Diese hat einen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine (Senseo) sowie einen Wasserkocher. In der oberen Etage liegt der Schlaf- und Arbeitsbereich. Ausgestattet ist dieser Raum mit einer Couch, einem Doppelbett (1,6 m Breite), einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch sowie einem Flachbild-TV und Wlan.
