[New building] [Maximum 8 people] [Tochi Outlet] [Ghibli Park] [With projector]

The facility is located 6 minutes by car from Toki Premium Outlet and 30 minutes from Ghibli Park. There is also a convenience store just a 5-minute walk away, making it a very convenient location. It is an 8-minute drive from Toki City Station. The Tsumaki River flows gently in front of the house, and its embankment is a walking course. This property was previously a model house for our construction company. It is a house that is almost new, built 2 years ago (as of 2025), and is equipped with the latest facilities and performance. As we enter our third year, we decided to make it an experiential accommodation for those who are considering housing in the future. It is a new house that no one has lived in yet. Its main feature is its thermal insulation performance. It is a high insulation house with insulation grade 5, and you can have a comfortable stay with little heating and cooling equipment. I think it will be useful for those who are considering a house with similar performance in the local area. It can accommodate up to 8 people, so please use it for reunions and parties. We also provide a 100-inch screen projector. Please use it with your family or friends.

Hara-Ie, a 100-year-old dojo inn with a view of the two Alps, in Ina Valley, Nagano Prefecture

This is a small, renovated, 100-year-old earthen storehouse in a town in Ina Valley, Nagano Prefecture, where you can see the two Alps. The inn is run by a married couple who run a design office. It is a space where we designed it ourselves, created the parts we could with our own hands, and explored the possibilities of renovating the warehouse while cultivating the power to create our own lives. We hope you will find your own comfort through the experience of living in this quiet place where the lifestyle of the past and the present intersect. ■ Capacity 3 people It is a small space with a total floor area of about 50 ㎡, so it is spacious enough for 1-3 adults to stay comfortably. ■ Time Check-in: 4 pm - 8 pm Check-out: 11 am We greet you in person at check-in and check-out. Please let us know your arrival time in advance when you make a reservation. ■ Access We encourage you to come by car to shop for groceries and stroll around the neighborhood.
