Enchanted Garden

Description of the apartment The apartment is 85 square meters big and is accessible through a vast internal yard. It has all the facilities and is well furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a microwave. Each of the 2 rooms has a bathroom with a shower and tall windows that give luminosity to the interior. A windowed door of the living room leads to a beautiful private garden that has a barbecue grill. At the back of the garden there's a verandah where's placed a washing machine. The apartment is provided with heating, air conditioner, wi-fi internet, satellite tv and a dvd player. The location Il Giardino incantato (The enchanted garden) is situated in Certosa, Florence, at the entrance to the city, and is surrounded by green and peaceful tuscan hills and a vast garden of about 5000 square meters. The city centre is conveniently reachable by bus. We are close to the Certosa monastery that is famous for its history as well as for its art, in particular the works of the italian painter Pontormo. Besides, we are just few kilometers away from the center of Imprunetta, a town famous for its terracotta art. There are also some important sights to visit for example the Sanctuary of Santa Maria Maggiore. Imprunetta is an area of olive trees plantations and wine yards so there you can find locally produced wine and olive oil of the finest quality. How to reach us The Giardino incantato (the enchanted garden) is happily located just 100 meters away from the A1 highway (exit Florence-Certosa) and from the entrance to the Florence-Siena road. At about 150 meters there's a bus stop of the line 37 that goes directly to the Florence main railway station Santa Maria Novella as well as of the intercity buses that will take you straight to Siena and Grosseto. The airport of Florence Peretola is easily reachable by highway A1 (20 min. ride). Finally in our staff there is an official turistic guide of Florence, wich offers its services to guests at special rates.

Tiny romantic tower on the hills of Florence

Think of a tiny charming ancient tower, embedded in a time into a small XIX century tuscan villa on the florentine hills. Think of a romantic place for a couple, with a bedroom and a living room which opens onto a breathtaking terrace in the countryside, with a bathroom and a tiny kitchen. Also think that in 20 minutes drive you are into Florence downtown. Well, this is the place! To get all this you have to climb three flights of stairs with no lift. But you'll see it surely worth the effort.

Lovely house with fabulous view....

Typical Tuscan farmhouse with splendid views of the Chianti, suitable for 2 people. The house is furnished in Tuscan style being a former barn, has been recently renovated and is 70 square meters. Double bedroom with bathroom, large living room with sofa and nice mezzanine, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, etc. Customers are requested to come by car. If you want the heating is paid and according to consumption and can only be switched on from the period established by the region.

Your separate apartment in our secluded 12th century farmhouse has its own entrance and is on two levels; kitchen and sitting area is on the first floor, beds and bath are upstairs. Sunshine in Tuscany's Countryside

Suitable location for families or groups of friends who love tranquility and relax, at about 20 minutes by car from Florence, amongst Tuscany's hills. Warning: The road to the house is a bit narrow in some points, a ford rodeo could barely fit and anything larger that a fiat daily won't pass (there's even a sign now at the start of Via di Nizzano that forbids access to cars larger than 2.10 meters).
