Our newly built bright apartment with separate entrance with around 70 square meters offers generous space for two adults. Our open living/dining area with fitted kitchen, fireplace, smart TV in the living area & bedroom, audio, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating make the stay cozy and comfortable. Spacious bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower & window. From the living area you can access the approx. 20 square meter wooden terrace. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beach and the peninsula.

Small but nice apartment centrally located in Wasserburg am Bodensee. Only 5 minutes walk to the swimming spot on the lake, to the center of town, to the train station and by train only 10 minutes from Lindau. The newly renovated apartment consists of a living room, a modern kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, a double bedroom, a newly converted bathroom. Also, the apartment has a balcony with amazing lake and mountain views.

My place is located at our family home in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is a few minutes away. A nice footpath/bike path leads to Wasserburg village. The property has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is within walking distance.

Loy Guest Apartment

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.

The communication with Nicola was very good, she always responded quickly and supported us well! The location of the apartment is great and it is very well furnished. In good weather, you can quickly get to the lake. Lindau is a stone's throw away and everything was as hoped. Thank you Nicola!!!

The apartment is in a nice quiet area. From the apartment, the train station can be reached in a few minutes. There is a direct connection to Lindau. Everything that was needed was available in the apartment. Communication with the hosts was really great. The hosts were always available and always helpful.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and we had a wonderful view of Lake Constance. There is a parking space directly behind the house. The shower is a bit low due to the sloping roof, but it is still okay for people of average height. Since the apartment is directly under the roof, it can probably get quite warm in the summer. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation for a relaxing stay at Lake Constance.

We stayed there in April. Everything about the stay was fine. The apartment and the amenities were exactly as described in the listing. Konstantin provided clear instructions on the check-in which made it very smooth. The location is very close to the Bahnhof and the town center, which has a nice restaurant and bakeries. Also walkable to the lake shore. We had a good stay at the apartment. Definitely recommend.

We had some very nice days in the old fruit hall. The clear and quiet interior allows you to relax and unwind very quickly. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
