2 min to the lake promenade, 3 min to Starnberg train station: from here every 20 minutes S-Bahn and once/h the train, which is in 20 minutes in Munich main train station. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. Beautiful cottage extensively renovated in 2022 in the best location of Gräfelfing. The detached cottage is located together with another detached house on a well-kept property. The premises are on two levels and are open plan. A private garden with terrace awaits you in summer surrounded by old trees. This cottage is ideal for couples or families with one child. Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus a self-contained cottage with a separate entrance. In June 2024, it was for the most part new furnished. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100m away. By car, it's 15 minutes to Lake train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the main train station in Munich.

Cozy Souterrain in Berg/ Ostufer Starnberger See

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
