someone on staff at the front desk all day and into the evening to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. The rooftop balcony is a wonderful space to have a bottle of wine and Watch the sunset. Close to shops and restaurants this is a great location in Antigua. The bathroom did not have ventilation was the only minor critique, but a fan was provided to keep circulating the room. Would come back again!
