Very satisfied, in line with my expectations, the accommodation is on a height at the entrance of the city that gives you an excellent view of the surroundings, if you are looking for the calm of the mountain without being far from everything it is ideal, you have everything to carry hands in less than 5 minutes. everything was perfect. we were afraid following the reactions of travelers regarding the bells and finally we did not pay much attention to them, even at night. The accommodation was very good for 2 or 3 if there is a young child. Very good restaurant in Tabuaço and the beautiful Douro Valley. Hikes from the village. We recommend.

Our stay was perfect. Teresa and Jorge are wonderful hosts, who have pampered us throughout our stay. They are always available and looking to satisfy any wishes or needs we may have. The house is really unique and special, full of history and beautiful decoration, antiques and exquisite details. Children and adults have been so comfortable with the pool, the weather, the barbecue, the outdoor furniture,... that we have enjoyed the house more than the obligatory tourist visits to the city and the area. 100% Recommended

We can’t say enough about how magical our stay was. The unit is adorable and so unique. We loved the setting- the vineyards, the birds. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The sunset was glorious. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat. There is only one air conditioner in one bedroom, which in conjunction with a fan did a reasonable job of keeping the house cool on a very hot day. The kitchen is fine for light cooking.

Our stay at this place was UNREAL! The views was like something taken from a movie with its hills and scenery. Jose, the host we were in contact with, made the whole stay even better! The wine tour was incredible and informative and having access to the pool during these hot days was incredible. The comments said the pool was private but in the booking it says shared pool. But I imagine the pool is restricted to the ones in the houses, not the camping. Overall, an incredible stay!! Will definitely come back some day!

I recently enjoyed staying at Marta's house, which was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the charm and coziness of this beautiful house. The kitchen was absolutely amazing, with all the necessary equipment. The breathtaking views from the terrace on the second floor were a highlight of our trip. The BBQ area was equipped with everything required; I especially want to emphasize the cleanliness of the grill (I have not seen such cleanliness for a long time). I enjoyed hiking and exploring villages in the surrounding area, making the house's location ideal for relaxation and adventure. The host, Marta, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, making the entire booking process and stay seamless. I would highly recommend the house to anyone seeking a peaceful and charming retreat. It exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning for another memorable stay. Thank you, Marta!

A great place to stay with driving distance of Great Douro wineries, miradouro with an incredible view of the valley. Very clean, large and more beautiful than the photos show. Vitor and Marilia are great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there..

This guesthouse is wonderful 🫶🏼 The studio is fully equiped, with everything you need, and there is a beautiful garden with a terrace in front of the best view of Provesende. If you hesitate to go there, please don't ! The roads are very good and this village is really charming. Jet and her husband are really nice and they can cook for you if you ask in advance for the diner (in addition to the airbnb), I advise to take it!! 🥰🍷☀️ Thanks for all ❤️

It felt like home when we returned after 6 six years. The place of Laurence & Jorge is in line with the pictures and the view is amazing. The house has everything you need, we really loved the mattresses and the pillows. The house is surrounded by a large garden, and we liked the privacy and the fruit trees in the garden. Getting into the house is easy and communication is perfect. We will definitely return again! We recommend to do some groceries before you arrive, the nearest supermarket is a 15 min drive away. The beautiful complex is an oasis in the somewhat bustling environment of the city of Vila Real. Ins and her people are very friendly and extremely nice, without being intrusive. Every morning fresh bread is brought to the house, great service, also the daily cleaning of the bungalow is very pleasant. The garden areas are very well maintained, the pool is cleaned daily, the water is super clear and refreshing. Our bungalow was more spacious than it looked like in the pictures and wonderfully cool due to the thick granite walls even at 33 degrees outside temperature. The excursion tips are lovingly drawn and well thought out. All in all, the four of us had a wonderful week at Ines. Thank you!

A serene, calming place to stay in the Douro Valley. The home is spacious, well kept, and charming. We faced some challenges on this trip, and Anabela was so kind and understanding, always responding and offering helpful suggestions and advice. The fresh bread delivery and treats waiting for us made everything better. The backyard was a highlight for the kids. The pool was a little chilly for us in early June, but the weather started getting hotter as left, so I’m sure it would be comfortable in the later part of the season. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay, wished we stayed longer!

One of the highlights was dinner prepared by Jet and Ronald. I highly recommend this as part of the experience. We shared an amazing meal with other guests, and there was a lot of info from Ron about the local wines from the region. I missed out on Jet’s breakfast, but heard amazing things from the other guests in another studio at the property. Great place and great people.

Was spacious, I actually ended up liking the location. About 25mins to the river. Authentic setting, cute little town. Along with shared but spacious gravel parking. AC works. Quiet location. Recommend i think for a few days in the area in general. Set back with one other accommodation feels private enough. Should have everything needed. Bed okay. Wifi ok. I think overall ok.
