We had a very pleasant weekend with our 2 daughters. Sébastien was very nice, we were welcomed despite our lateness and he was very welcoming while remaining very discreet. The cottage is very nice. We will definitely come back!

Madam was very kind and very welcoming with us despite the fact that she lives on site we did not at all feel like we were under surveillance on the contrary we had a superb New Year's Eve within the cottage which moreover is extremely nice place very clean and well equipped nothing to say we will be back with great pleasure!

Housing that respects the description in its juice but very functional and close to Sablé sur Sarthe where there is everything you need (Leclerc, action, intersport, great children's play area with water path, canoe rental, etc.)

Magical stay in a little corner of heaven, Philippe took care of us. The accommodation is beautiful and the environment is very peaceful, it is a perfect place to get away for a few days! There are many activities nearby, very pleasant hikes in the area and pretty villages to visit. On a business trip, the accommodation met my expectations.

This old barn is so well renovated. Very clean, nicely decorated and tasteful. Florence and Loïc are very friendly people. The very positive point is that this cottage is really quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries while being close to the main shops. There are also many easily accessible walking and hiking opportunities. Had a great time, you can go there without so much as a second thought!

There is nothing lacking in the home. The bedding is very comfortable and we enjoyed the shower in each room.

Long weekend in May, 3 families with young children. Fabrice and Gaëlle were perfect! Great communication upstream, very responsive and pleasant. It is their primary residence in the original spirit of Airbnb, all belongings, toys, games are made available. The 6 cats are adorable, the garden and all the children's games as well as the plancha and the ball court make it a great place for a relaxing time.
