Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

It has two bedrooms with bathroom, a kitchen for common use and equipped garden. It is in the immediate vicinity of our farm and a hiking network that can be accessed to reach the peaks of the Apuan Alps and some villages in Upper Versilia.
