The apartment is 140m2 and located in a peaceful, residential part of Rouhling, France, near Sarreguemines, France, and Saarbrücken, Germany. The interior of the apartment is new(2015), very spacious and confortable. There are four separate beds: 2 king size bed (180cmx200cm) and 2 twin size beds (singles). The kitchen is full equipped and new also.

There is a lot to explore in our nearest area: lakes, rocks, castles museums, lots of historical such as maginot line and Bitche fortress. The benefits of our location: great nature in the area, our large property with plenty of space to rest, swing, play, barbecue, sit, lie. Since October we have a heat pump.

We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hectic. With a great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1 km from Lemberg in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace, a freestanding bathtub and a wellness shower. The beds are mega-comfortable box-spring beds. The second bedroom is in the basement and has small stained glass windows. Unfortunately, fireworks and parties are not allowed.

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.
