Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Lejligheden egner sig særligt godt til op til 4 gæster. Boligen passer til jer, der ønsker byens liv lige udenfor døren, men samtidig sætter pris på rolige omgivelser og en god nattesøvn. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til morgenmad og lette måltider, badeværelset har bruseniche, og parkering ved ejendommen.

Der er stue køkken badeværelse to soveværelser med dobbeltsenge. Pluds en Hems med 2 senge. Hemsen er nok egnet til unge mennesker da der er en stejl trappe derop… Der er en weekend seng med dyne og pude - højstole - puslepude på badeværelset En badekar til børn. Tv med internet. Udenfor er der bord med stole og grill. Drømmeseng kan man låne hvis der er interesse for det Der er fluenet på alle plast vinduer. Tag vinduerne er der ikk fluenet i. Man lægger selv sengetøj på.

Lejligheden er på 1. sal og på ca. 100m2 med aircondition. En hyggelig stue med brætspil, sofa, PS4, smart TV og alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning. Der er opvaskemaskine. Der er 1 trin inde i lejligheden. Vi har 3 charmerende og nyrenoverede værelser med sengeplads til 5 voksne, samt en vugge og en weekend seng til børn. Vi har 3 hunde og 1 kat, og kæledyr er velkomne, så længe de er under kontrol og ikke er i sengen. Vi deler toilet om natten, men ellers er det 100% jeres.

The only thing to note - however, very important, is that the railway is right next to the house, as the cottage was previously a caretaker's house and there is no fence🛤️

Architecturally designed holiday home from 2019 directly on the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with nature's changes throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bath. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
