Townhouse with a tourist license, in a very quiet area located on the sea and beach front. It has an outdoor parking space. Supermarkets and restaurants may not be open in the months of April and October, as well as lifeguard services, Kayak rentals, water scooters and paddle surfing. About 12 km away from the charming village of Fornells, and about 20 km away from Maó and 30 km away from Ciutadella . The development is very quiet and the house has wonderful views of the golf course and the mountain. If you feel like going to the beach you can walk to Arenal de Son Saura (1km) or drive 5 minutes. The apartment is perfectly located at an intermediate distance from all the tourist attractions on the island. On the way back you can take a swim in the pool.
