The studio is located in Béduer, 9 km from Figeac. It is an independent accommodation in the heart of an old farmhouse. In addition to the double bed, it is equipped with a shower, toilet, table with 2 chairs, sink and kitchenette (with small fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and basic ingredients). A small terrace, shaded in the evening, with a table and chairs is located in front of the front door. 4G access possible. Electricity at extra cost from October to April.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

La Petite Maison de Pradelle, lovely guest house

Come and relax in our guest house 5 minutes from Figeac. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine with a bathroom and a double bed area. We allow access to our lovely little swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area. Small independent house, located in the village of Saint Perdoux 10km from Figeac. Gîte labeled Gîte de France 2 épis. ideally located in a small green, picturesque and welcoming country, conducive to relaxation and return to nature. Fully equipped 40m2 house with fenced garden of 500m2. We accept reservations as of 3 nights at a time. However, during the summer period July/August we provided reservations for a minimum of 7 nights.
