Beach house holiday rentals in Sabaudia

Wir waren drei Wochen zu Besuch in Claudias Unterkunft und waren schnell überwältigt von der fantastischen Lage, dem unfassbar schönen Stränden und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Claudia hatte sich in der ganzen Zeit sehr viel Mühe gegeben um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und gab es doch mal ein kleineres Problem hatte sie uns umgehend geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

Casa perfettamente rispondente alle foto, vicinissima al mare, con una veduta impagabile e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto pratici il self check-in e check-out. Host gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno in questa struttura per serate rilassanti su una terrazza mozzafiato.

Edificio in perfette condizioni e dallo stile caratteristico, molto pulito, a poca distanza dal mare anche se il luogo non è molto adatto ai pedoni perché i marciapiedi sono piccoli e mal tenuti. Accoglienza perfetta. Unica (piccola) pecca: il segnale wi-fi è debole nel giardino.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

La casa ha una terrazza con una vista stupenda su Palmarola è già solo questa terrazza vale la pena di decidere per un soggiorno. Inoltre si raggiunge bene con il mezzo pubblico a disposizione sull'isola. La casa stessa è dottata di tutto il necessario e la piccola piscina è uno sfogo perfetto per le ore più calde del giorno. Tutto arredato con molta cura e amore per i dettagli, tante grazie per la settimana stupenda da voi.

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

We had a great time in this house, well positioned, welcoming community, selection of very good restaurants, great place to relax and well positioned to have frequent excursions to Rome, or Naples (Sorrento, Capri, Pompei). The only problem was that one week was not enough to enjoy it all. We hope to visit again.

En avslappende oase i Nettuno – anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Nettuno, Italia, og dette stedet er virkelig en perle for de som søker en avslappende ferie. Omgivelsene var utrolig vakre, og det store, nydelige bassenget var et midtpunkt for mange fine dager. Vår vert, Sarah, var utrolig hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. En ekstra bonus var den nydelige huskatt som kom på daglige besøk – et kjærkomment innslag! Et lite minus var beliggenheten. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en leiebil, da veien til butikker, restauranter og selve tettstedet var litt risikabel å gå på uten fortau, og med biler som kjørte fort. Uber var heller ikke tilgjengelig, men heldigvis var lokalbefolkningen utrolig hjelpsomme med å ordne transport for oss. Til tross for dette, vil vi på det sterkeste anbefale dette stedet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser.

Giuseppe‘s Airbnb was one of the best that I’ve been to on a 9 month trip in Europe. The attention to detail and how well organized and how generous he is with what he offers far outweighs the price that we paid. The location is central, but also a bit tucked away, which is perfect. It is very, close to the airport, which is convenient, but he has provided such great soundproofing that we couldn’t even hear the planes. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine, shampoo and body wash, oil, s&p, sugar, tea and coffee. All of the things that you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable! We thought perhaps the sofa bed would not be comfortable because typically they are not, but it was very comfortable and we fought over which bed we would sleep in! Giuseppe was available for all of my questions, had great information for the area, provided a really reasonably priced and great customer service taxi company and was a pleasant man to communicate with.

This Airbnb was the perfect way to end our two weeks in Italy! We got to relax on the beach and then had no stress of a long drive to the airport. The house was clean and cozy! Gaia was an amazing host! I definitely recommend staying here!!

Maria’s place is located in an area very close to the beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Her place is absolutely spotless clean. I would recommend her place and would certainly stay there again.

Abbiamo denominato la location di Daniela "Il nostro posto nel mondo", un connubio perfetto di poesia.. di arte.. di melodia.. di profumi.. di energia che riempie il cuore e la vista. Lei è energia e vitalità allo stato puro e la sua dimora la descrive in pieno.. siamo stati coccolati.. riempiti di ottimi consigli su dove trascorrere le ns cene e i ns aperitivi.. ma il posto del cuore è la casa e quei meravigliosi tramonti che non potete perdere.. questo è un arrivederci.. GRAZIE di tutto perché hai reso questa vacanza una incredibile avventura.. è stato come vivere in un film :)

Dopo un primo di adattamento (non ci aspettavamo una disposizione della struttura su tre livelli), ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Chiaramente la struttura non è adatta a chi ha disabilità motorie o difficoltà di deambulazione, ma il cenare la sera sul terrazzino è davvero un'esperienza molto gratificante. La posizione è nel cuore della Gaeta portuale ed è, quindi, molto caratteristica.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.
