This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
