Excellent arrangements and a beautiful view.

We had a great stay here, the place was super clean and was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Being right next to the ocean and waking up to that nice view was lovely! What really stood out is how responsive the hosts were, we had a few questions throughout our stay and they answered super quickly each time and were very friendly.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

The place was perfect for me and my husband. it was spacious and the view was to die for. awesome views in the morning and sitting on the deck at night u can hear the ocean. loved it. didn't rent car since we have been in PR before and wanted to lay back a little. close to bars, food and casino. Uber not too expensive to see places. would definitely come back to Chloe place.

The Casita Amarilla was a great little studio to base ourselves during our trip visiting Old San Juan. It's super close to the ferry which takes you directly to the old city (and only 1 dollar to ride!) The airbnb itself is a cozy studio for one person (we were two), the bathroom has a curtain partition with no real door so it can be awkward with two people. Also the sofa bed comes with no additional bedding so we had to split the bedding of the actual bed to make it work. Some positives on the space, it's very bright with lots of natural lighting, safe area in a bustling part of town, parking easy and there's a nearby bakery walking distance where we had breakfast.

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

Such an amazing apartment in the heart of everything to do in San Juan. The views from the living room is gorgeous. Location is unbeatable and the decor all over the space was truly stunning. The host was super helpful and communicative. We had such a great time. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay here. We have 4 kids so there was plenty of room for everyone and they took advantage of playing in the backyard. Renting a car is a must if you want to explore, there is only 2 restaurants and 2 beaches within walking distance. We planned on staying in the house a lot so it was perfect for us, we truly enjoyed the house and could not beat the view.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

A very enjoyable stay. Had a great time walking uo the stream in the back of the property as we came to explore. The night time was BOOMING with natural symphonys from all the local coqui frogs. Found a few tarantulas in the trees which was AWESOME!!!! All in all anytime I return to the island this is where I will be staying

There isn’t enough space in this review box to describe how much I loved staying here. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 teen daughters. The views from this place are breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things to do. The beach is literally a minute walk- and it had anyone on it which was great! We went to a different beach one day but I definitely preferred the one by the Airbnb. There is a spot to get in the water easily if you are looking to play in the ocean. Definitely make the walk to kikita beach house for dinner! Also suggest Romba, both are fantastic! These hosts are the best I have ever had. They gave tons of suggestions and insight and answered so many of my questions!! Book this place you won’t regret it!! Oh and the beds… they are SO comfy !!

Great location and a comfortable home. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. My friends and I had a great time and really enjoyed the place. Would definitely recommend!

The Air bnb was just as described. Modern and clean with an oceanfront beautiful view. I loved the extra added security which requires the key to move the elevator. Ubers were less than $10 which allowed us to get out often. It was a great location to travel to other hot spots in less than 30 minutes. I would only suggest for guests staying more than 2 nights a possible change of sheets but we survived. Enjoy the bottle of moscato we left, and thank you again for opening up your home.

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.

Just as pictured and very secure. Great beach, pool and amenities. And close to airport and some fine restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10
