Housing is a very good value, well located in the heart of Rosas, 2 steps from the beach, in a piétione shopping street, PAU is helpful and friendly spot. Only drawback for me as fragile back the quality of bed (sofa bed) and wifi would be great even pay a little more expensive

Note 3 floors with stairs, 1st floor with sloping (avoid strollers), view of a tiny courtyard filled with air conditioners. Pau is a charming and helpful host.

The apartment is renovated, kitchen and bathroom completely new. It is a beach apartment with the basics on the beach. Julien and his family were lovely and very helpful, total readiness for everything you might need. The area is beautiful and there are many things to do.

Very nice apartment overlooking the marina. Entirely consistent with the pictures, it is very clean and well equipped. The bathroom is just perfect! Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The external environment is in the same spirit, impeccable, modern; with its very nice nautical atmosphere. Very quiet in the period in which we were staying there (only 3 or 4 apartments were busy!). Very welcome Jose and his wife, who took the time to give us all the necessary information about the apartment, but also the region. Address to remember for a future stay.

Jose and his parents were very affable and made for us very good welcome. He was always in touch and helped us with any questions we have had. Apartments was very comfortable to stay and good equipped. The view from the window is just gorgeous, right on the swimming pool and yachts parked near the building. It was was only the thing that apartments is not so close to the sea. A walk to the sea takes about 20 minutes.

This apartment is very clean, modern and has great views of the bay of Roses. Comfortable bed and good shower. It was early in the season, so the facilities of the complex, eg pool and snack bars weren't yet open, but that wasn't a problem. The area is a good base for exploring the Costa Brava, and Mireia gave us good advice on where to go. The only issue we had was a bad smell in the corridor outside the apartment. This does not get into the apartment, but is a bit off-putting when you arrive.

The purpose of traveling for r me is finding different culture and different life style, to be free. I went back to Alex Boat after three days. I thought why I was looking for somewhere else when I had find a perfect place and person to share the happiness. This time I stayed for 5 days until my flight to Lisbon. This is a unforgettable place for me, everyday, morning tea in the boat feel the warm from the sun. And cycling in the nature park to the beach, yoga, picnic, and back to boat have BBQ, Alex's music always give you the feeling of home when you went back. At the night, light two candles and take a special shower in the back of boat, I always feel the shower is the best! Thanks, Alex. We will see each other again and again...

Alex lives in a peaceful area in Empuriabrava. I wasn't the biggest fan of the city which is constructed mainly for expats who own a boat. Although the atmosphere in the city wasn't my favorite I really really enjoyed my stay on Alex boat. It's perfect for one person. Alex is super nice and flexible. He accepted my request for one night although he normally host persons for at least two nights. I I experienced one of his inventions. The shower is fascinating. U should try it.

We had a great time on Alex's boat. Our cabin was very cozy (just big enough for two of us) and Alex stayed in the main room of the boat. He was very generous and cooked us an incredible dinner on the first night. He showed us to the beach and the nature reserves the next day, even being kind enough to find an extra bicycle for my friend to use. He was very respectful and gave us privacy when we needed it, and showed us how everything on the boat worked. Thank you again Alex, we really enjoyed our stay!

Alex is a humble, spiritual person. I love his smile. I have a wonderful, wonderful 2 days with Alex. I can still smell his Morroco tea. You will love it. I even join his one day trip, he provided me bicycle, and we cycle the natural path to the quite beach, which you can be naked. Practiced yoga, and swim, when we return to the boat, I can. It believe it was already 15:30. And he provide a BBQ on the boat. With the spiritual music. And the amazing view of on the sailboat. It is a unforgettable trip.

The overall stay was awesome!! Better than expected (although I knew I will love the place) The placement of the house makes for some great views and we are sorry we didn't get to visit it more....I guess we'll just have to come back :) The apartment is pretty and clean & spacious enough. There is free parking, a comfy bed & a bit of a garden for the dog to run around. The one thing I didn't really like is that it seemed kind of cold in the house....I'm guessing in summer, that's a good thing :) One more important thing, Maite is a really nice person, she welcomed us even if we arrived pretty late & there is a whole binder of info of what you can do while on your stay. Thanks for everything and we'll be back :)

El alojamiento se corresponde con las fotos. Todo genial, muy limpio con todos los utensilios necesarios de cocina, limpieza etc. Muy tranquilo. Solo un pequeño inconveniente, por la mañana entra luz por la puerta de acceso.

Xavier was an excellent host! We had a very nice stay in his wonderful and spacious apartment, and we enjoyed some spectacular sunsets from the amazing balcony. When we arrived we found fruit and some basic groceries which was a very nice touch! Communication was very good, and we received a very detailed email from Xavier a few days prior to our arrival that included tips for sightseeing. We highly recommend renting this flat and we would love to return in the future.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views! The apartment offers everything you need on holiday: barbecue, washing machine, kitchen appliances are top. The new bathroom is very nice. Bed linen and towels were available. Xavier is an excellent host. Upon arrival, some foods, and fruit and wine were available! We had to worry about anything on the first day! There is a contact person who kindly stay at each question in resort. Access to the 2 beaches and the sports facilities on site are great. We will probably come back!

If you would like an unique and exceptional airbnb experience you can not go past Golden Dream boat. My husband and I have stayed at many airbnb and this one will always be a special memory. The luxury boat is as it is described, we were amazed to see how roomy it is with three different entertaining areas (if there are other people on board there is plenty of room to yourself). It was a relaxing experience with a comfortable bed, a warm spa to sip your champagne and the peaceful ambiance of the marina. Your hosts Georges and Therese are also exceptional, they welcomed us on-board showing us all the features of the yacht. We enjoyed their friendly company over a glass of wine and were delighted to join them on a boat tour of the canals. Thankyou Georges and Therese.

Wonderful experience sleeping in a luxury boat. Very clean and very varied accessories and crockery. also offer full kitchen and bar service. Great detail have ice and fresh limes. The hot tub on the upper deck dream. I repeat as I can. The only downside is the smell of diesel in the room, but it is inevitable to be a boat.

It was an exceptional experience George and Therese really super nice! Dedicated to please us and give us their joy of life we were greeted with the small cut that feels good! A beautiful meeting we will return for a journey from 3/4 days for sure! The yacht a true marvel Jacuzzi icing on the cake!

Have spent a very good stay in Rosas in Jean-Luc, despite our late arrival we summers very welcomed and well informed. Premises and equipment provided are clean and quality, perfect little apartment near the two most beautiful beaches of Rosas. We would definitely return.

Having spend one night we did not really benefited from the apartment but it is nice and furnished with taste. Beautiful sea views upon waking, though a bit cold on arrival.
