Birgit is a very welcoming person. She was very flexible and I could arrive late and check-out very early. The house is extremely clean and provides all what is needed for a pleasant stay (professional coffee machine, shower gel, bottle opener etc...). I recommand this place for a relaxing stay in the region!

Alles perfekt von A bis Z. Sehr gemütliche, modern eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung und mit Kamin genau das richtige für die kalte Jahreszeit. Sehr günstig gelegen, für einen Einsatz auf dem Chempark in Dormagen.

Die Beschreibung war exakt, die Nachbarschaft ruhig, wir konnten uns gut vom Alltagsstress entspannen.

Martina is super! We totally felt at home and really all family members have sweetened our stay here. Us bicycles were provided, which we facilitated the trip to the wedding celebration. The room is great and the location is great for a trip to Cologne / Dusseldorf. We had a great stay and we hope to see Marina maybe in Tübingen :)

Martina is a great host with beautiful mind and spirit reflected in her charming living space and in many ways inspiring others even we stay only a short time. She gave us a great hospitalities and warm welcome. She 'upgraded' us to a bigger room due to my son and that was really appreciated. Her place is homely and she is quite flexible with guests we enjoyed staying at her home.

Has everything worked wonderfully, despite an early arrival

The stay was as always very pleasant. The room is not very big, but it's all available and very clean. The accommodation I can recommend without hesitation.

Absolute great Airbnb experience 2 night: I was such a good friend received and felt right at super well. Martina and Kai looked after touching me, the guys Nick and Jonah were not shy, but have let me participate in their daily routine. Lotte (large black dog) was very peaceful. The room is rather small, but absolutely sufficient furnishings and nice. I was allowed to use the living / dining room and the kitchen with. The large bathroom is shared with all. On local demand, there was also a small breakfast for a small fee. The house is located in a quiet residential area - I was there by car and therefore movable. I would recommend Martina's rooms all that not only sleep, but also want to meet nice fellow.

Good place, clean and comfortable. Martina is very friendly host. I would definitely recommend for those who do not look for living in a big city but experience quiet German town.

Very very kind and warm hosts. I have felt right at home! By public transportation, the accommodation is easy to reach (about 10 minutes walk to the stop). Only the larger time intervals of departure times (typical country) should be considered.

Very helpful hosts u. A top comfortable bed in a cozy room. Even a filled bookshelf was available :-) However, a smoking household, which did not emerge from the description but was forbidden as a guest. Jutta and her family make you feel most welcome in this spacious well equipped apartment. She thinks of everything and provided more than we expected. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy and warm. Although not in a tourist area, it is still close to Dusseldorf and just a little further to Cologne, so it's a good base for the region. Just a few minutes walk will take you to a selection of local shops including a nice little bakery to buy fresh rolls for breakfast. We will be back.

Apartment: large, spacious, nicely decorated, everything available, even Playstation 3 and keyboard, very clean. Location: quiet, shops on the doorstep. Owner: very friendly, courteous, helpful and uncomplicated.

Our stay at Jutta's was a great start to our holiday. She and her husband were extremely hospitable, introducing us to places to go around Dormagen and welcoming us with mulled wine and chocolates. The upper floor of the house was very thoughtfully furnished with a fireplace and kitchen. Truly a highlight of German hospitality :)

Entire stay was a very comfortable experience and will definitely recommend others to experience. Apartment is close to the river and a lovely place. Marco's father has been so kind to wait to receive us and show all the facility in their house. My family liked the facility and interiors of the house, almost brand new. It was very clean and well maintained. Only thing we were not happy, was not having internet connection Wifi. Thanks Marco and family.

In this cute kleien house I have stayed several times. It is very pleasant, quiet and well furnished. A single drawback is the Prkplatzsituation. But still very empfehelenswert.

Comfortable & pleasant. I had no time for supermarkets so Christian's complimentary bottle of wine at night, and toasts with marmelade in the morning, came perfect! It takes roughly an hour to the Messe in public transport, but it's surely worth it, considering ridiculously high hotel prices for late bookers like myself. Would definately go back.

Christian's place is clean and stylish. It is located a short train ride outside the centre of Düsseldorf right near the Benrath Palace. The surrounding suburb is full of quaint old houses and has a nice community feel to it. The bakery on the corner made very tasty croissants! Christian provided us with everything we needed including train and bus timetables, coffee and even chocolates on arrival! We had three people in the apartment and there was more than enough room. We would not hesitate to return to Christian's place - what a gem!

We spent a week at Chistia's house .. the apartment was very comfortable and well looked after! Not missing anything! Chritian was also very helpful with us. He is very sociable and friendly, attentive to the needs of the people. We will meet again next year for sure!. Thanks again

The days when Christian were wonderful! The communication was not a problem in advance. Christian patiently answered all my questions and was very accommodating. The bungalow is beautifully and very comfortably furnished! I felt right at home! Christian supplies to start its guests with coffee, tea, butter, milk, pasta and toast. Even spices and vinegar / oil are present. The garden is also very nice - so I could in the days around the clock sit outside. To my amazement, it was also very quiet and I was awakened in the morning by birdsong. During my stay, Christian asked repeatedly about my well-being-but I was perfectly happy :). Nearby there is a supermarket, good parking and nice way for walking / hiking. All in all, I can only "thank you" to say for a lovely stay and for the hospitality !!

Excellent bungalow +++++ The appartment is very luxurious and stylish. Christian is a super nice guy and will explain (upon your arrival) everything you need to know about getting to / from the center by public transport, places to eat nearby, how to use everything in the bungalow i.e. the kitchen, radio & tv, fireplace, WiFi etc. In my honest opinion this appartment is one of the best locations for your trip that airbnb can offer for Duesseldorf - highly recommended.

House beautiful and cozy. Fantastic yard with BBQ. Everything looks even better than in photos. We were two families with 3 children. Kids were impressed by the toys. Very good location, close to supermarket, bars. Many thanks to Uwe and his mother for a warm welcome! It was perfect!

We had a great time at Uwe's place. The house is great and perfect for a family up to 5 kids (maybe even more because there is also an apartment in the Basement). The house has two garden areas and lot of toys to play with in the attic. My boys spent quite some time playing Lego. Shops (Supermarkets, bakery etc.) are close by so you can walk and get your breakfast rolls in the morning. As a family of four the house had everything we needed (washer, dryer and WIFI). The cleaning Lady coming once a week was handy, too. Pefect place with perfect host.

The description of the house is very accurate and the house is beautiful. Perfect stay for a family or a group. It had everything we needed for day to day living. Kids would love the toys but there was none in our group! Super market and bus stop only a few steps away made our life easy during 10 days stay. Little away from the city busy area but within reach of the city center is about 30 minutes by public transport. We liked the calm and peaceful neighborhood. The host took us around on the first day and showed us everything we needed so we felt very comfortable in a foreign city. Thanks Uwe for your time and attention. Everything was great as expected. I am happy that I chose to stay here.

It was great experience to stay at Yvonne house. Everything was as described and shown on the pictures. The room was big and clean with everything that you need for short stay. The bathroom was huge and clean and equipped with all you need. From balcony, you have very nice view in the back yard. Yvonne like host was wonderful, she try to help with everything that we asked and little more. She even make cookies for us :). Nievenhaim is small but beautiful place right in the middle Cologne and Dusseldorf and is easy reachable with public transport from both cities. I recommend these property even for business and pleasure visit of these region. We definitely come beck but in better weather conditions :)

Price / offer: Very good The room was clean and large. At least 23m² is enough space to be able to stay even for two there can (bed and couch). even given some come 5m² balcony. The bathroom is modern. The hostess was very friendly, accommodating and asked as a pick-up from the train station and a breakfast. The S11 can also be reached quite comfortable from Dusseldorf to town.

urgently Bruachte a hotel and for a show were almost all hotels fully booked or outrageously expensive. Since I came over to the airbnb Inersat by Yvonne - a lucky coincidence. In all respects, better than any hotel and this low! Yvonne has even picked me up from the station and was wahnsinngi hospitable. I felt at home, slept wonderfully and can enjoy the next day accordingly. Would it feel better may not want to - thank you love Yvonne!

My husband and I stayed at this adorable coach house for 3 nights with our small dog. Birgit was a lovely host, and was very warm and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was large, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The upstairs living area was beautiful and cozy! We definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the area!

We spent about a week in this house. And all this time we were really happy. The place is peaceful and very quiet. All is close: Rhine, fields, Lidl, restaurants. The train is more far, but there is a bus to reach it. House is beautiful, comfortable, cosy and clean. There are all things you need to live. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped and modern, what is the most attractive in the old walls. Birgit is a nice hostess and she is really a Lady of the House. Best place to rest if you like to walk. We walked to Dusseldorf through ferryboat few times with pleasure. If somebody has business interests in Dusseldorf/Cologne it's reasonable to be with a car.

The apartment is even more beautiful as the pictures, is in a quiet neighborhood and has a good connection. The kinds of shops can be found nearby. After work you can enjoy on the balcony the afternoon sun. A perfectly smooth processing completes the offer.

The accommodation has pleased me very well, it was very quiet with practical small balcony. Parking is right at home possible and important to me was the good wireless reception with sufficient speed. All in all very recommendable.

Hi, I spent six months in the apartment and found it absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect for me, a 25 minute walk to work or 5 minutes by bus. The apartment was quiet and close to some nice restaurants. Overall an excellent experience.
