Ein gut erzogener Hund bis Kniehöhe kann mitgebracht werden, bitte vor Buchung mit Angabe der Rasse anfragen. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück mit Grillplatz, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Tieren (Ponys, Ziege, Kaninchen). Die 2. Doppelhaushälfte "Hase" kann ebenfalls gebucht werden.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Old Harbour from the sofa. Studio apartment for 2 persons in first row with direct view on the Old Harbor. Additional sleeping options for another two people or children are always possible through a sofa bed if necessary. The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
