If you are looking for a lovely quiet country setting this is the place for you. The house is comfortable and has everything that you will need. A home away from home. There is plenty of room to roam around the property if you desire. There are horses and a wonderful puppy to keep you company. I would highly recommend Leslie's home.

This place was great for our state. It's in a very rural area but not too far from D.C., etc., especially for the price. Very clean and well-supplied. Leslie, her husband and their dog Bertie were all very friendly! Highly recommend for anyone that needs a place with a kitchen in the area that doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg.

Great place, great value. 15-20 minutes from the Metro...much better than fighting DC traffic. Groceries, Bojangles, Pizza Hut only 5 minutes away. Wonderful, quiet, perfect for a small family.

The apartment and setting were so beautiful, peaceful and just perfect. Wish we had known about Leslie's place during past visits. Easy to get to the city and nearby amenities, but also worth just staying put with the nature and horses. Lovely place.

Leslie was great with communication, very quick to respond. We had a potential issue with one of the guests, and she was very willing to work with us. The apartment is as described, and bigger than i expected. We had everything we needed. Beautiful setting, and about 15 minute drive to grocery stores/restaurants.

Lavie might be new at renting her place, as there was no information provided when we arrived which is fine Later when I asked if it was safe to walk to the restaurants she answered by text saying yes. Halfway there it turned into NO sidewalk along a highway where cars were going 65 mph. It was dangerous and I feel like she should have let me know that when I asked. The room was clean and just as it looked in the picture (that's good!) but I did not feel welcome there. She seemed annoyed we were there. Maybe she just had a bad day. It was so uncomfortable and we felt so unwelcome that we left our stay early.

I was well received and the place was private and comfortable. I spent a lot of time talking with the host and she is a very good listener. I certainly got more than my money's worth. She even dropped me off at Starbucks after my stay and when I was leaving. Great stay.

Me and my friends we were in the area for a concert. It was a nice apartment and easy to find. Although didn't get to meet with the host but everything was great! Everything in the house was super tidy too.

The condo was very nice. Very clean and quiet. I was there for only one night and when I am back in the DC area I will see if it is available again. Extremely easy access to public transportation as well as proximity to the FedEx stadium.

Jeannette did a good job explaining all the features of the apartment when we arrived. The outside screened porch is a nice place to relax. The location of the apartment worked well, as we visited both Washington DC and Annapolis. I would definitely stay here again.

Jeannette was so warm and friendly! Even prior to our stay she offered to get us some crabs and her backyard space so we could enjoy them! My regret is we didn't take her up on them because once we saw the space we would have certainly appreciated it. From the moment we met her we felt like we were staying with family. She has an amazing personality that you can't help but feel welcomed. The pictures don't do the space justice because it's much bigger than I expected. And she provided more than we expected. We had items for breakfast, coffee and enough amenities to make a meal if need be. We only stayed one night but wish we would have stayed longer. We will definitely book with her the next time we come back and take her up on the outdoor space!

Hey everybody! If you want to spend some days in Washington DC you have to go Jeannette's house, is beautiful, and her hospitality is awesome! Jeannette is the most beautiful person that i've ever met in my life!

It started with a very helpful and open correspondence with Jeannette before the booking. She answered all my questions and she was very kind and clear. On the check in day, we arrived very late and in spite that Jeannette waited for us and welcome us with a friendly smile and hug. The house was comfortable and equipped with every thing needed and more. Jeannette gave attention to details like a welcoming board with our name on it, she filled the refrigerator with food and drinks and thought about every thing that might be needed. During our stay, Jeannette helped us with advices and recommendations, helped us with the first drive and orientation in Washington DC and even booked tour tickets for us. During our stay we felt like we stay in our friends' house. We left long after the regular check out time and Jeannette offered us to stay as long as we need even though she expected an other family to arrive next day. Jeannette's house is comfortable, clean and cozy, located in a very nice and calm neighborhood and only 20-25 minutes drive to the heart of Washington DC. The house surrounded by grass and trees and our kids enjoyed to play around. We can only say thanks to Jeannette for making our trip to DC a joyful experience. In addition to her warm and kind hospitality, I had a chance to know a wonderful woman and I feel that now I have a friend in Washington.

Jeannette was a perfect host. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us a short tour, she was delightful and friendly! Even picked up our metro passes prior to arrival and gave us the cutest little goodie bags for the women's march! So thoughtful! The home was great, perfect for 4 of us. Very cozy and cute! Jeanette left us snacks and drinks in the fridge and we appreciated it so much. The drive to the metro station was about 10 minutes and before we knew it we were standing at the national mall. It was perfect, no worrying about parking in the city! All in all our stay was great and my group and I would definitely stay here again!

This place is very nice neighborhood, very close to SixFlagsAmerica and not far from Largo town metro station. Everything is great. Thanks to Mustapha for being my wonderful 1st host of Airbnb.

The apartment and penthouse view were very nice. Mustapha was accommodating and was nice enough to arrange the room for me last minute. One thing to note is that parking is outside of the gated community, so it is a bit of a hassle to get to. Other than that, my stay was wonderful and a good value.

We enjoyed staying with Mustapha. He was gracious and very helpful. The bedroom and bath were spotless and very comfortable. Building security was also excellent. All in all we had a good stay.

The apartment is very nice, much more spacious than I thought it would be. The balcony doesn't face the street, which I loved. The host was very good about answering questions in a timely manner. Overall, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

This is an apartment complex so don't be surprised. Might be an older unit because the floors squeak a bit. One bedroom and a futon in front room. A place to sleep and take a shower. Stove available if you want to cook.

Jake and Kendra's spot is my go-to place for work travel- consistently clean and cozy and Jake is always very prompt in accommodating any needs. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come up for a stay in DC!

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a beautiful surrounding. Jake made it a very comfortable place to stay. Comfortable bed, strong water pressure. Communication with Jake was also very easy. You need to have a car for this place, and when you do, the location is not far from DC, old town Alexandria, and place like super market, etc. Great value for sure!

Our two and a half week stay was awesome. It's a good size place and perfect for a couple with a baby. It was cold the first night and Jake was very quick to respond with an extra heater that really helped. The place had everything we needed and we were extremely comfortable. We loved our stay, and definitely appreciated the fact that we could do laundry since babies are messy. This place is close to a lot of places and is tucked away in a nice neighborhood. We appreciate Jake and Kendra's hospitality and recommend this place 100%!

I needed a place to stay for my graduation weekend and Khadijah really came through in a big way. I was approved for my stay literally five minutes after I requested booking. The place is minutes away from FedEx Field which would be great if I were going to see a game. Khadijah's place was quite literally spotless and just as cozy as you'd think. Whenever I had a question, Khadijah was quick with a response. I will certainly be booking with her again.

Nita was really nice host. We occupied an apartment in basement of her house. We were there 6 people and we had absolutelly privacy. The apartment was as described. It is a basement apartment under the host's home. It was very nice to be welcomed with drinks in the fridge, and it is very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

It is a fine place in the basement. Two bedrooms and fully-equipped kitchen. Nita was nice too. She brought us washing detergent immediately when we said we needed that. The house is well located, 5 mins to the metro. Half an hour to D.C.. Enjoyed it.

The house is located on a private street, despite being in walking distance to a metro station. We never noticed any noise from the train at all. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room. The only issue we had was not being able to control the temperature ourselves. There is no thermostat available, and we were a little hot in the evenings. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Nita's place was pretty nice. We had some electrical issues due to the storm that passed by, but she was very accommodating and helped get the problem fixed as soon as she was available. Overall it was a pretty great stay.

It's was a pleasure to stay at nita apartment. She give us all the instructions for our stay and for our arrival. Everything was clean and organized. The neighborhood was great!! We will love to stay again. She give us a ride to the train station when was raining. She was very kind and helpful. We felt like home.

Sarah's made my Bnb experience great. The pictures and description of her home were very accurate. She provided very detailed instructions on the check-in and was available for any questions that I had. She even provided us with breakfast! I would definitely stay with her again in the future.

Sarah is amazing! We arrived at like 7am and she already had the key ready for us. Before we arrived, she asked us what we wanted for breakfast. She had went and bought us eggs, pancakes, poptarts, and a few drinks. We were super impressed. The places looks EXACTLY like it does on the pictures. She states that the bed can hold 2 people. We fit 3 medium sized people on that bed and slept like babies. Extremely comfortable!! Sarah provided a parking pass and gate key which was helpful. The neighborhood getting to the place looked a bit sketchy but everyone was so freaking nice! Talked to a guy across the street from the place and he was nice! Sarah made the stay so effortless. My mom and sister are super picky about where we stay and my mom is now SOLD about some airbnb. She stated, "why have we stayed in hotels?"...Sarah did that!! We WILL be staying with Sarah again when we come back to the DC area...Also, the metro is literally down the road. It could be walking distance but we drove and parked out car. It is free on the weekends and literally 5 bucks for a full day. Totally worth it! Also, a lot of eating places and shopping around the street from Sarah's place. Oh!! Not to mention, Sarah has Netflix and all of that which was helpful and her wifi was super fast. We super enjoyed our stay and HIGHLYYYYYYY suggest yall stay with Sarah. She is awesome and will take care of you!

We are the first guests to stay at the flat. Our 5 star rating is based on the potential the location has. There were a few hiccups and a couple things that needed ironed out but that is to be expected with a new listing. Tony was very good with communication and he fixed any issue we had promptly. The flat is quiet, well furnished and we slept great.

We felt welcome because we were given good directions for everything, the host replied in a timely manner to texts and emails and wished us a great trip a upon arrival and departure! The location was fine and we were given directions via the blue folder of what was around us which was extremely helpful!

If you are looking for a friendly host, a safe community, and a bargain, you found it with Dia. She really takes hosting seriously and wants you to have a good time. She stays out of the way and let's you do your thing but is always available and happy to help basically at your convenience. You stay in the living room on an air mattress, couch, or love seat (we fit 3 people...Cramped a bit, but worked fine). I would recommend no more than 2 people for this place unless you are OK to be a bit snuggly. Soda, bottled water, and snacks are all available and encouraged to be consumed. Washer and dryer are available for free and there is a full bathroom (shower and bath). For the price it's a great bargain.

Dia is a very sociable and friendly person. She is awesome. Location is perfect, you may catch the metro access bus to reach the subway directly to DC. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for hosting, Dia!
