  • Beautiful views. Perfect for isolation. This cabin itself is more secluded than the others and definitely has the best view. We’ve stayed in these before and the experience keeps getting better the more prepared we are. Mindy is a great and accommodating host! You will not be disappointed with these cabins :) thank you for a great trip! We will see you again in the Fall!

  • Stopped here on our trip from LA to NY. So happy we did! Pictures do not do justice for the view. What a great experience.

  • Mindy’s tiny house is incredible; such a quaint little place to stay and enjoy how awesome nature is out here! The bathroom and shower was better than we expected, and the grill is really nice. That clear window is as cool as it looks in the pictures, in real life. A good place for more outdoorsy folks.

"You'll love our breakfast and we know food" We're a small home grown bed and breakfast in rural central Utah with a private setting for our guests in a separate dwelling just a short stone's throw from our residence all in the quiet setting of Manti, Utah just 4 blocks directly west of the Historic Manti Temple.
Our lofted bed and breakfast is built on the "tiny home" concept. It's cozy and private with a full standard height kitchen, bathroom with shower and a 5' high lofted bedroom with a queen sized memory foam bed and living room. In the loft living room there is a large 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix via ROKU, Amazon Prime, YouTube videos, and free wireless internet. Perfect for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children so if you're adventurous and can climb our "Jefferson" stairs we'll make ready for you. We also have an additional private bedroom on the main floor with a standard 7' height ceiling with a super comfortable Queen sized memory foam bed and its own 35" flat screen TV. Your stay includes a full home cooked breakfast which includes delicious crepes (topped with fresh berries), farm fresh scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, 100% pure maple syrup, Kodiak mountain berry syrup, orange juice and upon request, raw milk from our Jersey cow Daisy. Each additional morning we also offer our fresh tomato and basil omelettes and pan seared breakfast potatoes and turkey sausage. Other options available are our delicious buttermilk waffles with fresh berries. We'd love to have you as our guests!
Our neighborhood is a vintage neighborhood by the Manti temple set back in the small rural location of Sanpete valley with a rich pioneer heritage settled by early Mormon settlers at the invitation of Chief Walkara. Nearby favorites to visit are Maple Canyon which is a favorite for hikers and climbers due to the beautiful forestry and conglomerate rock formations towering at an elevation of 6,700 feet. Even closer is Manti canyon. It is a favorite spot for hiking and 4 wheeling with beautiful trails and greenery and Yearn's reservoir is a great place to fish.
  • Chris and LeAnn’s tiny home was amazing! My husband and I traveled from SLC to Manti for a little weekend away with our dog, and this was the perfect getaway :) The home cooked meals are delicious, we definitely recommend getting dinner too! During the day you’re super close to some fun hikes or trail runs around Manti and Sterling. Chris and LeAnn were so kind and we hope to come back some day!

    Ivy2020-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome experience. We got to eat steaks from their own cow! Loved the loft area. Chris and LeAnn were very kind!

    Tierna2020-04-25T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I really enjoyed our experience here. The home is in a safe area with safe parking. They offer a complimentary breakfast and you have the option to order dinner. We ordered the balsamic chicken. Both meals were absolutely delicious. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

    Lilian2020-04-19T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommend!!! This place is almost near perfect. From the comfy beds to the hospitality, it deserves more visitors to experience the brilliance of it all! LeAnn was very welcoming and had a fire going for us before we arrived to warm the whole loft which I thought was so amazing. It was quiet and very clean. Bout 30mins off of I-70 so easy access for anyone traveling through Utah to Colorado. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at.

    Kristina2020-04-18T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute tidy loft. Breakfast was great. LeAnn was a nice host. Their neighbor has many cats and it's very satisfying to look at them playing with each other in the yard.

  • We stayed here on our way out to visit family, and loved it so much we stayed again on our return trip. It is clean and cozy and feels very homey. The decor is stylish, but not over the top, and at the same time, not too minimal. There are a lot of nice touches that made us feel nice and at home. The food is delicious and the area is peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommended it to anyone visiting the Manti area!

    Brittany2020-04-15T00:00:00Z

★Close to Grocery Store, Restaurants, and Freeway★ Our Tiny Home is a great place to stay while visiting the Wasatch front. Just a small drive to surrounding restaurants, activities, hikes, and sites. 25-28 minutes from SLC airport. 20-25 minutes to Alta and Snowbird. 25-30 minutes to Brighton and Solitude. 40 minutes to Park City 20 minutes to Downtown SLC. 5 minutes from I-15 5 minutes from tons of restaurants 5 minutes to grocery store
Location: Let's get this out in the open right off the bat...our Tiny Home is located in an RV park, and there's no way around that. If you're not OK with staying in an RV park, the Tiny Home is not for you. That being said, our Tiny Home has LOTS to offer and is a clean, cozy and fun place to stay! *****Please note, the sky lights have been boarded up for efficiency***** It's located in Draper right off the freeway about 25 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon. There are grocery stores, gas stations and lots of great restaurants, all within a one-mile radius. The advantage of our Tiny Home being in an RV park means our guests have access to a coin-op laundry mat, small convenience store, community playground, an outdoor pool (open in summer) and an indoor hot-tub (open during the winter.) Closes at 8:00 pm Transportation: It is necessary to have a rental car in order to access the Tiny Home from the airport. You could always pay for Uber but I bet you will spend just as much on drivers than actually just renting a car. Description: The beds are located in a loft, so you have to climb up a fairly steep ladder to get to them. We also updated our couch to a pull out couch the size of a twin bed that can be used. The kitchen includes a mini fridge, stove, oven and microwave. We provide pots, pans and dishes for you to cook with. Please keep in mind the Tiny Home is not the Marriot--it's a glorified trailer. There is no TV. Sometimes the water heater doesn't get as hot as you would like. Despite these possible inconveniences, we will do our VERY best to make everything perfect for your stay! The RV park just added Wifi, but you have to ask the front desk for the password.
Our Tiny House is located in an RV Park, so please be aware of this, even though the home is 100% private there are other people staying nearby. There are amenities available such as a laundromat, picnic areas and a hot tub and swimming pool (when in season). There are quite a few other Tiny Homes in the park so you can meet and socialize with other Tiny Home lovers!! The RV park is clean and well maintained with easy access to parking. It's located right near I-15 which makes travel easy and convenient. A lot of people ask us why the home is located in an RV park, and the only answer is that Salt Lake County currently does not allow for tiny houses in their city code. If we ever have the opportunity to move to a more permanent location we would absolutely love to. The RV park really is well maintained and requires background checks of all its residents. Management quickly addresses any issues and is easy to get a hold of. It’s an older park so keep that in mind. I really feel that our tiny home is a unique experience and we are proud to offer something boutique in fashion yet affordable. Perfect for someone looking for something fun and different for a short stay or an extended stay where you are beginning of a life adventure.
  • Great little tiny home, a fun stay!

  • I don’t want to say this because I want to always be able to stay here but this place is AMAZING! I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s throughout my travels but this place has thought of everything. The place is beautifully decorated, the layout is roomy, the bed was comfortable and the shower is fun!! Lots of snacks provided - which was wonderful since we arrived after the restaurants have closed. Wish we had been able to stay longer! We will definitely be back next time we visit Zion.

Our A-Frame is a labor of our love and was built as such. A getaway to relax, hike and enjoy. Our place is quiet, rustic, rural and completely off the grid in nature. It borders Zion National Park and is only 140 feet from the East Rim Trailhead. Stargazing is stellar! You’ll love our place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the true outdoors space and memories. We bring the outdoors in and the indoors outside. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and friends.
The Space Upon arrival, you will park your car along the dirt road in one of the pull-offs and you will follow a wood chip and solar lit (at night) trail down a small ravine across a bridge with a seasonal stream and up another small ravine (about 150 feet in total) that is lined with beautiful Ponderosa Pines. On your left are the wildflower meadow and two lounge chairs for stargazing with no trees blocking the view. The view is 180 degree of stars at night. You can watch shooting stars and the International Space Station pass overhead when in view as well as explore the stars with the telescope. As you follow the trail and come to the top of the hill you will see the hammock to the left and the closed A-frame. Past the hammock is a bench and a small trail to an open area where there are Horseshoes and a small storage shed with Giant Jenga and cornhole boards/bags. There is an Adirondack loveseat adjacent to the A-frame. Proceed to the right and you will put in your code to the keyless door lock. From there you can open the A-frame and have an inside/outside room. Upon entering, you will notice that the natural sunlight is reflecting from the convertible wall and four other windows. Natural sunlight is everywhere. On the white storage cubes, you will find two binders: one is an A-frame manual with information about everything related to the A-frame, the bathroom, the BBQ area, and our property; the second binder has descriptions of different hikes you can take from the Stave Springs/East Rim Trailhead and other popular hikes as well as info on the surrounding area. Each one of the hikes has a map and a copy you can take with you in a sleeve within the book. There are games, coloring books, and cards located in a white cube and there is minimalist storage for your items as well as a luggage rack to keep the area clutter free for you. If you open up the A-frame wall or go out the front door and walk across the deck to the BBQ bar to look inside the Yukon ice chest there you will see see a block of ice, drinking water, and condiments in the wet cooler. The dry cooler on the opposite side of the bar contains some Smore’s fixings as well as candy/snacks in the basket for you. If you are Vegan or Vegetarian and do not eat marshmallows, let us know in advance and we will provide Vegan Marshmallows or leave a banana to roast. If you explore the lower cabinet of the BBQ Bar you will find plates, cups, utensils, cookware, and everything you may need to fix any meal. One of the greatest elements of this property is that it allows you to experience what off –grid living can be like with only minimal sacrifice. It has a solar system in place for the A-frame with an electrical outlet and a separate solar unit for the bathroom toilet. The natural light and convertible wall allows light to pour in and out and you can sleep with the wall open or shut. The water is from the local well and all water used is integrated to water the plants and trees. The special composting toilet allows for water conservation with no smell or mess common with a regular composting toilet. We spent 5 months designing and building this A-frame to make it a home away from home and a small piece of paradise away from our busy lives. Our goal was to make a place of peace, relaxation, and bliss where our memories could harvest new experiences. We wanted a place to be in nature as much as possible and where hiking was outside our door; and now we are sharing it with you. Now, stop and relax and breathe because this is what memories and vacations are about, not about the hustle and bustle of normal life. Sit in an Adirondack chair or patio chair that overlooks the ravine and wildflower meadow. If it tickles your fancy, relax and unwind in the hammock. Listen to the birds and wind rustle the trees. What you do on your vacation next is up to you. PLEASE READ ALL ITEMS BEFORE BOOKING! Read the entire section before making the reservation. So there are no surprises. You are in the Alpine wilderness and therefore you must have respect for it and be aware of a few items. *Ravine: You park on the graveled pullout along the dirt road or at the National Park parking and walk 150 feet or so down and back up a ravine. So if you have a lot of heavy items it will give you a workout. Trust me, we had to lug everything from wood beams to towels and it is tiring after a lot of trips. *Altitude/weather: you are at around 6,500 feet in elevation. If you have any heart problems and/or coming from sea level, you will notice a difference. The weather is also 9 to 13 degrees cooler than Zion National Park. Utah and Zion weather are unpredictable so bring warm and cool clothes. Layering is a must here if hiking. In the late summer/fall, there may be intermittent afternoon showers that last an hour or so. I love the afternoon showers because it gives me time to relax and enjoy the rainfall under the canopy of the convertible wall. It is all about perspective. *Water: The running water is unfiltered well water, so drink at your own risk. We provide you with several bottles of drinking water and a jug of drinking water. *Electricity: Solar Power is generated by sunlight and is stored in batteries. There is limited battery capacity that depends on the weather. If you leave lights on or the fan on, it can drain the batteries faster so be thoughtful when using the electricity. We have remote lights for the night as well as huge battery operated candles for evening ambiance. During the day the windows provide plenty of natural daylight. *Critters: You are in the wilderness. There are a lot of alpine critters on our property including squirrels, foxes, bats, Mexican Spotted Owls, California Condors, Peregrine Falcons, Bald Eagles, ravens, eagles, deer, turkeys, bunnies, coyotes, cougars (the cougar is not in area presently and not presenting any danger) and Rams have been seen on the East Rim Trail and 15 feet from the property. Additionally, Black Bear do live in the area but are very rare and usually come down only in the wintertime. So ...use caution and enjoy the alpine animals from a distance. Additionally, Rattlesnakes can be present in Southern Utah, especially in the summer (they like the alpine cooler weather). Please use caution if you see one and DO NOT bother it. *Bugs: You are in the wilderness and border two sides of the national park: there are lots of bugs that fly and crawl. There are spiders, moths, ants of all varieties, beetles, stump wasps, mosquitoes, black flies and horse flies. In Zion, I have heard of tarantulas and scorpions in some desert areas in the floor of the Zion Park (not usually in the alpine area). We have both natural and unnatural bug sprays at the A-frame but it never hurts to bring your own. We also have citronella tiki torches and sticks for mosquitoes but know that you are in nature at a remote location and therefore in a bug’s territory. There is not a large presence and we usually only notice a few at dusk. Bugs will be there regardless and most of the time not bothersome but know you will see some especially in a cabin that has a convertible wall. *Noises: During the day or night you might hear the birds, coyotes, turkeys, squirrels, deer walking around or other critters going about their daily life. The road is 150 feet away but hardly any traffic due to the trailhead not being well known, yet becoming more popular every year. People and the ranch rent ATV’s so you can hear them if they come down the road. It can be very quiet or can sound like a melody when the wind blows through the leaves or the ratty tat of the rain hitting the metal roof. It is all the beautiful noise and pieces that make this place so unique. *Convertible Wall: Presently we have gas spring mounted brackets to assist with opening and lowering the convertible wall. It is not hard for two people but still awkward. There is an additional brace (2x4) to help hold the wall up in the middle. This allows the legs to be lowered one by one or together, when two people are assisting. We thought about putting in a pulley system but it would cut into the view so we went with awkward for now. -With two people: *To open: you lift the wall from closed to open by pushing and lifting on integrity frame and once open, one person holds open the wall and one unlocks orange legs and places them vertically *To close: you reverse. So one person holds the wall up while the other lowers the legs and secures the lock. Then with the gas spring bracket you slowly lower. -For single guests: *We have a system to safely and slowly lower/raise the wall solo and we can help if needed. We will send you specific instructions and ask if help is needed. Everything listed above is what makes the A-frame so unique and amazingly different from other places. It is all about perspective and what experience you want to take out of it, hopefully, the above-listed items will enhance your stay and enjoyment. Here is what else is included in the property during your stay: ¬Toilet: Outside structure: The property has a urine diverting composting toilet. In our quest to provide our customers with a toilet that is as convenient to use and operate as a flush toilet, this system uses a continuously operating exhaust fan, and no mixing is necessary. NO Mess and NO SMELL. ¬Shower: Outside structure with the inside/outside door. So you can take a shower inside or open the sliding barn door to shower outside with a secluded nature view. Propane on demand hot water heater, low for water shower head and Cruelty-Free Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap provided. ¬Wash Basin to wash hands with water and soap and towels provided. ¬Linens and Towels included. Extra blankets and throws are in A-frame to make it cozy for you. ¬Fan and Heater. Since the A-frame is convertible and open to nature, we provide a fan to cool and a Big Buddy propane heater for heat. ¬Propane BBQ with a single side burner is provided for ease of cooking with a choice of how to prepare food. ¬Plates, cups, utensils: Biodegradable Paper plates, bowls and glass products provided. ¬Breakfast: My favorite modest breakfast starter of steel cut organic or organic rolled oatmeal and fruits with “fixings." I just like it because you boil the water, let it steep for 15 minutes and eat. Easy, delicious and nutritious for the early hikers. I am not listing a full breakfast because it is not a big enough meal for all, but for me it is divine. oApples oApricots oAlmonds oCraisins oRaisins oRaspberries oBlueberries oStrawberries oWalnuts oPecans oCoconut Flakes oCinnamon oBrown Sugar ¬Cooking tools: Pots and skillets, cooling utensils, silverware, knives and cutting boards, french press and coffee/tea provided. All soap, dish soap, and dish towels provided. ¬Yukon Igloo cooler provided for maximum chilling of foods (we provide ice block to keep it cold). There is also a small dry cooler with snacks and s'mores. ¬Margaritaville Explorer Cordless Frozen Concoction Maker by Margaritaville: Our secret indulgence: Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Battery operated margarita/daiquiri blender Provided. (you provide crushed ice and beverages). Makes amazing Margaritas! Very Chill and relaxing to have an excellent margarita in nature! Where else offers you a perfect margarita in nature? It is my secret pleasure at dusk- but anytime is nice-- it is 5 o'clock somewhere! ¬Herb Container: Herbs can be cut fresh and put into meals. ¬Tiki torches and citronella oils provided (2 of them with bases). There are fairy lights and solar lights illuminating the main path. ¬Fire pit and firewood provided. Please keep fires moderate or mild in size due to forest fire risk! Fire screen and fire sticks for marshmallow or bananas (vegetarian/vegan way to make s'mores) provided. ¬Camp furniture: Adirondack chairs, ottoman, bistro dining set with small table provided. ¬Stargazing: telescope and lounge chairs in the meadow ¬Games: Board and card games provided as well as coloring and colored pencils (fun for relaxation). -Horseshoes and Giant Jenga playing area: supplies located in small shed. ¬Books on local hikes and Zion provided for use. Reading books are provided as well as magazines. ¬Water: A gallon of spring drinking water per day provided along with smaller bottles of water. Please provide your own Nalgene or bottles for hiking. Cups provided but nothing suitable for hiking. The spring water comes from Canyon Springs and Zion Ponderosa Ranch who provide the well water, but they do not use a filter system for their guests and deem it as potable water. I like filtering all water, so I will not describe the water as potable until it is multi-filtered. ¬Solar power is provided to A-frame but we like the battery operated Candles for ambiance. ¬Entry: Keyless Door lock provides security on the front door. We change periodically for the security of our guests. ¬Cart: to bring items from car to A-frame. There is a aero cart and a dolly near the shed. We are working on having dogs on the property, so inquire if you have an animal you want to bring. But due to the predator wildlife (coyotes, wolf, cougar), if your dog is a “runner” due to no fences except park fence, I would say it is not safe. Small dogs are not safe due to eagles (5.9-7.5 foot wingspan) and owls. If there are any questions, please contact us. We made this house with our ideas and dreams of what a perfect retreat for us would be and now share it with you. So, if there are suggested items needed please let us know. We hope your stay is a wonderful and blissful experience filled with great memories! Enjoy life- Britt and Mike
Our nearest neighbors are 500 feet away through the woods. The East Rim Trailhead is 140 feet away from the property and the East Rim Trail is 10 miles in total length. Depending on which trail you take, these hikes can be mild to strenuous with durations of 1/2 hour to 6 hours plus. East Rim Trail links with Weeping Rock , Cable Mountain, Deertrap Mountain, Hidden Canyon and Observation Point. Elevation change down into the canyon is roughly 2,150 feet. The plateau we are on is over 6,500 feet vs 4,000 feet on the park floor, which means while Springdale is 98 F/36 C degrees, you are at 85 F/29 C degrees at the A-frame (9-13 degree difference). It can be cool in the evening and during the summer warm to hot usually during the daytime hours of 1200-1600. The upper areas of the park are part of large plateaus and are less shielded from breezes so wind-chill is something to take into consideration. Late summer/early fall (July to October) has afternoon showers that last an hour or so. • Book it now! You won’t regret it! My husband and I booked this last minute. We were married May 3rd and due to covid-19 our original honeymoon plans were canceled. Last minute we found Mike and Britts place available for a week after our wedding. IT WAS FATE! I couldn’t imagine only staying one night here, I feel like to get the entire experience you have to stay at least two nights minimum. Hey They provide everything you could possibly think of and more! We definitely over packed because we are planners but honestly we could have only packed meat to grill, shoes and clothes and would have been just fine! They thought of every detail from bug spray, towels, shampoo, seasonings and pans to cook, wood for the fire, coffee, oatmeal... and so much more! There is little to no service which is awesome because we get to un plug from the world and enjoy nature and each orders company! Speaking of nature we loved seeing the turkeys, squirrels and hummingbirds! It was so relaxing to make breakfast and lay in bed as we watched them just a few feet away. FYI- we are city folk and hearing the critters walk around at night was different.. or minds played tricks on us and took some getting use to 😂 We loved every minute! Britt even left us a special gift because she knew we were just married! They are exceptional hosts and reach out to make sure you have everything you need. We have already discussed going back for our one year anniversary! We can’t wait!

  • If you are looking for an amazing escape from everyday life, this is the spot! Not only is it the most adorable A-frame, but it is so peaceful and relaxing. The attention to detail from Britt and Michael on everything is amazing! It was clean and had so many amenities. Tons of little treasures around the area. Our favorite part was the turkeys that came to visit and the oatmeal bar. I would recommend this place a million times.

    Liv2020-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • Dreamiest, cutest, most accommodating campsite ever! Britt and Michael have put so much time and effort into ensuring that their guests have a great time and it shows with how gorgeous they have set everything up. It was the most luxe and peaceful camping I’ve ever done and was the perfect little recharge! My boyfriend and I plan to stay at this spot again in the future. I cannot recommend this A frame enough!! We loved it SO much!

  • If you're going to Zion you have to stay here. Very relaxing and cozy, the best part was all the wildlife that surround you while you're there. Too many good things to say, you have to see for yourself.

Love the margarita mixer too! Great hiking in Zion out the front door. Super comfortable bed and chairs around the fire. Great communication with owners, I would highly recommend!

  • I want to start off by saying this is a super stay.. very friendly very safe.. great spot not too far from picnic areas, hiking trails, off roading, and general stores... the perfect distance to be away from everything and close enough to get what you need. Any future trip planned I’ll check availability here first. 100% recommend!

  • A wonderful place to stay with an equally amazing host, location is wonderful and my girlfriend and I really loved the area. The local grocery store is great and has everything you will need in one place . I encourage you to hike into Zion national park and also go off-roading on some of the trails in Kanab.

    Justin2020-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely loved our stay here! It was so clean and in a great location. Not too far from Zion/Bryce to go hiking. The only little kink we ran into was that the propane tank ran out for the grill outside so we finished cooking our steaks in the kitchen, but they had everything we needed to get the job done! Definitely recommend staying here 100000% thank you for being amazing hosts!

  • Brandie had a very nice place that was in the perfect location for our needs. Very quiet area with fast access to the rest of Salt Lake Valley. The room was very nice, a little small but it is just 1 bedroom so not a big deal, the bed was super comfortable and the main area was nice and spacious. She was very willing and helpful with certain needs we had with our dog and was willing to work with us. She went above and beyond in our book. If you need a quick place to stay around Salt Lake I'd definitely recommend one of her rooms she offers. We'll keep her mind next time we come back.

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be blissfully quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, everything less than a year old. Off street parking for one car (on the gravel next to the driveway). It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
We live in a great part of Orem. Easy access to everything, but quiet and secluded. We have great views of the mountains around. Our neighborhood was mostly constructed in the late 60's and into the early 80's. We've got a range of architecural styles and a group of people who love where they live. It's a great place.
  • What a beautiful spot! Views from the deck were spectacular. Though on the smaller size, the apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfect for one person or a couple.

    Isabella2020-04-09T00:00:00Z

Our Casita has a 42" TV with Netflix and dish network. The bed is comfortable, has soft bamboo sheets and high quality pillows. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and thoughtful touches. It is attached to to the main house but has its own entrance. It also features its own heating and cooling system so you can control the temperature. It can sleep 2 people comfortably and we even offer a soft sleeping mat located in the closet in case there are 3 guests or 2 people prefer not to share the bed.
For guests staying 2 or more nights, we allow you to use our national parks pass for free. It’s located in the room, just remember to return it when you’re done.
Safe, quiet, clean and free parking in front of the house.
  • Danny's place was much better than we had anticipated. Despite its small space, there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the unit that made our stay incredibly enjoyable.

  • If you are planning a trip to Zion or just need to stay in the general Hurricane area then don't hesitate to book. I stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was great. The room itself feels homey and had everything I needed in regards to amenities. Getting there was no trouble at all, very simple check in process. There's a fair share of good local restaurants within a few miles to check out. Getting to the Zion entrance only takes a half hour or so. Danny was quite helpful and responded quickly. Very pleased overall!

    Michael2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • You can stop your scroll! Danny’s place is as good as it gets. We only stayed one night in between visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon, but I look forward to returning. Danny’s communication is clear and quick. The space has all that you need and is a great value! There are thoughtful touches and amenities and it’s a beautiful space. It’s time and money well spent!

It’s the most thoughtfully designed Airbnb with many extra amenities to ease any vacation stresses - plentiful outlets, extra amenities in the bathroom in case you forgot anything, and all the local tips you could ask for. We’re thankful to have had this space and it made for a relaxing home away (and perfect tv to watch when it started raining at Zion!).

The Art Cottage at the Historic Baldwin Radio Factory is perfect for those seeking a charming & artful stay while traveling for adventure, business, or vacation. This convenient location is 30 minutes from ski resorts, 10 minutes from downtown, steps away from a park, cafe, yoga studio, and library. This unique building was once a factory powered by the nearby Mill Creek, and produced the world's first headphones. Now converted to art studios including: painting, glass, carpentry, music & more.
The space was originally built for use in loading trucks that would take headphones that were produced in the larger building next door, all around the country. Over the years while the property changed hands it was used as an artist studio for painters and musicians. Now recently remodeled the tiny cottage is exclusively used as an Air BNB. It is a very small studio space but appears much bigger because of 8 windows flooding the space with natural light and a stunning view of picturesque Mount Olympus. Included in the space is a queen bed and a futon (a little bigger than a twin bed). There is also a record player and some old records for your enjoyment. The modest kitchen includes a microwave, mini-fridge, induction stove, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. ****One thing to note is that the bathroom and kitchen are the same room, however, there is a curtain that can be extended to separate the toilet from the rest of the room. There is also an open window from the bedroom space to the bathroom/kitchen. (See Photos) If hearing "bathroom noises" from other members of your party is an issue, this might not be the best option for you. **** Also note that there is no T.V. in the cottage, but you are welcome to relax on the patio, stroll through the adjacent park, or use the complimentary wifi with your compatible device.
  • Great place to stay, next to restaurants and many things to do.

  • This little art cabin is tucked away in a very cool area near a yoga/Buddhist studio I attend. It was such a treat to be able to stay overnight here! It’s got 360° views with its windows on all sides and it is beautifully designed. We loved staying here! It was close by to what we wanted and super cozy!

    Evana2020-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • Conor’s place is really great. We enjoyed dinner out on the picnic table, relaxed and listened to the records and the bed was comfortable with great bedding. The small kitchen and bathroom were just what we needed. Such a lovely little spot!

  • Glamping here was great! Hosts are very quick to respond and helpful in fixing any problems you may encounter. The Glampsite is well equipped with anything you could need while glamping. The bathrooms are close and very clean but it is still very quiet at the tent area.

  • Super cute glamping experience-I felt totally safe and comfortable as a single traveler!

  • Michelle & Justin’s place is a GEM! I booked this as a surprise stay during a surprise trip for my BFs 30th. We are currently long distance and we’re looking for a place to get away and let me tell you this place didn’t disappoint. It’s the perfect mix between camping and hotel life for sure. The little touches with card games really made our stay special. I will note that this tent is very sturdy, we had ~40 mph winds and had no issues. They also provided heaters which worked great. All in all if I came back I would stay here time and time again<3

Cute eclectic neighborhood right down the street from the Capitol. This home is on Capitol Hill & as the name suggests it is a bit hilly where we are. There is a way to get to downtown that does not involve a very steep hill that we will provide a map with this marked for guests. But please know there are hills around the home.
  • Megan and Shawn's guest house is the perfect, cozy hideaway for a trip to SLC. The place has all the amenties you need and is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Check-in was super easy and Megan and Shawn are quick to respond and very accomodating. Would recommend for anyone traveling alone or a couple.

  • Lovely and cozy cottage in a very ideal location. Megan & Shawn’s place was fairly easy to find with adequate off street parking for most vehicles.. Shawn was even nice enough to wait outside around my check in time to make sure I knew how to get in. As for the room itself the bed was every comfortable thanks to the purple mattress and pillows complete with clean, private bathroom as well as a decent size kitchenette and Keurig for the morning coffee. The hosts were both every accommodating with my later check in as well as recommendations of places to eat. Check out was a breeze.

It is conveniently and centrally located between Bryce Canyon National Park, Kodachrome Basin State Park, and Zion National Park, and only an hour from Kanab (the Little Hollywood of Utah) and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, and 2-1/2 hours from the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The studio is one of a series of three separate yurts on the property with expansive decks overlooking the Sevier River Valley and the red rock cliffs of Red Canyon and Wilson Peak. The Studio Yurt is conveniently located just off Hwy 89, up a gravel driveway. The nearest major airports are Salt Lake City (SLC) and Las Vegas (LAS); each are about 4-1/2 hours away.
  • This place is amazing. For me it wasn't hard to find but i can see people having a hard time getting there but once you get there its isolated and beautiful. It was clean, with so much land to explore, Jeannie was so comforting, welcoming and gave me such great advice. The space had everything you would need for 1 or 2 people. Its so close to Bryce Canyon and Zion. I can't wait to get back here.

    Jeremy2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • Jeannie was such a wonderful host and the space really exceeded my expectations! The yurt was so cozy snd had everything i needed to be comfortable (nice shower, washer/dryer, microwave, etc). The bed was SO comfortable - I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place. :)

    Ashley2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay while in Bryce. It has a beautiful view especially during sunrise and sunset. For a small place it has everything you need, and the washer/dryer were really handy on my extended road trip.

    John2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Jeannie was one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve had! She gave us a tour showing us everything we could use, and even gave us some free chocolates and hot chocolate! The yurt is so cozy and warm, and in such an amazing area to look at the night stars. We will be staying here next time we’re in the area!

    Robert2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cute and cozy getaway spot -- conveniently located close to both Bryce Canyon and Zion. The yurt stayed nice and warm in the cold weather, was a lovely place to come back to at the end of long hiking days

    Amber2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • My best friend and I loved our stay in Jeannie's yurt! We spent the first half of the day in Bryce Canyon but it started snowing so we decided to settle in our yurt a bit early. There was wifi in the yurt, a TV, and a very cozy bed. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the bathroom! There was ample heat available with space heaters in each area to ensure we stayed warm. I will say that we stayed there a night that it snowed and just because of the design of the yurt's roof we did occasionally hear some snow sliding off the roof... not really a big deal though. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, Jeannie!!

    Kara2020-02-23T00:00:00Z

The perfect location for a comfy night in downtown Salt Lake! A short walking distance from nearly everything, this private basement apartment is quaint and tucked in a boutique 1906 charmer right behind Temple Square. Public transportation "Trax" stops a few blocks away. Perfect for visitors traveling on a budget, attending a conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center, sight-seeing downtown, and looking for quick convenience, rather than luxury.
This is a garden-level (basement apartment) in a 1906 boutique old-French style charming property. No frills or luxury, but comfortable and private - featuring a great location. The floor and bedroom have recently been updated and have been designed to be clean & simple to meet your needs. The bedroom has a really comfy queen bed, (everyone loves it!) with quality bedding, pillows, and freshly washed duvet. NEW--there is now a big HD TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, and HBO on it! Great way to relax in the comfy bed. Only downside of the apartment is a very small, unluxurious bathroom with stand up shower, toilet and sink. It's a bit of a strange adventure--the ceiling is only about 6 feet tall. Watch your head! There is provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer. The kitchen has some basic things for you to make your stay pleasant, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a few dishes. We have a two burner hot-plate and a few pans to cook a small meal, blender, tea kettle, dishes and utensils, fridge, and microwave. Finally, a futon makes the perfect spot for a child or a third guest. Additional bedding for the futon available upon request. There's also a small laundry room with a washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheet provided. There is also great high speed internet in the apartment.
The neighborhood is our favorite part of our home. It's a quiet street, yet couldn't be closer to all the downtown attractions. Enjoy a scenic walk north in the Marmalade district, passing beautiful historical pioneer homes as you make your way to the Capital. The LDS Conference Center is literally footsteps away, as well as the Temple. Equally convenient is the Convention Center, Abravanel Hall, the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, and City Creek Center. We can point you to all the best restaurants along the way.

This is a quite location about a 0.9 miles headed west from the Monument Valley Intersection. Gouldings Restaurant and lodge is a half mile from our location. The View Hotel and Visitor center is roughly 4 miles away.
  • AMAZING views and very tranquil. Nice and clean with lovely wood work bed frame and the mattress is SO comfy. Wonderful stargazing. Above and beyond extra touches. Wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend you stay here and especially if you haven't seen Monument Valley, it is gorgeous and definitely something to appreciate.

    Jessi2020-05-08T00:00:00Z
  • The view is worth the entire stay. It was conveniently located 1 mile from the local grocery store. We were able to pick up everything needed to grill out and relax. It was peaceful and very quiet. Any vehicle can get to the house.

    Daniel2020-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • The view is amazing. That is the best part about this place. You will love it! The cabin is clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. But be prepared to share the bathroom with others in a 'boy' and 'girl' distribution.

    Marius Alexandru2020-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • What a view! This was an amazing place to see the sunrise over Monument Valley. So beautiful and great location.

    Abbi2020-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • This place was amazing, and amazingly beautiful! We loved every second of it and found a secret hike that starts right next to the bath house and goes up through the notch into a plateau... find the teardrop formation! You’ll know when you see it... anyway, the only thing was the WiFi. It worked well enough for my purposes (checking into / doing a little bit of work while we were there), but it wasn’t as strong in the pink cabin as it was in the turquoise cabin so just a heads up! All in all highly recommended especially if you’re looking to disconnect either mostly or fully. Absolutely stunning view and comfy cabins / beds. Thanks!!

    Adam2020-04-03T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful warm cabin and property with a heavenly view!

    Janek2020-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is much closer to “glamping” than a home stay or hotel experience but as long as you go in with proper expectations, you will love your stay here. The panoramic view of Monument Valley from the back porch is phenomenal. The sweetest cat hung out and cuddled with us the whole time. The bed was super comfy - pretty sure it’s a king even though it’s listed as a queen. The wooden furniture and locally themed decor were nice touches. Communication with Skye was a little hit-or-miss at times but it didn’t significantly impact our overall enjoyment. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the Turquoise Cabin to others. This is Airbnb at its best.

  • Would absolutely recommend staying at Heli's place when passing through Moab! Beautiful clean space, easy to find/ check in, super close walk to shops in town, and rad huge shower!!

  • I can’t wait to come back! The cottage is on a quiet street and comes with a designated parking spot. Check-in was easy, and the cottage comes with glass-ware, a mini-fridge, coffee/french-press, and a really cool rain shower shower head! The bed was comfortable, and there is a tv with access to HBO, Netflix, etc. Restaurants, bars and coffee on the Main Street is within walking distance. I hiked to Delicate Arch, and the trailhead was about a 30 minute drive away. Loved my time spent here!

    Nannette2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This place was very clean and the shower is one of the best showers I have ever taken. Organic shampoo and conditioner also which I appreciated. Everything was great but the one thing I would say is that it’s not on its own in the lot. There are two other houses so if you’re going to be secluded in a rural area this may not be the spot for you as it shares a yard and hot tub. Was right in town and we walked everywhere though! We booked ATVing at High Point and it was right down the street. Easy to walk to that and a lot of other places.

    Jane2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • This tiny house is equipped with everything you would need for a tiny stay-towels, utensils, hair dryer, coffee, tv, and WiFi and character beyond measure. The area includes a few other cottages with a lovely communal area and the views are lovely. Very much enjoyed the stay.

We have the ideal location for business travelers, interns, tourists, and cycling aficionados. The apartment features a full kitchen connected to the living area, a bedroom, and a full bath and can sleep up to 5. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in North Orem with off-street parking, we are within easy driving distance to I-15, BYU, UVU, just minutes away from Provo Canyon and Sundance Ski Resort. For cyclists, we have locked and covered bicycle storage and are near the trail system.
This is a basement apartment with a separate entrance from the side of the house (you'll open the gate to get to it), but with large windows, there is ample natural light. It features a full kitchen (with dishes and cookware available for your use), a queen size bed in it’s own room, a full-size sofa sleeper in the living area, and a full bath. Hide-a-bed, pack-n-play and foam mattresses are also available. There are two wall-mounted flat screen 4K TVs that are Roku enabled so you can log in and watch your favorite shows on your own streaming services, but they are also hooked up to an antennae to watch local broadcasts. The TV in the living area has an HDMI input and power strip available for those wanting to use the unit as an external monitor. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and light snacks are provided. For those bringing a bike, we have a shed that can be locked as well as a bicycle pump and some tools for light maintenance available for use.
Our neighborhood is a quiet area, just around the corner from Windsor Park. We love this area! We are located in a very desirable area of north Orem. Because our space was built as a legal apartment, you can be assured that it meets all city code requirements, including off street parking for two vehicles.
  • Troy and Heidi’s place was clean and cozy. I booked an hour before needing a place and they got back to me so quickly - allowing me to check in almost immediately. Great place!

    Mackenzie2020-05-03T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Troy & Heidi's place was absolutely wonderful. I was supposed to be staying for eight weeks while completing a clinical rotation at the nearby hospital, though my trip was cut short due to COVID-19. Heidi went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe and comfortable during my stay despite the chaos and uncertainty of that time. She also was very helpful in making sure that I received an appropriate refund. I truly enjoyed my stay in their cute apartment-style basement. The private entrance to my area of their home gave me the freedom to come and go as I wanted and I felt very safe with the feature of a digital keypad. The whole space was exactly as described and cleaned spotlessly. Heidi set out a very comfortable roll-away bed for my mom who was also staying me and also provided extra kitchen tools for us to use during our stay. The home was in a very safe neighborhood and close the main road that goes through Orem and into Provo. While there was no washer/dryer in the home, we found two laundromats nearby that were safe and clean to use. My mom and I wish were disappointed to cut our time in Orem short due to the coronavirus, but if we ever return we would definitely stay at Troy & Heidi's again!

  • Jill’s unit was perfection - clean, adorable decorations, easy check-in, convenient parking right outside the door, and a great location! Being on the free bus route was awesome - the bus stop is steps from the door, the map is easy to read (given to us at check-in), and the bus was clean & heated! We took it to the mountain to snowboard and again at night when we went to main st for dinner/drinks. We would recommend Jill’s place and would definitely stay again if we go back to Park City!

    Brittni2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Jill's place was AWESOME. Clean, spacious, super comfortable, very close to everything you could want, and how can you beat a hot tub literally 20 feet from the front door. She was super responsive and made the whole trip a breeze :D

  • Brandie was an amazing host. My room was clean and ready to go when she said it would. I was traveling with a dog and Brandie helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again if I ever found myself in SLC.

    Matthew2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Brandie is super awesome that I can’t even pen in words but I’ll try. First off, Brandie’s place is centrally located to everything; stores, trax to downtown. The place is quiet even though there are other guests in the house. The bathroom is shared but sparkling clean. Brandie does a very good job of maintaining the place and keeping very clean! There are always abundant supplies and you’d never run out of anything you need. There are 2 lovely dogs in the house who are very friendly. Brandie is the perfect host, I stayed for about 2 months and she made everything so easy for me as I was new to the area. Brandie even helped me when I was ready to move to my new place!!!! I will definitely recommend Brandie’s place to anyone looking for just a night or long term stay! I not only got to know Brandie but also gain a new friend :) thank you soo much Brandie!!!

  • Brandie helped me get set up so I didn't have to brave driving through a large snow storm. And without much warning, the day before Thanksgiving. She saved my butt. The place was incredibly cozy and the dogs were tops.. especially the big one with the teddy bear personality.

Camping without all the work. This glamping tent is located in ZION WEST RV PARK LEEDS, UT. A beautiful 45 MINUTES DRIVE to ZION NATIONAL PARK. 18 min from St. George, Ut. Red Cliffs Recreation Area is 3 miles, Quail Creek State Park is 3 miles away from our location. All of these Parks offer beautiful hiking trails with Red Rock and Sandstone. We have mountain and garden views all around, with awesome sunsets. Guest are welcome to use any of the sitting areas to enjoy the many views.
This tent is a 4 season wall tent with AC for summer, and a heater for winter. It's furnished with a queen size bed and night stands, a mini fridge, and all the linens. There is a private porch and sitting area right out side the tent. A shared BBQ and picnic area is available as well. Bathrooms are communal his and hers with hot showers. We also have on property a coin-opp laundry room. A large fire pit is available for guests to enjoy.
  • Definitely worth it! There’s a cute fire pit and the bathrooms are actually pretty good. We weren’t expecting g much, but the tent is very clean!

    Cheryl2020-05-02T00:00:00Z
  • The Hideaway was more than I could ever ask for. 5/5! The tent was amazing, it had A/C for the day, an electric heater for the night, and the bed was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms were also very clean. The views and the surrounding area were beautiful. They have a full backyard style grill that I cooked all my meals on. It is located on an RV park, but the park was nice, quiet, and the location of the tent was perfect. I would definitely come back, and I recommend staying here if you're looking for an upscale glamping experience.

    Leo2020-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • It's a cute space in a good location. We enjoyed ourselves.

    Kat2020-04-18T00:00:00Z
  • Just know this is in an RV Park. We expected it to be a little more camping like. But we’ve never stayed at an RV Park so didn’t know what to expect. We loved all the outdoor hikes and things to do all around the area. The actual tent space was clean and perfect for a few night getaway. Loved the lights on the outside at night! She left things we didn’t know to bring like soap and towels for the bathroom because they didn’t have any in there so I was thankful she had those things there for us! The heater at night helped a ton! We were never too cold or too hot. We heard a lot of people around us in RVs sometimes but we really were only there too sleep so it wasn’t that bad.

    Amery2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great place!

    Karim2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Such a wonderful place to stay! 45 minutes outside of Zion NP but such a pretty drive and really didn’t seem too bad, especially compared to other locations to stay. Very clean and cozy! We had cold rain one night and used the heater until bedtime, then turned it off, and we were warm all night. Also a heated blanket is a great touch! The community showers are clean and a quick walk away. Would highly recommend!

    Kenzie2020-02-23T00:00:00Z

Our quiet cabin is located at 6800 feet elevation, 32 miles from St. George. It is perfect for those wanting a quiet getaway in the winter snow or cooler summer months. It averages 20 to 25 degrees cooler than St. George! There are plenty of recreational things to do: Zion National Park, Tuacahn outdoor Broadway theatre, hiking, fishing, 4-wheeling to name a few. This is a great place for a small family reunion!
The cabin has a total of 1850 sq. ft. and has 3 stories that was fully remodeled in 2008. It is generally suited better for a family with children or a couple or for traveling friends. With this scenario, it could sleep up to 9 people. It would also be great for a 1 or 2 couple getaway. The upper story has a loft and a bedroom that has 2 bunkbeds (sleeps max 5). The lower bunk on one side sleeps 2 people. A pullout mattress and pack-n-play are also available for sleeping a total of 5-6 children in this bedroom. A 1/2 bath is located in the loft. The "master" bedroom is on the main level and has a queen size bed. There is not a master bath, although there is a full bath on the main level with tub and shower. The kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking and eating utensils. It is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and disposal. There is also a coffee maker for your use. (You will need to provide your own coffee mix.) You'll find in the basement the washer/dryer, bathroom (shower only) and TV room. Games can be played either in the basement or up in the loft. WiFi is also available.
The cabin sits in a quiet neighborhood, most of whom are 2nd homes. Often wildlife is seen; deer and turkey. At night you can hear the coyotes yelping up in the foothills of the mountains. You can see the stars at night which you don't get in the city. Peaceful relaxation at its finest!
  • It was a great place to stay with our family. Cute, clean, and fun.

    Katie2020-04-10T00:00:00Z
  • Spacious and fun all around! Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans BBQ was fun right by the fire pit! Will return!

It’s perfect if you are looking to disconnect for a little and I can’t even imagine what it looks like in the summer. It comfortably fit all five of us. Thank you Shannon & Lance for allowing us to stay in your cabin for a wonderful weekend.

***Due to COVID-19 we have reduced our availability to one stay per weekend in order to space out stays and prevent the spread of Coronavirus. We have also been taking extensive measures to sanitize and clean the mini dome in order to keep our guests safe. If you have an inquiry about a longer stay than one night, please message me and we can see if we can work something out. Thanks for you understanding during these trying times****
The mini dome has been thoughtfully composed to provide a sense of coziness and relaxation while including all the necessary amenities for your stay. The dome is heated by a darling little gas stove that keeps the dome warm and cozy on winter days and an A/C window unit for the hot summer days. Enjoy watching the sunset over the lake or stargaze around the fire after a long day of hiking, skiing or swimming. The mini dome is a guest house to a larger double-dome home. At this time we live in one dome and the other dome is vacant and unfinished. The vacant dome is the one located closest to the mini dome allowing for an even more private experience.
The dome home is located in a beautiful neighborhood on a 1-acre lot upon a hillside overlooking the Pineview Reservoir and the surrounding mountains and hillsides. Huntsville is a small mountain town with no stop-lights and only one small grocer in the area, making it a great place to unwind from the day-to-day city bustle. Salt Lake City is under an hour away and Ogden city is only about 15 minutes away.
  • Super quaint mini dome with epic views. The grill and fire pit are a must. Cadys an excellent host and the property is absolutely beautiful. You won’t regret booking!

    Megan2020-05-03T00:00:00Z

  • The mini dome is in such a great location, is so very cozy, and Cady is a delight to communicate with. Cady offered so many wonderful suggestions on things to see and do and was so helpful in so many ways. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace worked well and kept things warm, the heated bathroom floor was also a nice luxury. The mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster were all that we needed. If you're looking for a nice getaway in one of Utah's best kept secret locations, this is the place to stay. I highly recommend and would love to stay again in the summertime to take advantage of the summer activities available. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Cady!

Newly Remodeled condo within walking distance of Giant Steps (the largest ski lift on Brianhead)! Also close to the pond, park, mountain biking and other summertime adventures. You will love our cozy condo with built-in log bunkbeds and a custom breakfast nook overlooking the mountain. This place has everything you will need for some relaxing time away from home! Including hot-tub and sauna, a 50 inch flat screen T.V. with dish and of course Netflix and Hulu, games, and wifi! Sleeps 6 in beds.
A perfect spot to stay between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Roughly about 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Zion National Park and about a 1 hour drive to Bryce Canyon National Park.
This condo really is in one of the best spots on the mountain. It’s tucked back in which gives you some peace and privacy but also directly across the street from the ski lift as well as the pond and park which are great during the summertime. It sits on the 2nd floor which gives you a beautiful view of the mountain through the window and on the porch. The condo has been remodeled in January 2020 with new appliances. It is still not perfect!
  • Brody and Andrea’s space has everything we needed, including a wonderful fire place, working kitchen and bathroom amenities, sleeping accommodations and WiFi. The views from the front window were incredible, and it was genuinely a joy to wake up in the morning. If you’re exploring Brian Head and need a cozy nook to cook meals and relax after a day on the slopes, Brody and Andrea are excellent hosts to ensure your stay is enjoyable :)

Clean, sanitized, and completely private. Our walk-out basement apartment is new, modern, and conveniently located close to Provo and Orem in a secluded golf course community. We meticulously clean the entire suite and launder fresh linens and towels for every guest’s stay. We're 5 min away from I-15 and the Orem train station, 30 min from Sundance, and 45-60 min the from SLC airport and Park City. Enjoy our peaceful neighborhood with views of the Sleepy Ridge golf course and Utah Lake.
The entire space was designed to reflect our love of Utah's stark, beautiful desert scenery and sunsets. We clean the entire private apartment with hotel-like attention to detail, and we launder fresh towels and linens for each and every stay. The main living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa, two chairs, and a 65 inch Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and Plex. The kitchenette includes a coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, hot plate, and sink. The bedroom has king sized bed, a chair, and closet space with an iron & board. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and body wash.
Our neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and located in a secluded golf course community bordering Orem and Provo Utah. We are walking-distance from the Sleepy Ridge country club, which hosts many weddings all year round.
  • Cute, quite space. It felt like home away from home. Check-in and out was so simple and when we needed something JD answered his phone immediately and was there to help. My boyfriend and I would definitely book here again if we find ourselves in the area again!

The visitors center in Zion national park is about a 50 min drive. Very comfortable stay and we had access to 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The place is very clean! Bent provided great advice/tips. He’s very knowledgeable and kind! We really enjoyed our stay.

  • This place was amazing! I was passing through to get back to Montana to finish classes. I had a final exam the day I arrived at the airbnb, luckily they had great WiFi, a quiet place without any distractions, they also provided a desk! I’m so happy about this stay

    Doris2020-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • This is an amazing place to stay. I was a bit nervous about staying in an Airbnb during the COVID-19 pandemic but this room was sparkling clean and you could tell that everything had been washed and well-cleaned before we got there. The shared bathroom was also super clean too and had little amenities in case you forgot something. The room itself is very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Much better than any hotel, in my opinion, and at a much better price.

    Tess2020-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay! Clean, quiet, great room. Communication was quick and great. Would definitely stay again.

  • My friend & I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Saint George, Utah. Planning everything overnight, we logged on to look for a AirB&B not expecting much with Covid-19 going on right now. Kris & Bryce were the first to pop up, & there is a reason for that. Communication is key, & Kris & Bryce answered any question we had, even going as far as recommending places to go once we arrived. Upon arriving, we immediately fell in love with the place. The location is located a mile drive from many places to choose from; food, essential stores, park...etc you name it, it’s all very close. They take great pleasure in assuring the safety & privacy of everyone. We also had a dog with us, which they were more than willing to accommodate for. Any essential necessity needed is provided, even going as above & beyond to keep the place clean at all times. Kris & Bryce, we cannot thank you enough. We can’t wait to be back!

  • Their place was private, sparkling clean and homey. Felt very safe and we loved the granola bar touch. Grateful for a place to stay while traveling, glad we stayed here.
