Holiday rentals with a patio in Sabrosa

Marli is a very busy hard working person who always made time to help us and respond to questions we had. We enjoyed Armamar and Marli’s apartment. Quick access by car to the Douro River. Thank you again Marli.

Clean, modern apartment - perfectly set up & appointed: private & quiet. (Google Maps aren't always exact - communicate with Fifo to locate the building). The free parking that used to be available is no more; parking on the street (paid only) may be difficult.

I'll write the review in English so it can reach everyone, as well as some tips for your stay. The apartment was in excellent condition, very well decorated and clean. The TV supports Youtube and Netflix. The hosts are super nice, the area is calm, perfect for night walks. As for my tips: Restaurants in the area are cheap and serve good food. If you plan on going to Stop, a medium dose of beef does feed 2 people for only 10€. Do note that the nearest supermarket is a 30min walk from the apartment, so if you're not bringing a car make sure to stock up on your first day!

Super nice place in a great location, super convenient for travelers since it's in the center, lots to do around and easy to walk to and from it. All the amenities are there, and the service was super friendly and helpful 👍🏻 it's my second time booking with then and still recommend and will be looking to book with then next time I'm visiting the city. :)

Feels like home away from home! So well-equipped, perfect for both long and short stays. Lots of space and zones in general. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a corridor, which provides convenient privacy. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the quiet bedroom with blackout curtains ensures a good night’s sleep. I really appreciated the wooden floor in the bedroom—a rare find in Airbnbs. The bathroom is spacious and bright! Everything is so well designed, making you feel super comfortable throughout your stay in every part of the apartment. Continente and Aldi are very close by. The fully equipped kitchen allows for a romantic dinner with candles, followed by a cozy movie night right there. Parking is well-organized inside the property, with options available outside as well. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

La propriété était magnifique. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et ils se sont empressés de tout nettoyer. On nous a offert la propriété avec le jacuzzi, et il y avait toutes les commodites nécessaires pour notre bébé : chaise haute, jouets, lit… le jacuzzi devant les grandes fenêtres était une expérience inoubliable. Endroit central pour explorer le douro. On a répondu à tous nos besoins, on nous a offert du porto et des fruits locaux. C’est évident que ces gens ont à cœur le bien être de leurs invités, on recommande sans hésitation.

Un grand Merci à José et Cécilia pour leur accueil ! Leur gentillesse, leur envie de partager … Nous avons adoré ce studio (assez grand quand même) perché sur les hauteurs avec une vue MAGNIFIQUE La confiture de Cécilia, et leur porto un délice Je le recommande fortement pour un séjour au calme et profiter de la région et ses paysages comme il se doit !

Marco est un hôte formidable, toujours disponible et d'une grande gentillesse... l'appartement est idéalement situé près de Vila Real, la vue est superbe. L'appartement est très propre, bien agencé...super place de parking ! et est équipé comme prévu. Merci, nous reviendrons 😉

Merci à Fernando! Bonne communication et très sympathique! Mes amis et moi avons aimé la petite maison située dans un petit village perché dans les montagnes du Douro. Nous avions une super belle vue sur les vignes. Expérience dépaysante et agréable!

Beautiful location, the swimming pool area has a stunning view of the Douro Valley. We came for the Douro Half Marathon, it was the perfect place to relax. Thanks Antonio!

Claudia en haar man Xavier waren super hosts! Ze waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam op elk moment van de dag. Claudia had een welkomsdrankje en een zelfgebakken cake voor ons klaarstaan. Het apartement was gloednieuw en alles was even mooi en fris. De keuken was uitstekend voorzien van alle gemakken en de woonkamer gezellig. Er was een heel breed ruim terras met stoelen en een tuin met ligstoelen die s'avonds sfeervol verlicht werd door de veelheid aan lampjes in de bomen en in de tuin. Parkeren in de straat was ook heel makkelijk en veilig. We bevelen dit heerlijke appartement van harte aan voor een verblijf in Vila Real. We komen heel graag nog eens terug!
