Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested), a mini wet room with Toilet and Shower and a kitchen unit. The hot water is supplied by a small tank, so quick showers are necessary! The cabin is separate from the main house. There is a TV / DVD and drink making facilities. The cabin has a fridge, a mini oven with dual hob. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!
Our cabin is within the Snowdonia National Park and has very easy access to the A55 expressway. We're 5 minutes from Penmaenmawr, which boasts a range of take aways and a locally renowned restaurant. Conwy is 10 minutes away, with its town walls, historic Castle and a great array of Pubs and Restaurants.
Dwygyfylchi has a village atmosphere, with a parade of 2 shops, 2 excellent pubs, an Austrian Restaurant, an Indian Restaurant and Golf club. The locals are friendly and the atmosphere relaxed.
  • The cabin was amazing! It was just as good as any hotel room, but a third the price. Location is ideal too, right at the base of some mountain trails, down the street from two convenience stores, and 3 miles from the historic town of Conwy. There are some good restaurants too just a 15 minute walk down the road.

  • A great location from which to explore the northern Welsh countryside. It was easy to find and access to the major roads was excellent, the room was lovely and cosy and the cabin was slightly bigger than I expected. The bed was super comfortable and the hot water was very hot. Lovely place.

  • Great little place to stay for exploring the beautiful North Wales countryside. Has everything you need, and with the heater on we were plenty warm enough for a winter stay. Dan and Jackie gave good communication and directions and instructions.

    Andrew2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Dan is a very friendly person, very easy to communicate and very knowledgeable about things to do nearby. The cabin itself is a mini castle with everything that's required and even more such as an Xbox. Had a very comfortable stay and definitely recommend this place.

  • The photos on the website do not truly reflect this lovely spacious property. The house is well equipped especially the large kitchen. The lounge is large but homely. A group of five, we all loved this house and would recommend it. The area is a bit hilly a consideration if you an to leave your car parked.

  • We had a great time during our stay. The place was perfect for us hosting our family during the day and Kathi was great to communicate with! Highly recommended!

    Daniel2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Stunning property with fantastic views and great location to explore North Wales and Snowdonia national park. We stayed over Christmas and the house was wonderful. Kathi was a very attentive host, checking everything was ok, she even brought a baby lamb to meet the children. We appreciated there being a Christmas tree for the children to open presents under Christmas morning. A beautiful rural feel and we had a wonderful Christmas. Thank you.

The Old Rectory is a spacious home that features hardwood chevron floors and open spaces lit by beautiful chandeliers. Watch a film in the 3D movie room, wander the beautiful grounds outside. The garden has an infinity effect with direct panoramic views over the estuary, mountains and even the castle direct from the garden and many of the bedrooms. No photograph can capture this. With 8 bedrooms and enough space to sleep up to 24 you can enjoy special occasions all together and even eat together for that special occasion in the 24 seated dining room with antique carved oak table and chairs.
Beautiful accommodation with fine furnishing and yet is homely and welcoming. The Old Rectory sits in a unique and beautiful setting.
Beyond the breath-taking panoramic views over Conwy Estuary and Conwy Castle, the home's location makes it easy to explore North Wales. Go zip-lining and dry slope skiing before taking the steam railway to family beaches and hiking trails.
  • Lovely stay with a wonderful host for our 30th birthday celebrations. Beautiful surrounds!

  • Carolines property is not only beautiful, its made more perfect because Caroline is such an excellent host. From preparing the house for our arrival, she went out of her way to help / advise us. We had so many questions for her and she was always so helpful and replied almost immediately every time. She also saved us, due to a chef pulling out at the last minute, she gave us her contacts and we found someone who was happy to cater for us as they had such a good relationship with Caroline. Would love to go back one day .

    Sandy2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay celebrating New Year at The Old Rectory. Caroline had made such an effort with lovely Christmas decorations and our stay was faultless from check in to check out. Great communication, would stay again!

  • This property was brilliant and we all as a family thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the weekend.

    Elin2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • This house is absolutely gorgeous, the decoration, the finishing touches, the attention to detail, the views. It is the most ideal venue for a gathering with friends and family. You will not be dissappointed. Thank you to Caroline too who is a superb host.

    Tracy2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful house-comfortable, clean and spacious. Amazing views from the garden and hot tub. A perfect home for large family gatherings - Caroline has thought of everything families might need. A great location from which to explore North Wales.

    Ruth2019-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • As you reach the top of the driveway your breath is literally taken away as you can then fully appreciate the stunning location, set amongst manicured gardens, and a view "to die for" across the estuary. But then you venture inside..and the wow factor increases. Large spacious rooms , a home from home feel, and the feeling gets better and better. Nothing is too much trouble for Caroline. Her attention to detail is without par..fluffy bathrobes and slippers for one and all, a welcome box of goodies, and you immediately know your stay is going to be extra special..and ours was ! Caroline is an extra special host...don't even think twice..book now !

    David2019-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Caroline’s attention to detail as a host is outstanding. Her home is beautiful, particularly the views from the house and hot tub. Highly recommend!

The location is a perfect base if you want to go visiting the local gems (Bodnant Gardens & the Dutch Pancake House) and many walks/waterfalls to see. To top it off, Steve and Naomi are the perfect hosts, thanks for our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

    Charlie2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely cosy stay during half term week. This place is ideally situated for access to the zipworld sites and even the rubbish weather didn’t dampen our stay. Naomi is a wonderful host, we will definitely stay again in the future.

  • Had a great weekend at this lovely little place, although storm Dennis had other ideas, we made the most of our weekend going to Conwy and up to Llandudno. The hut is stylish and the heater is very warm and creates a cosy space. The hot tub was great however did take a while to warm, once in, it was lovely. We were greeted by a friendly face who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The chocolates and wine were a nice touch too, thank you for a lovely weekend. We’ll be back (without the storms) :) Chloe and Annabel.

Naomi couldn’t do enough for us, so many nice little touches with this site. It was super clean and looked after and the hot tub was great (Naomi even helped to light it for us 😂) we’d definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks x

This property is perfectly located in the village of Glan Conwy, North Wales, which has breathtaking views of Conwy estuary. Number 37 is close to the castle town of Conwy, the seaside resort of Llandudno and beautiful Betws-Y-Coed. Whether you want a relaxing break or an action packed adventure, this property is perfect. With Surf Snowdonia, Zip World, Conwy Castle, and Snowdonia National Park on your doorstep you will never be bored!
Number 37 is a small, quirky house in the peaceful village of Glan Conwy. We have all that you need to make your stay comfortable. Just a 2 minute walk from the accommodation is a small shop, cafe, and local pub. There is a great selection of good restaurants and bars in nearby towns. The transport links from Glan Conwy are great, with the train station and bus stop being just at the bottom of the road. We have recently started another Airbnb (Number 41) which is very similar, just across the path from Number 37. So if you fancy a break with friends or family but still want your own space, Number 41 may also be perfect for you.
Number 37 is tucked away down a small path. There are other houses close by, however the property offers a peaceful break. The patio doors from the living area looks out into the garden. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and safe. Please be respectful to the neighbours and only use the hot tub between the hours of 10am-10pm.
  • The house is really nice, quiet and well placed. We were just after a short night away but could easily have stayed for days and days. The hot tub is a winner too! On a separate note, the house is immaculately clean... so clean in fact it is noticeable compared to other places I have stayed. Given the current climate this was really important to us and was something we were grateful for. If this is how the house is always kept, then don’t change anything!

    Ben2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay at Number 37! Becky was responsive and thought of everything to make make us feel welcome and at home. The house was spotless and the hot tub was a real treat. Would definitely recommend!

  • Excellent little house. Spotless with all facilities you will need, and made very homely with all the finishing touches that didn’t make it feel like a holiday let. With the weather being very wet having the washing machine to clean clothes was a great help. Everything on you doorstep to visit so very central The hot tub was a nice touch Hopefully back at the end of the year Thanks again Becky.

    Deborah2020-02-20T00:00:00Z

  • We were looking for a peaceful break to the countryside and the cottage fitted the bill perfectly. Hidden down a quiet lane, our soundtrack for the weekend was the lambs, the river and the occasional tractor - just what we needed.

    Josh2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. Perfect location to explore North Wales. We will definitely be back when it’s a little warmer so we can explore more of this amazing place as this time we weren’t so lucky with the weather! The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Natalie was a great host too. Thanks so much!

    Lauren2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • An excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, good facilities, a peaceful and pretty setting, but still close to main roads and facilities of nearby towns of Glan Conwy, Conwy and Llandudno. It was dog-friendly (though we had no dog) as well. It had good parking, though a little difficult to find first time at night as a bit off the beaten track, was relatively easy to find otherwise in the day. The only thing it didn’t have was wi-fi, a blessing for us, but maybe not for others. A very good host, who gave us our space and freedom.

    Sean2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic little break, great host. The location is brilliant and the accommodation has more than you could need. Great value for money I thought as the property was superb in every way. May one day return. Thank you!

  • A lovely apartment. Very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. Despite being just off a main (but not busy) road the location is very quiet and peaceful. The garden is lovely and the friendly cat is now my best buddy. This is a great base from which to drive around North Wales from. We went into Snowdonia National park as well as up to Anglesey and both were relatively short drives. I would recommend Sally and Sam as hosts and would be happy to stay here again.

    Samantha2019-09-25T00:00:00Z

  • Fantastic cottage, a true home from home. Maintained to an outstanding standard. Warm, secure and had all necessary amenities for our stay with a comfortable bed and excellent bath/shower. Fast response to messages and very quick to drop additional firewood off when it was needed. If you’re looking for a cosy retreat in peaceful surroundings at the end of a busy day exploring then you won’t be disappointed.

  • A truly high quality experience. We were welcomed so warmly to the cottage which is beautiful and has a traditional, cosy charm whilst being spotlessly clean and having all you need to enjoy a stay. Brilliant bath/shower, very comfortable bed and curtains that work (keep out the light!) + excellent kitchen facilities. Made use of Netflix and the log burner every night. We really enjoyed the location for getting out to Conwy and Llechwedd Slate Caverns. Folder in the cottage with local walk instructions was amazing and we couldn’t have had a better time on our last day using one of the guides to go up the mountain behind the cottage and experience some of the best views I’ve ever seen (looking down to the village, to Conwy & it’s castle, across to Anglesey and around to snow topped mountains). Thank you for a perfect time away!

    Flora2020-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • Its our second time here in Rowen, highly recommended little cottage. Beautiful and clean.

    Karen2019-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a perfect countryside getaway. The cottage is spotlessly clean with all the amenities that you could need, including a cosy woodburner which was very welcome at this time of year! There is a friendly local pub a stone throw away with good beer and food (we went every day). The village is peaceful and quite but only a short drive from Conwy if you need a few more eating/drinking options. Highly recommend and would definitely return

  • We had a lovely stay here with our 4 month old baby. A travel cot was ready for us when we arrived which was very convenient. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated, with woodburning stove and netflix on the tv. The village of Rowen is small but just a short drive to Conwy. We would stay here again.

  • Driftwood Cottage has a fantastic view down to the beach. It’s is beautifully decorated inside and very clean. Although maintaining character, everything you want to be modern, is. For example, extra plugs, wine fridge, fire. There is no noise from the neighbours even though the cottage is a terraced property. We had a lovely stay

Due to the Coronavirus crisis, the cottage is unavailable for bookings until May (this will be updated as necessary ) I apologise for this, but we need to comply with the government’s plea for avoiding unnecessary travel and not causing extra strain on the local health service. Stay safe everyone. “Seren Las" is a bright but cosy cottage just outside the town walls of Conwy. Shops, pubs and restaurants are a two minute stroll away. On road parking is available.
  • Beautiful home and base for a lovely stay in Conwy! The cottage is perfectly decorated to feel cosy but not small, extra comfortable bed, and fantastic local tips! The interior design is beautiful and thoughtful and sparkling clean. Nerys also responded really quickly to any queries and made us feel so welcome with the little extra touches in the house. We will be coming back!

    Becky2020-03-03T00:00:00Z

Despite the weather we enjoyed cooking in the home and watching a DVD! It was cosy and overall one of the loveliest places we have stay. Also Nerys was so helpful and quick to respond. Thank You again :)

  • Great place, great hosts, great value! Grant was really quick with replies and making sure the check in process was as smooth as possible! He was there to greet us when we arrived, and provided lots of tips for nearby walking routes and pubs. The place itself is a private guest suite at the end of the house. It had everything we needed, and was really comfortable! Thank you for a lovely stay!

  • A really lovely little space in a nice area with lots of walks and easy access into the hills. Stayed for a couple of days of walking and the warm, cozy heated room was very welcome after walking in freezing cold rain. The tea, milk and biscuits was a nice touch and Grant and Jaqui provided loads of helpful tips for local things to see and do. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

    Charlie2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was perfect: the place, originally a pub, was refurbished in a really beautiful and stylish manner while retaining its warm and homely charm. It was spotless clean, the bed is super comfy, and there were a lot of thought through details throughout the flat (rustic walls but modern windows, great lighting, good heating). The flat is in a perfect location for exploring Snowdonia - really quiet but easy to access. A car is recommended though. Grant and Jacqui were super helpful, including when we needed to detour to find their place due to flooding of some roads. We are grateful and now well rested and will definitely try to come back.

  • My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend here. The guest suite was really clean, warm and comfortable. It had everything we needed (wifi, TV with Netflix etc, microwave, kettle, toaster) and the bed was super comfortable. It is ideally situated for any of the Zip World attractions and Surf World Snowdonia, as well as exploring Snowdonia, and the lovely little villages. Grant and Jaqui gave us good recommendations for dinner and helped us to plan our routes around Storm Dennis. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in this part of Wales and we are hoping to return in the summer!

    Bobbie2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you Grant and Jaqui for a lovely weekend We had booked it last minute to celebrate me passing some big exams and I was wanting to get out as I'd been feeling cooked up studying for so long! We had a great time and your ".... guest bit down the end.." is a perfect base for exploring the area. Very conveniently located for mountain biking on the Marin trail down the road and for climbing Snowdon. You were extremely helpful and informative and would definitely recommend you to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thank you Catherine and Simon.

This ancient, stone-built cottage offers a luxurious getaway in the heart of North Wales, minutes from Snowdonia, Conwy and Llandudno. The cottage has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard, and features a peaceful, nature-filled garden with far-reaching views. You don't want to miss out on the huge two-person soaking tub, perfect to relax in after a day's hiking. This is our home away from home that we want to share while we travel, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
The cottage is hundreds of years old, and as such is a cosy, characterful space. The cottage is warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and is filled with art, colour, comfortable furniture and interesting objects. We both love to walk, and after a day up in the mountains, nothing is better than a soak in the two-person round, stone bathtub in the "post-apocalyptic chique" bathroom, or sitting on the Japanese cedarwood stool under the pouring rainfall shower. The bathrooms have heated floors; one slate, one copper - we hope you like our twist on traditional Welsh materials. After a soak, it's time for dinner. Take your pick from al fresco in the garden under the apple tree, sometimes with a roaring fire in the firepit, or dine at the hardwood peninsula in the fully-featured kitchen, on tractor seat (from actual tractors) stools. They have the seal of approval from my 86 year old grandfather, so it goes without saying that they're comfortable. Once you've dined, it's relaxation time - let the dishwasher deal with the hard stuff, and either kick back in the living room in front of the enamelled barge stove and TV, or relax in the summer-house in the garden, watching the sun set over the mountains, while sheep and birds serenade you. Finally, it's time for bed. Upstairs, the two bedrooms each offer space for two - the master has a king-sized antique bed (antique, as it is in part 17th c. and in part 19th c., but has very 21st c. comfort!), 1920's gentlemen's wardrobe, and views to the mountains, and the second bedroom has two 1930's twin beds, and a 1930's wardrobe. Don't forget the aeroplane, I'm told. There's an aeroplane. Hanging from the ceiling. In the master bedroom. I hope you like it. I do.
Apple Tree Cottage is positioned on the edge of Ty'n-y-Groes, with far reaching views to Carnedd Llewelyn. The seaside towns of Conwy and Llandudno are a ten minute drive away, and the picturesque town of Llanrwst is ten minutes in the opposite direction. The mountains, and some really beautiful and quiet walks, are a five minute drive to the west, through Rowen. The nearest large supermarkets (Tesco & Asda) are in Llandudno Junction, ten minutes away. There is also a co-op in Llanrwst, about the same distance away. The nearest pub, Ty Gwyn in Rowen, is a fifteen minute walk, or three minute drive. They have a riverside garden, which is a nice place to stop for a pint (or dinner) after a day in the hills.
  • Wonderful cottage and snowdonia is such a fantastic place to explore!

This newly refurbished property is perfectly located in the village of Glan Conwy, North Wales, which has breathtaking views of Conwy estuary. Number 41 is close to the castle town of Conwy, the seaside resort of Llandudno and beautiful Betws-Y-Coed. Whether you want a relaxing break or an action packed adventure, this property is perfect. With Surf Snowdonia, Zip World, and Snowdonia National Park on your doorstep you will never be bored. We welcome dogs at no extra cost.
Number 41 is a small, quirky house in the peaceful village of Glan Conwy. The open plan living is comfortable and stylish, and the small enclosed garden area is private and peaceful. The bedroom is on a Mezzanine floor which over looks the living area. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and we also have a sofa bed, so could accommodate a party of 4. We have very recently installed a hot tub in the garden. To ensure our guests can relax in privacy we have raised the fences. We chose not to cover the tub so that you can enjoy gazing at the stars. Perfect!! Just a 2 minute walk from the accommodation is a small shop, cafe and local pub. There is a great selection of good restaurants and bars in nearby towns. The transport links from Glan Conwy are great, with the train station and bus stop being just at the bottom of the road.
Number 41 is tucked away down a small path. There are other houses close by, however the property does offer a peaceful break. The small garden area is enclosed so perfect for dogs. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and safe. If you are looking for a getaway with friends or family but would like your own space, we also own Number 37 which is another holiday house situated opposite Number 41.
  • Becky's place was an awesome find. Easy to get to and just enough space for 2 people. The Welsh cakes, milk teas and coffees were a perfect addition. The hot tub was perfect and could of stayed in there forever

  • A fantastic break away in North Wales. The house is well situated for Conwy, Llandudno and other local points of interest. The place was sparkling clean with lots of thoughtful touches. The location was great in a very nice area and a short drive to dog friendly beaches, the castle, waterfront and snowdonia. The information book left was very helpful and the hot tub was lovely to sit in after a day of walking around. We especially enjoyed the skylight and being able to go to sleep while looking at the stars :) We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended staying here if you want a cosy and comfortable getaway x

Welcome to my home. It’s on a quiet, leafy lane less than a mile from Conwy. It’s a modern, 1960’s, detached house decorated with contemporary fabrics and white walls. Your entrance door opens into a hall with your bedroom on the left and the bathroom directly opposite on the right. There are no other rooms on this floor. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Your bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space, tea and coffee making facilities, a 22” TV with FreeSat and wi-if.
There is plenty of room to park and lots of lovely walks from my house. The walk into Conwy takes about 20 minutes and is a very picturesque walled town. I am also a short drive from Llandudno, a Victorian seaside town: Llanberis, in the heart of Snowdonia, and lots of lakes, mountains, forests, beaches and pretty villages. Surf Snowdonia and all the Zip World activities are nearby and some great mountain biking trails.
My home is surrounded by fields and woodland with neighbours along the lane and a cottage at the bottom of the drive. From your room you often hear cows mooing. It is a quiet location with sheep, cows and dogs nearby.
  • We had a wonderful stay at Tarnyas Airbnb. The room was very clean and nice decorated. As well as the bathroom. Tarnya is a great host. She was very helpful with everything we wanted and she had great tips for activities in and around Conwy.

There is no access to the kitchen but it has utensils to prepare coffee or tea, as well as simple meals. Traffic is not heard and has private parking and fast wifi. 100% recommended.

    Tomás2020-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • Very good place to use it as a base to explore the places of North Wales.

    Tomás2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely walk in to town (about 15 minutes away). Despite it being in Tarnya's house, the room felt very private. The room was very cosy and the lights were left on when we arrived at night. Would definitely recommend.

    Siobhan2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Tarnya's place is exactly as described! Lovely stylish room with bathroom right near it. Easy to find the location but heed Tarnya's warming if you have a large vehicle - it is a very steep left down the driveway! Once down the driveway though, parking and turning around is very easy. We greatly appreciated the tea and coffee available to us in the morning - thanks again for a lovely stay! Would certainly recommend this place.

We would like to welcome you to our lovely home in Deganwy. Your accommodation is on the first floor at the rear of our house, separated by a locked door. Independent access is from an outside stairway into a generous porch. The room contains a double bed and a sofa and TV, plus a small oak dining table for two with chairs. There is small lobby and hot drinks area and a modern bathroom with monsoon shower over the bath. There is a parking space at the front of the house for you.
The accommodation is self contained and accessed through it's own entrance. Guests are independent. We provide a kettle, mugs, glasses and a selection of tea and coffee, fresh milk and orange juice. Also cutlery and small plate and bowl for two people to allow you to enjoy your own food in the room. The coastal footpath runs along the estuary. In Deganwy you will find three lovely restaurants, two cafes and an Indian take-away. There is also the 5 star Quay hotel a short walk along the coastal path from us.
Deganwy is a lovely village on the Conwy River, it is well served with places to eat, and is just a few minutes from both Conwy and Llandudno. It is a fabulous base for a holiday in Snowdonia and North Wales. Deganwy station is on the LLandudno branch train line and is a 5 minute walk along Marine Crescent. Main line trains run to Holyhead and stop at LLandudno Junction where you can change for Deganwy or is easy to get from on the bus or by taxi.
  • A brilliant place to stay on a marina in North Wales. Excellent for public transport links (train and bus) and car parking option too for those with vehicles to explore the magnificent surrounds. The space is located on the top floor of the house and you have your own entry point and key to come and go. Laura is on hand should you need anything but will allow you space too should you wish which is the perfect balance and she is so friendly and wants to ensure her guests have an optimum experience. There is a cooling mini fridge to keep essentials and Laura kindly left me milk, juice and even Welsh cakes which was much appreciated. Very powerful and hot shower is very welcome. And plates and cutlery for those eating in. Very nice to have the sofa to sit and relax and the option of connecting devices to Chromrcast. Most of all the space is spotlessly clean. If you book this place for your stay in North Wales for solo or couples travel you will enjoy it immensely. Look forward to returning in the future

  • A very comfortable place to stay in Deganwy. Bed was very comfortable. The settee and table made it a good place to relax . Laura provided nice touches and the check in and out was very simple. Great to have a car parking space.

  • Laura/Petra's place was super cosy and homely. Lovely touches like cushions and fluffy blanket to make it feel more like home from home rather than a clinical hotel. Well thought out with a range of teas, biscuits, milk and orange juice. The place was as expected from the pictures and descriptions. Beautiful bay front which you can't see from the room but at the doorstep when you leave the house. Definitely not easily accessible for people with mobility issues as theres a flight of stairs to climb to get into the place- so bear in mind when booking. Can't fault this stay and it's definitely been one of my favourites! Room was well presented and laid out, with a lovely colour scheme throughout. Very clean and tidy too!

  • Very nice stay right on the water, very close to both Conwy and Llandudno. Even took the train to Llandudno one night for dinner and some drinks. Tea and coffee and some biscuits included and very modern bathroom.

  • Really lovely cottage we had an amazing week ! Tucked away from the main road on the hillside and it’s was so peaceful and quiet we loved it. The cottage itself is beautiful and the quality of everything in their exceptional. The open plan space was perfect for us. The location is fab just 15 minutes drive from Conway and Llandudno. Surf Snowdonia is literally 5 minute walk away we used the indoor facilities on one of the rainy days which was great but will definitely be back once the surfing lagoon is open for the season 😊 Brilliant rental and great contact from the hosts pre the holiday would highly recommend.

  • Great house in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk (uphill, but not a bad walk) from Conwy centre. The house had everything we needed for us and our 3 month old baby. Jane arranged a cot, which was fine for the baby and there is also a spare room with bunk beds. The house had all facilities, including cooking equipment and washing machine. The garden was lovely, and had the weather been good we would have been able to eat / drink outside too. The house is on a quiet little street. It was ideal for families and couples. Would definitely return.

  • Wonderful cottage, well equipped with everything needed. The towels were fluffy and beds comfortable. The multi-coloured lights in the garden were a pleasant surprise. We spent evenings in the dining area playing cards and looking out into the garden. We will certainly be back

  • We really enjoyed our stay, it was truly a home away from home. Check-in was easy and Jane was quick to respond to any enquiries we had ahead of our stay and also gave us some useful local tips for activities and places to eat. The cottage itself is well looked after, clean and has everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, living-room nicely set up for a relaxing evening (tv, boardgames in the cupboard, lots of seating), kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to make a tasty meal in the evenings and the waterfall shower was a nice touch in the freshly decorated bathroom. Parking was easy, on the very rare occasion we couldn't park directly in front of the cottage this was no problem as there was plenty of parking on the main road which is a 30sec walk away from the front door. All in all the perfect base for our weekend away. Highly recommend.

  • Jane gave great directions for us to check in (even early check in if we wanted it). The Cottage itself was super clean and warmed up really quickly. So close to all the local bars and restaurants to which Jane gave us local tips on the best places to eat and drink. We did the Town Walls and the Castle itself - thoroughly recommend for some local knowledge! Johnny Doughs for Pizza is a must! All in all a great 3 night stay!

    Kelly2020-01-05T00:00:00Z

Just a few steps up a quiet cobbled street; ‘Telford House’, is a cosy cottage set in the heart of Conwy Town. With a modern interior, Telford House still retains old world charm and a welcoming character. Sleeping a family of 4 people, this self-contained property with tiny courtyard, is perfectly charming with a stylish twist.
Telford House is a delightful property which provides a fantastic base from which to spend a week in this sought after location. Just across the cobbled street is 'Jackdaws Nest' another property, which again sleeps four, so for a larger or extended family, both properties would work well.
Journey back in time to a medieval walled town lined with age old cobblestones, stunning scenery and a backdrop domineered by the historic Conwy castle. Conwy today can lay claim to preserved history almost second to none; its old streets and ginnels are virtually unchanged to the present day; Conwy Town is truly an exceptional base from where to explore all that North Wales and beyond has to offer.

New from February 2019! A cosy Welsh Cottage set in beautiful rural landscapes, The Nook provides a perfect escape for couples looking for that idyllic Romantic holiday in the countryside. Just a short distance away from Snowdonia, Conwy, Betws Y Coed, Llanberis, Llandudno and Anglesey this is in a perfect position to explore the most enchanting landscapes Wales has to offer.
The Nook has been lovingly restored and refurbished with top quality furnishings and appliances to add to your comfort. During your stay you will be treated to the use of a luxuriously comfortable king size bed with crisp Egyptian cotton linen. The Nook is a very special little cottage full of character and personality one you will want to return to and call your own special hideaway.
  • The Nook is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking to get away to somewhere peaceful. The cottage has beautiful views and feels very tranquil but equally you’re not that far a drive from amenities. It’s in good proximity to Snowdon too. The cottage itself is immaculately clean, stylishly and thoughtfully decorated with very high quality fittings and furnishings. Very comfortable bed, warm shower and a kitchen with everything you could need! Loved the wood burner for cosy nights in after a hike. Alison was very quick to respond and provided lots of recommendations for what to see, do and where to eat/drink locally. We would love to return!

    Lisa2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Alison’s little cottage is beautiful and set in lovely surroundings with a great view. The cottage was very cute and cosy and had plenty of great amenities and little touches. It is in a brilliant location for Conwy and Llandudno and many other locations in North Wales. Alison gave us some great tips on the local area which were very helpful. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you.

  • The Nook is the perfect spot for a getaway in North Wales. Super cosy, a great local pub a short walk from the doorstep, and stunning scenery. Betws-y-Coed is about a 25 minute drive away and perfect for a day out, and though we didn’t venture much further due to the weather during our stay, it was still a perfect visit!

    Kathy2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Cottage was perfect and cosy just what we needed in storm Dennis! We shall be back in the summer! Lovely finishing touches gorgeous location!

    Charlotte2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was wonderful - the cottage is beautiful and was kept to an incredibly high standard.

    Helen2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • The Nook is idyllic in every sense. The cottage is spotlessly clean, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay extra special. It’s location in the hills is stunning, with easy travel to local towns. Alison was informative about check in and local amenities. A perfect way to begin 2020.

    Fern2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • I have used air bnb a great deal over the last few years but this was unquestionably the best one I have stayed in. The house has been modernised to a very high standard, and obviously at great expense. We really liked the tasteful decor in the house, and as it was Christmas Alison had got a real tree in, which was just fantastic. Loads of effort put into making our stay as nice as could be - roses, chocolates, logs, lights, candles and loads more really thoughtful touches all around the house. All noticed and all appreciated. There was a clear guide to using the house and lots of locals tips on amenities. Alison obviously wants her guests to get the most out of stays here and she messaged us with lots of things to see and do around the area as well and was easily contacted through the air bnb app. I have to say that was one of the most comfortable beds ive slept in for quite a while and id love to know where she got the bed and bedding from! What a house and a location. Highly recommended for the couple looking for a romantic place away in the Welsh hills. Diolch yn fawr :)

How cool is the Treehouse! This is an ultra-modern, steel and timber extension to a historic Art Deco-style country house. The home has been created to make the most of wonderful views. Sit and enjoy an evening drink while the sun sets over the Conwy estuary and sinks behind Conwy castle and the mountains beyond. If the weather’s a little better you can explore the owner’s beautiful gardens and some interesting artistic artefacts too. An artist who spent a year here created a hand-painted mural near the house featuring animals and birds the artist saw visiting the gardens during their stay. This memorable bolthole makes clever use of every inch of space, so although there is no bedroom the sofa easily converts to an oh-so-comfortable double bed. The kitchen area is brilliantly concealed in a cupboard and comes with all the equipment you need to cook a nice evening meal. That’s if you ever dine in - there are so many wonderful places to eat out nearby. If you do spend the evening in you’ll be able to enjoy the full package of programmes available on Sky TV. Located just outside the estuarial village of Glan Conwy, The Treehouse is within easy driving distance of Llandudno, Queen of Welsh Resorts, the UNESCO world heritage site of Conwy and even closer to Bodnant Gardens, its wonderful Welsh Food Centre, and many country lane strolls. Bedrooms: There is no dedicated bedroom as such but a very comfy and easy to use sofa that can be turned into a double bed. Bathrooms: One bathroom with loo, sink, and bath with shower and screen. Kitchen: The kitchen is actually a cupboard but all is there in small but perfect form! Oven / microwave, fridge, electric hob, toaster and kettle. Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD. Dining: There is a small table and chairs in the sitting room Garden: A gorgeous garden with ponds, and little private places to sit and read. The RSPB bird sanctuary is just a few minutes flight away and some of the birds love a good day trip to the garden at St Francis’ Grange. Heating: The Treehouse is heated by central heating. Parking: There is off road parking in a private parking area close to the house. Amenities: Bed Linen Towels, Terrace, heating, Free Wireless Internet, Pets are welcome, Free cot on request, Free Parking; Living room: double sofa bed; Bathroom
Bodnant Gardens - 4 miles Conwy Castle - 1 miles Llandudno - 6 miles Surf Snowdonia - 5 miles Welsh Mountain Zoo - 4 miles ZipWorld Fforest - 3 miles
  • Beautiful place, the views and the gardens are gorgeous. The room had everything we needed plus some nice little touches. The owners are a lovely couple and are really helpful. Recommended.

This is a self contained one bedroom basement studio apartment that can sleep up to 4 people.
Plas y Foel is situated in Snowdonia National Park, it overlooks the sea and has a public footpath behind the house leading into an oak wood and on up to the mountains. This location is great for people who love walking and outdoor activities. There is also a wide sandy beach 20 minute walk away.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly. Our house Plas y Foel is detached and overlooks the sea, The Great Orme and Conwy Bay. Directly in front of the house is Penmaenmawr Public Golf Course which is a feature of the village, it is a 9 -hole golf course and visitors are welcome to play for a modest daily fee. There are so many walks that are accessible from the house, including neolithic stone circles and standing stones on the hills and mountains behind. (Snowdonia National Park) There are a number of shorter footpath walks around the village or longer walks up onto the surrounding hills. There is also parking at the top of the nearby Sychnant Pass with more walks up into the mountains. The local Fairy Glen pub is a short walk away where excellent food is served daily. (15 min walk ) Another choice is The Bay of Bengal a fabulous Indian restaurant and takeaway it has amazing views inside. (10 min walk) Another walk from our house will take you down to the blue flag beach (20 minutes) and at low tide you can walk along the shore to the next village of Penmaenmawr where there is a small cafe on the promenade. Penmaenmawr itself is a pretty village and has a few local shops, A chemist, pet shop and post office, Spar convenience store, bread shop and Betty's Cafe. Also a newly refurbished Museum due to reopen in July 2019. Penmaenmawr was made famous in the 2nd part of the 19th Century as a holiday destination of William Gladstone (4 times Prime Minister) who visited many times for family holidays. Alternatively heading east along the beach at low tide there is a great coastal walk to the historic town of Conwy (Europe's finest example of a fortified town with its magnificent castle built in 1285 by Edward I.) Conwy is 3 miles by road from Plas y Foel and contains many restaurants, cafe's, galleries and artisan craft/gift shops within its ancient walls. Llandudno town is just 10 miles away, boasting a 19th-century pier, north shore beach, and plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions to choose from. This year (2019) October 2nd-6th Llandudno will play host to the World Rally Championship.
  • What an amazing experience, I visited for 2 days and had such an amazing time. The space was so perfect for me, so cozy, with an amazing view in the mornings. Hosts had some basic diary, bread, and cereal which was a nice touch. Communication was brilliant also. Highly recommended, thank you.

  • The Plas Y Foel basement is perfect for a trip to visit the northern edge of Snowdonia. The apartment is very stylishly decorated and has everything you could need. There is a great selection of DVDs, games and books to keep you entertained in the evenings/if the weather takes a turn for the worse! Jeanette and Mike were wonderful, friendly and very helpful hosts with good local knowledge. I couldn't recommend a stay here more!

  • Wonderful and cozy place in the mountains. Beautiful view from the property and some great walking trails nearby. A short drive over the pass takes you straight to the Conwy castle. Would highly recommend this place. Jeanette is a wonderful host who greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the downstairs apartment. She also provided many essentials but went the extra mile too.

Wonderful scenery from the patio area, which totally exceeded all of our expectations. The apartment was cosy, querky, artistic and full of home comforts. These include all the things you never normally get on Airbnb - cereals, milk, eggs, bread , teas , coffees and assorted condiments etc. Vast array of classic DVDs and books, will always keep you entertained. Cannot recommend enough. Absolutely loved it. We'll be back

There were TVs in every room with Netflix on ( so our 3 year old could watch Peppa Pig wherever ) . The village is beautiful, local pub is just around the corner. It was easy to get around and we managed to see quite a bit in 3 days. Looking forward to coming back again and would highly recommend!

  • Great host- fast responses. Beautiful views and place. Definitely recommend.

    Aqueel2019-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • Sarah's place is so cozy, such a lovely little spot to rest with a beautiful view of Snowdonia! The chairs on the porch and fuzzy blankets created a perfect place to watch the sunrise. I highly recommend this space for a quick trip to North Wales, just don't try to find it in the dark and DO NOT use the address to find it, follow the Host's instructions. If you use the address, you WILL be lost.

Church Cottage is a surprisingly spacious but cosy Grade 2 listed cottage within the walls of the medieval town of Conwy, with a huge inglenook fireplace housing a log burner.
Church Cottage is attractively furnished and has artworks from local artists on the walls. It is well appointed with quality bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery included.
Church Cottage is situated just off Lancaster Square so is uniquely situated near to all that Conwy has to offer-cafes, pubs, restaurants, boat trips the castle and it's walls, marine walk and park.
  • Lovely cottage in a great location, warm and cosy.

    Belinda2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful, comfortable cottage in an excellent location. Wonderful walks right on the door step aswell as many shops, cafes and pubs. Our stay could not have been more perfect. I'm sure this won't be our last stay. Thank you Karen and Steve.

  • Lovely cottage in a fabulous location. Loved the tasteful Xmas decorations and the fantastic fireplace. Hope to return in the future.

    Claire2019-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Karen's place is beautifully appointed with all amenities you could wish for, at once spacious and cozy. The location in the middle of town can't be beat. The wood burner on a chilly evening makes your stay even more delightful. Parking is very convenient with a reserved spot close by. We could not recommend the cottage more highly. Thank you so much, Karen!

    Christina2019-12-20T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely cottage in a wonderful location. Very comfortable.

    Neville2019-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • The home is beautiful and comfortable, with so many amenities that our stay was practically luxurious. The instructions for everything were clear and our stay was seamless. It was a wonderful first Airbnb experience for us!

    Marina2019-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a brilliant stay at Church Cottage, fantastic central location with all the shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep but also just a short walk down to the quay and up into the hills ! The cottage was lovely and cosy and as described. We loved the log fire ! Just one small thing, we did book for 3 guests however the spare bed was not made on arrival and no third towel provided so this may be something for the host to keep an eye on for future reference. In general I would highly recommend Karen as a host and this cottage as a homely place to stay in beautiful Conwy.

    Hannah2019-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • Great cottage, beautifully presented with the town centre a stones throw away from the front door. Would highly recommend this cottage.

    Peter2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean apartment ideally located for visiting North Wales. The accommodation is quiet, very functional and well equipped. We highly recommend it.

    Vincent2019-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • Lauren and Simon were always on hand and really helpful and friendly. The space is quiet and very clean, there were nice little touches like cereal, tea, coffee, jam, and things like condiments and foil and cooking oil. Bathroom also had plenty of loo roll, soap and so on. The space is well laid out with great flow, and with a nice view of the sea, the bay windows let in a lot of light, and the place is a short walk from the beach and the town, I went trail running along the coast, and was able to do this as soon as I stepped out the door. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, and the broadband was super fast with a crystal clear good sized HD tv. All in all a great space for a quiet break which I badly needed.

    Carl2019-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is great, we were especially delighted with the equipment of the kitchen. Llanfairfechan is very beautiful and definitely worth a visit! We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Lauren’s apartment!

    Katharina2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Lauren's place was good value for money and location was excellent. Very easy to find transport via bus and train. Excellent communication and lauren was very helpful when stuck. Cooking in general was very good. Plenty of options for you to make dinner, like as if you where home. Very clean inside and modern bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast basket was very handy, saved us going shopping on the first day.

    Christian2019-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • The sea view and sunsets from Lauren's place provided the icing on the cake. The accommodation was well-equipped, comfortable, very clean and well-situated for getting to and from many attractions along the North Wales coast. Special touches such as the wine were much appreciated. Thanks Lauren.

    John2019-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • I can understand why Lauren & Simon are Super Hosts- the stay was great and we would definitely stay again. The apartment was very clean & had all the facilities to make you feel at home. The apartment has great views and is close to many tourist attraction. Must do’s-Caernarfon Castle, Conwy Castle, Tram to the Orme, train to the top of Mt Snowden and a meal in the Black Boy Pub in Caernarfon.
