The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

Our Casina, a beautiful stone and wood farmhouse recently renovated, is located in the middle of chestnut trees, in a part of the mountain range of the village of Retignano. It has two bedrooms with bathroom, a kitchen for common use and equipped garden. It is in the immediate vicinity of our farm and a hiking network that can be accessed to reach the peaks of the Apuan Alps and some villages in Upper Versilia.

Borgometato - Barn

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place.
