  • Beautiful little pod in a secluded area, lovely views from the hot tub which was all ready for us when we got there. Check in was super easy. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Barmouth, the Last Inn serves delicious food! Will definitely be back!

  • Amazing place! Great secluded location and Ali sent us a video of how to find the place a few weeks before which was really helpful. Hot tub was amazing looking out over the bay. Will definitely be staying again

  • Amazing night away for my partners birthday. Even considered booking an extra night whilst there. Communication was great with Ali - before and during the stay. Looking forward to visiting in the summer and enjoying the private beach. Top tip for future stayers: use the hot water bottles as plate warmers ;)

  • Beautiful location, quiet and secluded spot overlooking the water. Cosy and comfortable little cabin with everything you could need for a short stay. Hot tub was warm and ready for use when we arrived. Faultless easy check in and out system and the hosts provided easy to follow written and video directions to the location prior to our stay which was much appreciated. Would definitely visit again.

  • We had an amazing night away here at snowdonia! A lovely cosy lodge, with an incredible view!! Just our luck that we went during a bad storm- so we couldn’t use the hot tub, we will be back in summer to make full use of the hot tub.

Clogau Shepheards Hut situated alongside the famous Mawddach estuary in the Snowdonia National Park. Hot tub with breath taking views and access to a private beach. Pets allowed BBQ Indoor log burner 5 mins from seaside town Barmouth
  • This Sheppard hut was beautiful, however that view is amazing. Only fault I found was that the view is blocked with gorse bushes when your sat in the hot tub. I recommend they be cut down or just cut enoughso that you can see that view. Apart from that we will be back again. One night wasn't enough. We were greeted in the morning by a big horse, very friendly.

  • Lovely place, really great stay. The views are absolutely incredible and we truly lucked out with the weather. It was our first weekend away to Wales, and was totally worth it. We popped down to Barmouth (The Royal Hotel) is a must! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We even met the local sheep and pony :) Thank you!

    Teri2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • The location of the Shepard's hut is wonderful. A dip in that hot tub in under the stars, surrounded be fairy lights was a totally magical experience. Ali provided detailed directions which made it super easy to find. The hut was comfy and cosy, with lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

    Amy2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the Shepherds Hut, what a secluded & peaceful location. The hot tub was amazing, so relaxing. The bed was much bigger than we thought too. Thank you for arranging roses (Valentines Day) via my boyfriend who proposed further down the coast! This place will always have a special place in my heart and we will be most definitely be back.

It is newly refurnished in a tasteful manner, surrounded by beautiful countryside, sea views and old buildings found at the end of traditional private farm lane. It is a mile from the beautiful sandy Beaches, which you can view from the front room, bedroom and garden. The busy seaside resort of Barmouth is squeezed into the small amount of habitable space between the hills and the water on the North side of the Mawddach estuary as it reaches the sea. Barmouth Map & Directions Barmouth is the start and finish of the Mawddach Way and the start (or finish) of the popular Mawddach Trail which runs along the old Barmouth to Dolgellau railway line. Barmouth has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and ice cream parlours. It can be very quiet outside of the summer months with some of the cafes and restaurants closed, but there is always somewhere to find a meal or a snack, and some would argue that this is the best time to visit. The iconic Barmouth railway bridge, just outside of the town, is one the most photographed and instantly recognisable features in all of Wales. Bike Hire is available in the town.
  • Really lovely everything. Had a cracking time 👍

  • Sam's cottage is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Well equipped, cosy and clean. There is underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroom and a wood burner in the lounge. The bright lights of Barmouth are a short drive away and I highly recommend the Panoramic Walk - you get some stunning views. The beaches in the area are fabulous, particularly in winter when there's hardly anyone else around. Our dog is now thoroughly exhausted! Thanks for a lovely stay.

  • Thank you Samantha for having us. Beautiful, cosy cottage with amazing views. We will definitely recommend ypur place and will be back :)

  • AMAZING! If you are looking for the perfect out of the way cottage this is it! This is so cozy you won’t want to leave. Excellent bed, lovely bathroom and a fireplace that keeps you so warm. Sam is an excellent host and is very quick to respond to anything. She even did our grocery shopping the first night! Mind the road if you are driving it’s a beauty! We had no trouble getting around by bus, taxi and train. Don’t miss this opportunity...it’s the best Airbnb we have been in and we have been in a lot!

    Wendy2019-11-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing time in Sam’s cottage. It is in a lovely, remote location but within walking distance of the sea. The cottage is spacious and very clean, and the under-floor heating was an absolute delighter, making it nice and snug even when it was close to freezing outside. Sam was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We would love to return to that area of Wales and we would be very happy if we were able to stay in Sam’s cottage again - thanks Sam!

  • Great location for exploring Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales, however car is a must here. The Cottage is sweet and the Host is helpful.

  • The cottage was perfect for our stay in Talybont. It was comfortable and well equipped. The underfloor heating was a bonus and we enjoyed lighting the log burner some evenings. The local area has beautiful beaches within walking distance and a short car journey will take you to local towns. We enjoyed the walks and visiting some cosy pubs were the food was great and mostly all dog friendly.

  • Location was great with parking outside the property. Across the road is a short walk to the beach. There is a sea view from the front balcony and mountain views from the back! We were made to feel welcome the whole time we were there, and Sue had excellent knowledge of the surrounding area. one tip of which we took up and had a lovely day out (The Black Falls). The Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. We had fresh fruit, home made muffins which were amazing and eggs however we liked them! The property was clean, spacious light and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again! Can’t wait to visit the area again!

'Noddfa' is a Welsh word meaning 'sanctuary' . Situated on the first floor it enjoys far-reaching views. The lobby leads into a spacious living/dining area and fitted kitchen. Beyond is a generous master bedroom suite with kingsize bed, dressing room and generous ensuite shower room. The second bedroom features twin beds and another ensuite shower room. Noddfa is pet friendly and affords spacious accommodation for up to 4 adults or children along with shared access to a hot-tub and deck.

  • The bell tent was great for us, a family of 5. Single futons were perfect for the 10 & 12 year old and the double bed was super comfy for us and the baby. The electricity was really useful as was the electric cool box! Lots of blankets and pillows for us all. The outstide storage was so useful too as we could store bits in theirto keep the tent and car clear. We knew the area already but the location is ideal for snowdonia and right by fantastic beaches. The campsite is nice and quite small, but does cater for tents and motor homes too. Nearby, Barmouth has everything you need for groceries, restaurants and pubs etc. Will definitely come again!

We have a beautiful 3 bedroom caravan with decking and plenty of parking right by the beach. There is an on-site indoor swimming pool, children’s park and laundrette. It’s a very peaceful and quiet location but only a very short walk to the arcade, chippy, pizzeria and restaurants. There is also a beachside ice cream shop just behind our caravan. The beach is a stone wave breaker when the tide is in, but has probably half a mile of soft sand when the tide is out. Dogs allowed.
Caravan will be clean with bedding, towels, hand soap and toilet roll. There is a TV with DVD player and WiFi.
Peaceful, quiet, right by the beach with an indoor swimming pool.
  • Really close to a lovely sandy beach, beautiful coast line. Train that runs every 2 hours into town. Town was very cute, lots of lovely shops and nice places to eat. Loved it will go back!

  • Had a lovely stay out of season for new year here. Jenny responded very quickly to any queries we had. We have stayed in many caravans in this area and this one was one of the best. The caravan was warm and clean. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the beach with an arcade, and chip shop. A good location to stay if you plan on exploring this area of the west coast of Wales- close to Harlech and Barmouth! Even though it was bank holiday there was a contact at reception on hand too. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Friendly village setting with level walk to the beach in stunning Snowdonia, this one-bedroomed self contained apartment has off road parking, private entrance & is a 2 minute walk from the main line railway stop. Bus connections 5 min walk. Nearest pub under 5 min yet this is an idyllic spot with own private patio & views towards the sea. Dog friendly (max 2 dogs). All on 1 level with features to aid those with reduced mobility. NB: Step down from driveway then up 1 step to main entrance.
Everyone tells me the photos don't do it justice! Apparently it is much larger than the pics make it look. With patio doors opening to a spacious private enclosed patio (fenced all round to contain dogs & very sheltered) and a private entrance it's ideal for anyonelooking for a peaceful break away from it all. Inside is light and modern with all 4 rooms on 1 level. The bathroom has a double-sized walk-in shower with rails & seat for anyone not so hot on their pins. There's also a bathtub as well as loo and basin. The bedroom is huge. The bed has a comfortable double bed and dressing area with 2 wardrobes full of hangers. Extra bedding is supplied in case you need it although you have control of the heating thermostat. There's an electric real flame effect stove in the lounge for cosiness in cooler weather and to top up the heating should you need it. The dining table can seat up to 4 and the kitchen is fully equipped should you feel like cooking! We try to provide all those extras such as kitchen towel, foil and so on. If you have specific requirements and you're not sure whether it's supplied just ask! There is a Spar and a great newsagent/ Post Office in the village, less than 10 mins walk up the lane. PS: It's the Welsh Sausage Champion!
"Where the mountains meet the sea" describes this stunning corner of Snowdonia. A paradise for walkers wishing to explore the national park on our doorstep, stunning sandy beaches stretch for miles (and yes, there is a nudist beach allocated less than a mile from here) but did you know there is an airfield offering pleasure flights in the neighbouring village of Llanbedr? The countryside here is simply breathtaking: panoramic vistas on Moelfre, the pudding-basin hill overlooking Dyffryn Ardudwy and natural woodlands heaving with mosses, oaks and glacial boulders. Backing the village, the Rhinogs hill range offers miles of unspoilt landscape accessible to walkers. Within the village a significant proportion of buildings are built from huge blocks of local stone and Welsh slate. In the immediate area are ancient burial chambers, churches dating back many centuries, a brand spanking new art gallery as well as 2 cafes, 2 pubs, 2 convenience stores, a fuel station & 2 garages; even 2 forms of public transport: buses and trains! We are, guess what? A 2 minute walk from the railway station! With so much going on you wouldn't believe how quiet it is in our peaceful annexe.
  • Georges place, nice and clean rooms. Everything you need is there :) 15min walk from beach. Fully recommend :)

    Michal2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely little annexe to the owners' main house. Located about 5 miles north of Barmouth so secluded and quiet. Directions easy, self check-in simple (keysafe), the place was spotlessly clean, our hosts had switched on a couple of lights and the electric fire so the place was welcoming and warm when we arrived. It's a lovely little place and just right for two. Highly recommended and we will be returning!! Couldn't fault anything.

  • What a fabulous get away. Perfect little annexe, has everything you need! Even a gate as we took our small dog. Linda was such helpful host and would definitely recommend! Also a side note, I usually find the pillows in most places too big or hard and I had the most wonderful sleep on the perfect pillows. Thanks again <3

  • We have just returned from a wonderful short break at the annex. Linda and Andrew were extremely friendly and welcoming and were available if needed but not at all obtrusive. And communication with Linda was excellent during booking and when answering any questions. The annex is super clean, well equipped, cosy and warm. It has a lovely big bedroom with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom has a great shower as well as a bath. The outside area is well fenced and secure, a must for us as we had our dog with us. There is plenty to do in the area, walks from the door, shops and train station a short walk away. We would recommend the annex, it really is a lovely holiday home.

  • Lovely annex, clean and comfortable.

Another beautifully decorated cottage with lovely fabrics, drapes, wall hangings and pictures,- half a mile from a lovely sandy beach with all the delights of Snowdonia inland. Y Stabal is clearly viewed as a romantic cottage judging by the number of couples who stay become engaged , are married and return with their offspring. But its also popular with the older generation of course and is an ideal location for walking the foothills of the various mountain ranges behind.
Our smallest cottage for couples with up to two small children
A perfect location between mountains and sea,- just a short walk from a glorious beach,- in the Snowdonia National Park
  • Cosy little cottage near the sea. Kept us warm and comfortable when it was wet and windy outside. Fresh bread and biscuits when we arrived was a great touch, as were the fresh flowers in the cottage. It had everything we needed. thanks.

  • Y Stabal is a delightful, cosy traditional cottage which we found perfect for two of us for a recent 4 night stay. It has a bedroom for a child or other guest and a well equipped, tastefully furnished lounge/kitchen and main bedroom. We loved being able to walk to the beach, the hills and to the local villages, as well as being only a short drive or train trip to Barmouth or Harlech. Richard and Sue were fantastic hosts - greeted us for check in and gave us lots of useful local tips, as well as baking a delicious loaf and Welsh cakes as part of the welcome. Communication before and during the stay was quick, friendly and helpful. If you enjoy the countryside and the coast, it is a really comfortable place to stay - highly recommended.

  • What a lovely place !! Beyond the warm welcome and support from Richard and Sue, the living place is so warm and cosy !! One of the nicest place to have a comfortable and relaxing stay ! The overall place is so quiet (in the countryside), while so practically located. We appreciated very much the personal welcome touches (fresh baked whole bread [so good and tasty !], welsh cakes, milk and fresh flowers !). And the kitchen is very well equipped - we really had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Would definitively come back again !

  • Very welcoming space, with everything you need to spend some extremely pleasant days in Snowdonia. Sue and Richard are very friendly and communicative hosts, great people. Thank you!

  • Well - what a fabulous place! It’s the first time we’ve stayed and we’ll definitely be back. Just the escape we needed and perfect for us and our 5 year old. Beautiful location and lovely private cottages - amazing value for money. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

  • This is one of the best places of its type that I've stayed in. Sue gave me a helpful introduction to the cottage and the area when I arrived, and there was some fresh bread and tasty cakes awaiting me. The location is very quiet and is ideal for exploring the area, whether it be on foot or by train from the station which is an easy 20-minute walk away. There is also a pleasant garden to enjoy should the Welsh weather permit.

  • We had a lovely relaxing stay in this cottage. It's so close to the beach that we could just go whenever we wanted and at the same time it's very cosy inside for when the weather isn't so great. The hosts were so welcoming and good with communicating which made everything so easy. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage and would stay here again in the future.

    Eleanor2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a lovely time! If we had stayed longer or been less lucky with the weather, we would have liked to spend more time just in the cottage - it was very cosy and the lounge especially was a lovely space to relax in. I enjoyed watching the birds outside on the bird feeder and we loved the thoughtful touches of fresh flowers and homemade bread and cakes! The bed was super comfy too. The nearby beach is beautiful, big and clean - just like all the other surrounding beaches we visited. It is such a beautiful corner of the country. Nearby Barmouth had the feel of a fun seaside town without being overly built up and commercialised. Definitely recommended as a great base to relax in and explore from. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

  • This is a really lovely, cosy, country cottage with a beautiful garden. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and we were greeted with lovely fresh home baked bread and cakes. The area is really lovely and the cottage is very close to a huge beach. This is an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday.

  • Beautiful home in a wonderful location. The beach is a quick walk and absolutely lovely. Richard and Sue are wonderful hosts. I highly recommend staying here!

    Becky2019-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • My Wife and I had a wonderful three night break here. Fresh cut flowers bread and cakes were a lovely touch ( I had to get the recipes from Sue the food was so delicious) We were lucky with the weather that we were able to sit in the garden for breakfast and evening meal or just a cup of tea or a glass of wine and watch the birds on the feeder. A short distance to walk for a quiet beach and great mountain walks within a few miles drive, as were Harlech and Barmouth. Living room comfortable as was the double bed A kitchen well equipped for cooking. An iron and ironing board were supplied (even though they not mentioned in the amenities. I would recommend this cottage.

    Les2019-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cottage in a beautiful part of Snowdonia. Within walking distance of one of the most stunning and expansive beaches you'll find in the UK. Comfy beds and lovely living area to relax. Kitchen is kitted out with everything you need to make dinner, including a small dishwasher which was a real bonus. Thanks to a week of great weather, we made frequent use of the beautiful garden area, filled with gorgeous flowers and a large dining table to sit out at. Richard and Sue were great hosts, providing a warm welcome along with some delicious baked goods on. Thanks for a great week!

    Sam Jordan2019-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • The pictures are true! Everything is of high quality, especially the beds and bed linen. There is plenty of warmth and you can use extra heaters if it turns child. Kitchen is very well supplied for cooking as we did every day with complicated diets! Big fridge and freezer and good storage in bedrooms. Watching the birds in the feeders outside the door was a special joy. You can get up and down the coast easily for days out, but it would not be a problem to stay around the cottage! We thoroughly recommend Richard and Sue, and they have larger places if you need more room, within the same colourful grounds.

  • I highly highly highly recommend this place, it’s stunning. It’s absolutely beautiful. The people are so lovely and helpful. We went for my partners 21st and they dressed the tent up with balloons and banners and we had a bottle off Prosecco that they had done for us, the tents are lovely, hot tub is amazing, the views from your tent are out off this world, the whole experience is amazing! We will definitely 100% be going back!

    Sofia2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Me, the girlfriend and our two Black Labs only stayed at Phil’s for one night, but I have to say it was fantastic. The views are exceptional, even in the wind and rain. The dogs loved walking across the estuary, and the private gate from the site made it very easy and accessible. Although the Tents aren’t massive, perfectly big enough and cosy enough for all four of us, just what you expect from a glamping site. As advised we took an extra Duvet, but the tent never got cold thanks to the Electric heater supplied, we read many reviews saying the beds where hard, they where, but again, it’s only what you expect from glamping in my opinion, and weren’t uncomfortable in our experience. The Woodfired hot tub was fantastic, we spent hours in there, only getting out to keep the fire stoked up. We didn’t get chance to use the other amenities because of the rain and wind, but the fire pit and BBQs where all supplied with wood and the gas hobs all looked in good condition and worked fine. Only thing We would say was the toilet block could do with a little clean and the door doesn’t lock fully, but it was never a problem with it being such a small site. We both can’t stress enough how amazing the views are at Phil’s, truly breathtaking, and Phil’s hospitality was excellent, showed us round when checking in and made sure we had everything, even while he was dosed up with Flu. All helped us feel comfortable, and meant a truly relaxing and laid back stay, nothing we needed more. Definitely be back soon.

  • If you're looking for a get away this is it we loved it. We booked on a whim just a "this looks nice" moment and I'm so glad we did, we felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. If you are going in the later part of the year I would say take an extra blanket and duvet we did and it was a god send for a rainy night. The bed is a palette with thin cushions so anyone staying for more than 2 night like us may benefit taking some extra padding for the bed for comfort, otherwise it was great. Phillip was hospitable got the hot tub lit for us and was quick at responding to messages. The BnB is only a 5 minute drive into the town and well worth going to it's beautiful. The whole trip was amazing and we would happily go back

    Sam2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great location Fab beach opposite totally private our dogs loved it Same as everyone else has said on here take an extra quilt or blow up mattress as bed very hard Only one small frying pan so if you like a fry up take an extra pan We cooked on the fire pit which was great lots of wood easily lit amazing views Would recommend for a 1 or 2 night stay Geoff was on hand and very helpful

    Lynn2019-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • The only issue with our stay was the weather! We couldn’t fault Philip’s service, the location or the tent itself. Just a shame we couldn’t use the hot tub to be honest! One thing I will say though is we took the advice of previous reviews and brought a spare duvet and pillows, this just made sure we were as comfortable as possible ☺️ will definitely be back!

    Chloe2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay here. Definitely recommend.

    George2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • We have just returned from a two-night stay at Phil's place and we had the perfect time. The tents are in an idyllic location, just across the way from the estuary. The space is peaceful and ideal for relaxing, despite the bustling seaside town of Barmouth just a few minutes drive away. The road below can get a little busy at times, but it is to be expected. It never interrupted our sleep. Something you might want to note when getting to the site is where it is situated - check out the road on Google Maps beforehand as it bears off on a sharpish corner to a little but fairly steep hill (our small 1 litre engine wasn't a fan!) The tent itself (we were in the one nearest to the shared bathroom) was cosy and had everything we needed for a short stay. There was also cutlery and cooking essentials in a storage box near the tent. We took notice from previous reviews and took a duvet to sleep on top of, as well as one for over us, and we had a comfy two nights. There are heaters in the room so we were always comfortable and warm enough. One thing we were particularly looking forward to was use of the hot tub which was lovely and warm when the fire was maintained. We used it twice during our stay and it was a lovely way to wind down and wrap our evenings up. Prior to our stay, I let Phil know that I would be using the trip to propose to my girlfriend and he was very kind when I asked if I could send a small decoration to put up after the proposal. We took a hike where I then proposed (to which was a success!) we returned to the tent which had been fully decorated with balloons, banners, roses, chocolates and prosecco! We couldn't believe how thoughtful our hosts were - it certainly topped off our entire weekend. Because of how happy we've been with our stay, it's hard to make any negative comment on the place. However, we would like to be completely honest with other guests. The only issue we had with the stay was the bathroom; the door didn't shut/lock properly - this wasn't a major issue for us as it was only two tents but we could see it being a problem for other people. We also found the light switch to be pretty temperamental. Otherwise, it was absolutely fine. Overall we loved our stay, and we will be returning again in the future.

A traditional brick built Welsh bungalow situated on a small hamlet in snowdonia national park. Close to Bennar beach Cardigan bay with access to mountain and coastal walks. A local pub and restaurant are within walking distance. A bungalow ideally situated for a family holiday in North Wales.
  • The cottage was sparkling clean, extremely nice and well equipped. Nia was nice enough to decorate a Christmas tree for us and put some foods and snacks. There were enough logs and coal for the log burner for 3 days and an Alexa echo dot was there to play us some Christmas Carols! BBQ in the back garden, an electric recliner, board games, etc. the list goes on! I had such an amazing time I didn’t want to leave, highly recommended!

Although there are sensor lights outside, lighting the path to the toilet, we do supply torches, and blankets to keep you cosy. This is luxury camping and then some!!
We are not a camping site. You have your very own facilities with all the privacy you need if you want it. The views are amazing and the Lotus Belle Tent is pure luxury. They are no ordinary Bell Tents, they are extra special and a joy to sleep in. The neighbourhood is quiet except for the sounds of owls and the occasional sheep in the fields below.
  • Had an amazing stay here. Beautiful views, surrounded by mountains and and the sea. We stayed in the yurt which is lovely and warm even in windy and rainy weather. All the facilities are top notch. A chill in the hot tub is a must! While there both me and my partner had an amazing Indian head massage from Carol, that really relaxed us. There are other treatments available also but I highly recommend the head massage! Carol is an attentive host but not intrusive, she recommended places to eat and even dropped us off in town and offered to pick us up which was so nice. Had a fab time here and will be coming again!

    Wendy2019-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • The location is out of this world, star gazing in the hot tub on a clear night was priceless, as was the pink sunrise. Friendly, rescued animals everywhere, Carol and Ned are wonderful, completely accommodating but leave you alone once they’re totally happy that you have and know everything you need. Carol is VERY good at massage too, I highly recommend the lava shells, what a blissful treat, we will be back!

    Nicola2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • What a beautiful place Carol and Ned have! And to share it with other people just shows what a lovely couple they are. Amazing hospitality from the start! From booking it to leaving...Carol offered helpful tips, suggested places to visit and was always at the end of the phone if you needed anything at all. Approachable and friendly and made you feel at home. Complementary tea coffee milk welsh cakes and marshmallows were given to us as well as all kitchen and bathroom essentials. The setting was perfect, seaside and countryside views all around and lovely company from the extra friendly animals. Such a unique spot with cute and romantic touches. There is a fire pit to sit at and watch the sunset, as well as outdoor table to eat at. The amazing hot tub was a few steps from the belle tent and space to get changed in. We also had rain on our first night however carol and ned were quick to put up the canopy so we could still enjoy the tub. The outdoor kitchen is covered and has all essentials so you can cook a meal. The bathroom surprisingly has a hot and powerful shower with room to get changed in. Everything was spotless considering it’s an outdoor setting there was not one thing to complain about! The tent was so peaceful and romantic with quirky little touches. Plenty of space, a small fridge and 2 heaters provided for the colder nights however the tent held heat without having to use them too much. Carol and Ned definitely deserve to be recognised as extra special hosts, we could not fault them at all! Literally do everything for you no question or favour is too big or small to them! Amazing people thank you so much. Defiantly worth the 5 hour drive from Middlesbrough x x x

  • Carol and Ned were excellent hosts, always on hand if we needed anything or had questions. They both greeted us along with their adorable dogs and welcomed us in. Carol took the time to show us where everything was and how it all worked, she had provided tea and coffee provisions and facilities inside the tent, which was much appreciated. We were also given some marshmallows for roasting on the fire pit, which we'd never done before and loved. The tent is very spacious and comfortable. The bed in particular was very cosy and most mornings we didnt want to get out of it! Unfortunately due to the weather, we were only able to use the hotub once, but it was wonderful to be able to watch the sunset over the sea from the tub, then watch as buzzards flew overhead on their way home for the night. This Airbnb is great for animal lovers. There are many varieties of birds in the area, not to mention all of Carol and Neds animals - horses, chickens, dogs, cats, sheep and highland cows. All the animals are very friendly and the dogs loved a fuss! Carol and Ned were kind enough to let us charge our EV via a mains plug "granny cable" before we drove home, which was a real life saver as there aren't many places charge in the area. Carol was also very thoughtful and brought our towels in to dry when we'd left them out on a rainy day. We would highly recommend the lotus bell tent for couples looking into get away from it all and get back to nature. The facilities mean that you can do this in comfort, warmth and a little luxury. We hope to be back to see Ned and Carol in the not too distant future and will be recommending their Airbnb to family and friends.

  • This is the most beautiful place, the bell tent is absolutely perfect, the bathroom was an unexpected treat, really good shower and sparkling clean. Everything needed is supplied (Bring you own towels) so many thoughtful little touches that made it extra special. Tea coffee milk and marshmallows! The stars you can see up there at night are out of this world! (no pun intended) as its up a rather steep hill on the coast its got a little windy, but the tent is so sturdy it made it extra cosy. The hot tub is phenomenal too. Book it! You won't regret it.

    Demi2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely stay to unwind with nature. Had a great time using the hot tub and playing with the animals at the campsite. Carol provided logs and fire starters to get a fire going which kept us warm as we watched the stars at night. Great place for couples to unwind.

Y Gorlan is a cosy Shepherd's hut at the bottom of a secluded garden which includes a vegetable patch and a small wildlife pond. For warm evenings to watch the sunset or for sunny breakfasts there is a wrap around veranda and for cooler evenings outdoors there is a Kadai fire bowl which doubles as a barbecue. The dining table converts into a double bed and bedding and towels are provided. Electric shower and chemical cassette toilet in the bathroom. Tea,coffee, milk and wine, welcome pack.
To reach Y Gorlan you must drive through a farmyard and along a track. You might see a variety of wildlife. About 4 trains go by in each direction within sight every day but do not cause much disruption. There is a small airfield in the area which occasionally has events but usually it is peaceful and relaxing here.
Close to the Shell island. A short mile walk will bring you to the riverside village of Llanbedr with 3 pubs from which to choose for meals or just to relax with a pint! 3 miles to Harlech with it's world Heritage castle and long sandy beach. 12 miles Portmeirion, 14 miles Porthmadog with it's narrow guage railways. Easy and scenic driving distance to Snowdon, Caernarfon and Bodnant gardens.
  • Unique experience with fantastic hospitality.

  • Helen is a great host, very warm and welcoming. The hut is ideally placed to explore surrounding areas and greater Snowdonia. The bottle of wine and fresh bread waiting for us were generous and Helen's local knowledge was very handy. We'd return without hesitation!

  • Felt overwhelmed with choices of where to stay in Wales but this is a great pick. Close to the beach, good local pub nearby. Easy drive into Snowdonia mountains and a lovely host with lots of tips on where to visit and eat. Great communication easy check in and check out. Incredibly secluded and quiet spot with a sunset view and brilliant star gazing after dark. If back in Wales wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thank You Helen.

  • This place is amazing to relax and unwind and watch the stars while sipping your tea. I found the place very welcoming, clean and everything you need for your stay is available. Also, Helen is a great host. It was great to chat with her and giving us tips on places to visit and where to eat. We were visiting Wales for the first time and hiking up Mount Snowdon and really enjoyed staying at Helen's place. Highly recommended, 5 stars, do not hesitate to book. Many thanks Helen.

The village is perfectly located to explore the region. The property is located on the main A road between the mountains and the sea in Snowdonia National Park. The beautiful beach is accessible with a 30-minute walk or short drive. Directly behind the house, guests can pick up the Ardudwy Way which is 24 mile stunning walk that runs from Barmouth to Llandecwyn and takes in some of the best views in Wales steeped in Welsh folklore with prehistoric sites, varied vegetation and rare birds. • Mima! She's the best, my best Airbnb experience so far! Everything 5 stars! If all Airbnbs are like Mima hotels will be out of business! I fell in love with the location, wished I stayed longer! She waited for me, I checked like 12 midnight as I got lost and all that, she was very nice! Her place was clean, quiet, beautiful, divine and nice breakfast! Definitely coming back and stay longer! Thank you Mima for everything!

    Sheeryn2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Mima's place is perfect, the accomodation is great with all the amenities you need (even plasters for blisters ;-) ) the location is beautiful aswell, you are between the sea and the mountains. This is one of the best I have stayed in :-)

  • Wonderful host, beautifully clean & well kept place, delicious generous healthy breakfast & plenty of space to unwind. Top marks from me!

    Suzanne2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • I had a very comfortable overnight stopover at Mima's place and can recommend it highly.

    Maurice2019-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed over Mima's place(the Island room) over the weekend for a quiet solo holiday. The place was very quiet and calm, just as I wanted, clean, well organised benefiting from Mima's tastes with a lovely reading room available for you after the day's hike. It is one of the most beautiful places in Wales, and as per Mima, also the last wilderness of Wales. Mima was very nice to me. She not only let me borrow her OS map and compass for my hiking, but also packed the left-over cut-fruits from breakfast in a lunch-box to eat along the way, and advised wisely and thoroughly about the route. She also let me store my luggage for a few hours since my train was a few hours after the check-out time and I wanted to explore the local beach. The art gallery and the exhibitions she organises from time-to-time are also worth spending time for, and I bought a souvenir card from there. This was one of my best airbnb experiences. I suggested it to my friends who will plan soon and will love to go back there come another opportunity.

  • Enjoyable stay, Mima made me feel welcome and looked after.

  • Mima's place is absolutely lovely! Everywhere was super clean, with really nice touches. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed. I'd highly recommend staying at her place.

  • This is the second time we have visited Sam’s lovely house. It’s so close to the beach and a short stroll into all the main Barmouth amenities. It was beautifully clean, and the hot tub was a delight, even in a cold and miserable stormy February. Sam is so quick to respond to any queries you may have, the house is fully equipped and we can’t recommend highly enough x

    Jack2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • We booked Sam’s place for our first family holiday with our baby daughter. From the moment of Booking Sam was so helpful, the communication was brilliant throughout. Any questions we had, Sam responded right away. The house was easy to find, check in was super easy. We had no problem at all parking outside the front of the property which was important to us. The house was clean and had everything we needed including enclosed garden for our dog. Sam even treated us to a bottle of wine on arrival. The bed was really comfy and having Netflix in the rooms was great especially with it being winter. Big bathroom with nice bath and shower. Towels provided. The house is in a great location and so close to the beach. It doesn’t even take long to walk to the harbour. Co op is a only few mins walk away and we were able to get an ASDA shop delivered the day we arrived. Our baby is not walking yet but if she was, the house is very child friendly with stair gates and safety measures such as oven locks. We had a lovely first break away, we highly recommend this property for couples or families, plenty of space, clean, comfy, great location, helpful and welcoming host. We would return for sure. Thanks again

Our one bedroom cottage, Tree Tops, lies in the Snowdonia National Park close to the beaches of Ardudwy, near Harlech on the west coast of Wales. Behind this coastal strip lie the Rhinog Mountains, giving marvellous choices of climbing and walking terrain. The cottage is well equipped, of contemporary design and has balcony with sea view. From 1st May to 30th September we have a Saturday changeover. October through April bookings can start on any day of the week, (minimum two nights).
This one bedroom cottage is ideal for a couple or a single person and as the name suggests, is set in the trees. From the parking area you enter the kitchen which has everything you should require for your stay; fridge/freezer, micro, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, instant hot water etc. You then move into the living area with tv/dvd and your double recliner, to the sliding door that leads you out to the balcony, where you can feed the birds, or gaze at the view across the fields to the estuary and bay. Downstairs (these are steeper than average), is the bathroom with a toilet, power shower and hand basin, then into the bedroom where there is a king size comfortable bed. Access to the small garden is from downstairs, this also affords views across the fields to the estuary and sea.
The cottage is the last property in a small hamlet of about 15 houses along a country lane that leads down to the main road and the local railway station (500yards). The village of Llanbedr is one mile away down the scenic lane that passes the cottage. Harlech with its famous castle lies two miles to the north, and the seaside town of Barmouth is 7 miles to the south. The famous Portmeirion Village is 11 miles away, and the steam railways of Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway are a short distance further. The natural beauty of this area which lies within the Snowdonia National Park attracts visitors back year after year. Tree Tops has sand dunes and beaches on its doorstep, the nearest a one mile walk, whilst behind it the hills rise up to the Rhinog Mountains which run parallel with the coast. There are many routes through this remote scenery, along most of which you rarely meet other hikers. There are two valleys (6 mile lane to the head) that give you access into the heart of the Rhinogs from Tree Tops. Additionally there are many organised and varied activities that guests can enjoy from surfing on an inland lagoon, zip line (longest in Europe, fastest in the world), exploring underground caverns, slate, copper mine tours, guided water adventures, and some of the best biking tracks and centres in the UK. There are restaurants in Harlech and Barmouth, as well as two pubs in Llanbedr ( one mile) which serve food.
  • This is a lovely venue in a great location. Treetops is unique and is literally in the tree tops...topped with a bird feeding station and some resident squirrels. We had a great stay.

    Ella2020-02-23T00:00:00Z

    Aisha2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Martin is a very friendly knowledgeable host providing great tips and thoughtful touches in a delightful two level place with everything you need for a great stay. He even throws in visits from the local birds on the outside balcony to add to your visit.

    Michael2019-11-08T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is a gem and its hosts, Martin and Lynn, are extraordinary. The space is extremely well thought out, such that while each room in the open floor plan is compact, it feels spacious while packed with amenities. Tucked into the woods just a very short drive from lovely Harlech, with its terrific castle, restaurants and shops. High, vaulted ceiling in living room and gorgeous views of garden and the sea beyond. Cottage is built into a hill, with a modern kitchen space and living room on entry floor, plus bedroom (very comfy bed for two) and bath on the lower level — with its own door to the back garden. As mentioned by others, its inside staircase is narrow and steep, unsuited for anyone with mobility challenges...But stepping carefully, it was not at all a problem for us and just added to the sense of adventure. In short, this cottage is a real find, and we’d have happily stayed longer than the two nights we had! Highly recommended.

    Elaine2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • A little gem you won’t be disappointed x

    Penny2019-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Tree Tops is an idyllic cottage equipped with everything you'll need to self cater as well as being a perfect base to explore Snowdonia. We had a fantastic time in the cottage, enjoying the views from the balcony (also feeding the birds from the tree tops!) and relaxing on the reclining sofa in front of the TV after climbing Snowdon. The bed was amazingly comfy as well which was much needed at that point. During the trip we also ventured to nearby Harlech and also Portmeirion which were great - there is so much to do in the area, we only wished we had more time. We really couldn't recommend this place enough! Thank you Martin and Lynn!

  • What a wonderful cottage. A great mix of traditional and modern. Thanks for the wine, cake and the flowers that were in the vase. The place was very clean and spacious. Garden great for the dog as it was enclosed and had a good sunbathe while the weather was good. Great base to explore all the amazing walks, castles and beaches in the area. We’d definitely come back. Thank you

  • This was a lovely cosy shepherds hut, with beautiful views over the estuary. We didn't know a shepherds hut could be this stylish! Anna was a great host - she met us at the gate, showed us round end even left thoughtful extras like Welsh cakes and marshmallows to toast on the fire pit.

    Runa2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • I had an amazing stay at Anna's place, I needed a night away from the busy world and distractions so I took myself to the shepherd's hut and it was everything I needed. Scenery is beautiful even on a dull, cloudy day. Hut itself was exactly as described and exactly as it looks in the pictures, perfect small space! Loads of lovely little areas to walk around and explore. Wildlife and beauty in abundance. Anna was the perfect host, she met me at the gate and showed me to the hut, gave me a tour and answered any questions I had and even ones that I didn't even realise I had! 100% would go back

    Amber2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • What a beautiful location! The views over the estuary and out towards Cadair Idris are incredible. It stayed toasty warm inside even when the rain was lashing outside and we even managed to cook outside one night. Lovely thoughtful touches and a beautiful place to stay.

    Cat2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Anna was great from start to finish. She accommodated us at short notice and made us very welcome. There are many nice little touches to make guests feel special and comfortable.

    Francis2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • If you’re looking for a cozy spot away from the hustle and bustle of life then look no further! The hut is set away in your own private spot, with beautiful views of the estuary and mountain scape. The host has clearly put care and attention into the hut and the finer details. Not too far from Barmouth should you need to pop to the shop or the chippy! I booked this for my wife’s birthday, as not too far from Coed-y-Brenin, the host was kind enough to provide bubbly and a lovely card! Will be sure to book again.

There are plenty of food options in the vicinity too. There are lovely dogs on the property who will happily welcome any visitors. Definitely a great place to stay when you're in Wales.

    Joeri2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • This is a compact (particularly for 2 adults both 183cm tall) space, but the clever and stylish design makes it feel much bigger. The kitchen area is full of clever tricks to pack everything in, and the shower room is perfect. Our only advice is bear in mind the bed is a very small double (nothing higher would fit) so be prepared for a snug fit! Tony was welcoming, helpful, friendly and quick to respond. And it’s a beautiful spot by the river. Thanks for the Welsh cakes! (-:

    Sian2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • Tony and Dawn were great hosts and their tiny house was perfect. A well placed base to walk from if you don't fancy driving, a choice of three pubs also in walking distance (Ty Mawr for drinks by the fire, The Victoria for any meal...breakfast was especially good). The tiny house itself has excellent facilities. Full kitchen, washing machine (and tumble dryer in the shed where you can also store walking gear), cute sofa made for two, absolute nest of a bed and an amazing power shower. All you could ask for! Plus their very friendly pups made for a lovely welcome when we were talking with Tony.

  • A lovely little cottage, very homey! Chris is a GREAT host and very quick at replying to any queries! A lovely bottle of prosecco on arrival which is always nice! A great location in Barmouth, close to the beach, pubs, shops and car parking. Would book again and recommend to others - thank you Chris 😊

    Alexandra2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • A really lovely cottage which felt safe, warm and welcoming. A perfect size for just the two of us and actually was bigger than we expected to be. Loved the decor and the amenities provided including Prosecco for our arrival. Instructions were sent when we were booked which were really useful and helped us to find the cottage straight away in the dark and rain! Really enjoyed our stay and our time in the local area. Although Barmouth is quiet at this time Of year, we explored and found local places to eat and things to do and the cottage is in the heart of it all. Would definitely recommend.

    Rebecca2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Ideal for a 2/3 day break, very handy location for all Barmouth has to offer. Great space for a couple ( we also had a small dog ). Chris made booking easy and nice hospitality touches such as prosecco and tea/coffee on arrival. Check in/out very easy. Apartment well set up and very comfy.

    David2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Ideal place for a couple. Location brilliant, very close to town but far enough back and private enough to be protected from noise and footfall. Very quaint, nicely decorated and very clean. Nice touches from hosts, Prosecco and parking permit for long stay car park. Had problems with heating the first night, fixed by owners the next day. As mentioned in previous reviews bed was very small and there is a frosted partition between bedroom and bathroom which meant the bathroom light, when on, tended to light up bedroom. DVD player available. On the whole loved the property and would certainly would check first if this was free on our next trip to Barmouth. Barmouth - The Bank (restaurant) seems to have good reviews but we have never managed to get in there. Would prebook next time. Had great pub meals in both The Last Inn and Tan y Don. Laverbread Rarebit exceptional in the Belle Vue cafe.

    Sharon2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely little cottage in fact just perfect for what we needed.... Very fast response from Chris made some happy memories in the cottage and in Barmouth itself... Lovely locals who welcomed and showed our doggies so much love.....especially seeing Hollie (boo boo) is so poorly, we would return to the cottage and Barmouth again for sure. Thank you so much Chris

    Paula2020-01-11T00:00:00Z
  • I and my partner had a wonderful stay, regardless of my criticising (this is me being very picky), we really did have a wonderful time. Firstly the property is cosy, it is imperative you get on well with your partner, I can see it testing some relationships, for instance, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by frosted glass- while sufficient this does not leave much to the imagination (my partner suggested curtains would be a welcome addition, however, I disagree and feel it would affect the appeal of the bedroom). The space is beautiful throughout, furnished comfortably and in many cases making creative use of the limited space! Another suggestion we had was perhaps adding a dining table or utilising the kitchen worktop and turning it into a breakfast bar.

    Sam2020-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • We booked for a 3 night stay at the cottage which was wonderful, really wanted to stay longer tbh. It ticked every box for us, and getting welcomed on arrival with a bottle of bubbly was a very nice touch, we would highly recommend it, thanks Chris

  • Richard and Sue provide a wonderful and spacious base for a family holiday. We appreciated the closeness to the beach and the ease with which we could get to the mountains for hiking and towns for browsing. The house itself offered a lot of space for everyone to feel comfortable and have space to play on a rainy day! Highly recommended.

    Fayenen2019-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage looked amazing in the AirBNB pictures. However, it exceeded our expectations when we arrived. This is a little piece of heaven on earth!!! Richard and Sue made us feel very comfortable from the moment they welcomed us. The home baked cookies and bread were a lovely touch. We made them last 3 days before they were all gone, which once you taste the first cookie you'll be hard pressed to not eat them all in one sitting :) The cottage is idyllic both in its location, the garden and in the layout of the rooms. The rooms and bedrooms very spacious but at the same time cosy and the beds were all very comfortable. We had wonderful weather during our stay and were able to have some of our evening meals outside at the picnic benches and enjoy the beautiful garden space and view of the sea. The age of our family group ranged from 19 to 78 and everyone loved the place. We would definitely return in the future for another family get together. Thanks again Richard and Sue for sharing your wonderful cottage, Paul and Barbara

    Paul2019-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is great for 2 families - really spacious with great common areas. It’s within a walking distance from a beautiful beach - almost empty this time of the year (we visited in April 2019). The location is perfect for exploring Snowdonia - you are within driving distance from the mountains and next to beautiful coast. We loved the personal touches in the cottage - fresh hand-picked flowers in every room, home-made bread, cookies and cake - Sue is a great baker! The cottage is fully equipped for spending comfortably 1-2 weeks with children. We loved it and hope to be back!

    Jan2019-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • Good location, huge space in the cottage, more that advertised, we were 11 and didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The lounge with the fireplace was super cosy, we loved spending evenings there. We were welcomed with fresh home made bread and cookies and Richard and Sue. were very helpful whilst also giving us privacy. Absolutely amazing cottage with authentic features. Kids loved the pool table (and so did some of the adults). Only downside of our vacation was the weather :(( not the best idea to visit Wales in March although the blooming daffodils and camelias were just gorgeous. We are looking forward to visiting Wales again and staying at Richard and Sue's cottage.

  • Great hosts and the house was extremely nice, clean and much bigger than expected. Bonus - pool table when spending long winter evenings indoors. Highly recommend as very quite and rural location to relax in countryside. Authentic place

  • The cottage was charming, quaint and cosy. We loved all the personal touches such as fresh bread, fresh flowers and the most amazing cookies! The bedding was the best we have slept in during our trip to the U.K. Richard and Sue are fantastic hosts with lots of information about the district. Would definitely recommend this cottage for an extended stay.

  • The stand out feature of this place is the amazing view. The wood burning heated hot tub overlooking the view is a wonderful experience. Philip is an excellent host and nothing we asked for was too much trouble for him. We enjoyed using the free bikes to cycle over the Barmouth bridge and along the disused railway line to a lovely pub. It should be remembered that it is a camping experience and we were glad that having read some of the previous reviews we took sleeping bags and other camping gear such as a wok and cooking utensils. The bed is hard so we used inflatable camping mats on top. The tent was warm and cosy inside because it had an electric radiator. The weather was wet and windy but we managed a BBQ in pouring rain and warmed up in the hot tub after. If you love the outdoors you will love this place.

  • Amazing beautiful views, tranquil, peaceful and good amenities with fire pit, cooking stone and hot tub which unfortunately (due to passing through) I did not have the time to utilise!

  • The views and the hot tub are amazing! Nice touches with the torches around the hot tub, could have stayed longer! I would recommend bringing an extra blanket.

  • Our new favourite place! The views are absolutely stunning and the hosts are so so friendly and welcoming. The tent is extremely well equipped - however we took an extra duvet, pillows and our own mugs etc (as you would if you were 'proper' camping) just to be prepared :) The hot tub is fantastic (and very hot!) after a days hiking to wind down and relax. Our dog came with us and he had the best time ever especially on the beach - we never saw another person down there so he could run wild! 100% recommend.

  • What an amazing place to stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was already on and hot for us when we arrived (Little tip - swirl the water around before you get in as it gets extremely hot by the pipe) you have everything you need there. Like other reviews, we took a quilt to pop under us as the bed is a little hard but nothing to complain about at all. Wish we stayed longer. Location is fantastic and also great if you take a dog like we did, lots of places like the arcades cafes etc let you take dogs in too. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time and highly recommend this to anybody! Thank you Phillip!

  • We had a fantastic stay! The location is beautiful and the accommodation was perfect for our stay! The hot tub was an extremely welcome relief after a very wet and windy Snowdon climb! The Nespresso machine in the tent was an unexpected pleasure and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful - offering extra duvets, firewood and anything else we may have needed. The walk into town was 20 minutes and very scenic, and we went to The Last Inn for dinner following a recommendation from the host - which was brilliant. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay here - waking up and seeing views like that is a rarity (as is sitting in a hot tub under the stars with mountains and sea as your backdrop...)!

She really did a great job with the ID and we had a comfortable stay. Her kitchen was complete, felt like cooking at home! Highly recommended stay for 6 with great hosts! Thank you.

  • We wanted to visit this area for my father-in-law who had been based near by 60 years ago with the RAF. This wonderful little cottage was close by to all the areas including Barmouth and Llanbedr where he relived some of his memories. The cottage has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and Richard and Sue were very friendly, offering advice on places to visit whilst we were there. I recommend you visit The Norbar, a restaurant between the cottage and Barmouth which has lovely views of the sea. The food is fantastic and the service is quick and friendly. Thank you again for a lovely stay and for the homemade bread and cakes on arrival.

  • Great cottage in a fantastic location. Lovely bedrooms, spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. Garden and surroundings gorgeous. Everything is as per the listing only better! Richard and Sue are very friendly and helpful hosts and were very accommodating of our change in arrival times. The cakes and bread provided on our arrival were a lovely touch. We would highly recommend one of Richard and Sue's cottages as a place to stay if you are visiting the area.

  • The lovely cottage was like a home from home. Richard & Sue were great hosts with home baked bread & cakes waiting for us on arrival. The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home and there were even toys there for our children that we just weren’t expecting. It’s a great location for the beach and exploring such a lovely part of Wales. Drffyn has everything you could need in the village and the surrounding towns & villages are lovely too. Great access to Harlech as well. Highly recommended.
