Luxury studio with private pool

Independent studio part of a set of three buildings. Below the main house you will discover our studio on the ground floor on the swimming pool with its hammam, its swimming pool and its bathroom. Magnificent place set back from the house built on the edge of the canyon. Not overlooked, totally private, the view of the canyon is spectacular. The swimming pool is an integral part of the studio and is not shared with any other traveler. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Wonderful house located a few meters from the seashore from which you can see the sun rise. The house consists of a total of 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. It has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living-dining room with access to the main terrace, 2 outdoor terraces with sea views and a large hall with plenty of natural light. The house has Wi-Fi network, towels and bed linen.

A beautiful house in the countryside with air conditioning

The house is very comfortable and is conveniently located both for going to the beach and for cycling, it is close to our famous Camí de Cavalls, a beautiful route to enjoy both on foot and by bicycle. Close to Favaritx Lighthouse. To go to the nearest supermarket you have to go to Mahón, it's a 0-minute drive. A car is essential. There are no bus lines.

Diego's residence has a family size, which is very appreciable compared to the gigantic settlements scattered everywhere in Menorca. It is located in a quiet residential area and equidistant from the ports of Mahon and El Castel (which can be reached in about half an hour on foot). The bus stop is not far away and in 10 minutes you are in the center of Mahon from where numerous buses leave for the beaches, especially in the south east of the island. A little complicated but feasible if you plan to do some stages of the Cami de Cavals. Otherwise, I strongly recommend renting a car. Our apartment was perfect for 2 people with a very comfortable bed, a bathroom with an excellent shower, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Excellent breakfast and very appreciable swimming pool. And Diego is a really thoughtful host

Casa Agnes was a cozy three-story home with everything I needed for a long weekend stay in Mahon -- the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped, and it was nice to be able to do laundry with the washer and dryer. The host was always quick to respond, and the house was a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and the main bus station!

listing that matches the description and photos. You might need to add a microwave. Slight negative point: the difficulty sometimes of parking on the street which is a cul de sac. People who go to the beach park in the street, which does not have much parking space.

Fabulous Eco Chic House In Menorca´s Natural Park

Wow what can we say. Trish’s villa is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Definitely hire a car as access is as expected in the natural park. directions super clear and Trish was an amazing communicative host - beautiful beaches in es grau and we even had a massage with petra who came to the house on our last day. The villa has everyhing you need - it’s remote and private but everything within a 15/20 drive. Pool area stunning. We couldn’t fault it at all and will be back 100%! to explore everything we didn’t get to see. Thank you Trish for a super stay xx
