kitnet well located, near the bus station, airport and bus stops. It has markets and bakery in the vicinity. On the ground animals (chickens and a nice kitten) but they are isolated from the kitnet area. His Jose is attentive and answers questions about the city. Although the kitnet does not have air conditioning, it is very fresh, it has a stove, refrigerator in the outside area and kitchen utensils, the mattress is good as is the shower.

Very central and convenient location, on the alcohol walkway and close to the ferry to Arraial D'Ajuda. The room was bigger than I expected with a very historic touch since we didn't stay in a renovated room, but rather, very old. We love the historic feel. Super cozy at the same time that we had a lot of space. Breakfast well done and at the time we would like. We also really like the flexibility of schedules, whether for breakfast or departure time.

Daniela’s pousada is very well situated, in front of the passarella do alcol. The room was simple but clean, and it was a good solution for a couple of day. I was there during the weekend and given the proximity with the street it was a bit noisy, but everything was alright after midnight. A nice stay!

The reception was extremely welcoming. An exuberant view a few steps away and the shopping center right on the back street. It's really worth it.

Factors that count in favor: price; they serve breakfast; has wi-fi, pool; well located; close to many tourist sites (including ferry); and service. Only one negative factor in relation to the services offered: the TV antenna captures only 3 channels; but with so many sights and attractions in town, this was irrelevant. Enjoyed it and would go back again!

I just got trip. The reservation was made very quickly with Hyasmin and the check in and check out at the hotel is also not very fast. The room has a refrigerator instead of a minibar, which is best for those going with family. The room has daily cleaning without the change of bed linen and towels, and this option can be included by paying an extra amount for the reservation. Breakfast is also an extra payment. The hotel's cuisine is very good. We ordered a chicken parmegiana fillet for two but a lot of food comes that serves up to 4 people. It is close to a market and bakery where we buy snacks and drinks. The hotel allows you to consume food and drink from outside. The hotel is also close to the most famous beach huts. The hotel has a baby canopy which was used a lot by me as I have a baby of 8 months. My 7 year old son had a lot of fun in the pools with a water slide and various toys. Excellent accommodation, everything very clean, care, good people, wonderful shared kitchen, delicious pool, green area with native trees, simple but functional rooms and rooms. The location is a little away from the beaches and centrinho of Porto Seguro, but far from the mess in a quiet neighborhood and great for those who are by car. I made great friends and would return easily at another opportunity.

Some friends and I stayed in the apartment at the end of January, and the location is wonderful. Really close to the beach and almost in front there is a self service restaurant with very tasty food, which made it easier at lunch. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The ad does not lie, it is very cozy and had everything we need. Air conditioners in both rooms, they only make a little noise but it is normal for the type of appliance, nothing that will interfere with sleep. I would definitely choose this apartment again on a next visit to Porto.

We stayed during New Year's Eve at Fernanda's apartment. We had a great reception, the apartment was clean and organized. The space is in a gated community with pool and barbecue area. The apartment accommodated 5 people comfortably, containing 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a full kitchen and a living room with 2 sofas. The location is good, near the edge where the busiest tents are. Contact with the person in charge (Lia) was quick and very helpful. We left all satisfied and would go back for sure.

We spent 8 wonderful days at Fernanda's house. Check in was allowed well before 2pm as we arrived early at the airport and the house was ready for us. The output was also very flexible. Everything is pretty black, 10-15min from Uber to city center. Upon arrival we unexpectedly received a large and beautiful tray of fruits and water. The apartment was well prepared and very clean, has everything you could need. It has medium speed internet. We were invited to a condo barbecue by Fernanda's family, we were really impressed by their hospitality. The beach is quiet, clean, with few people (early mid-December) and wonderful views are approximately 200-300m or 5 min walk. It has 2 restaurants near the house, one of delicious Mineira food, we recommend, is 15 meters from home. It also has several places for lunch and dinner (10-15 min walk) - barbecue, seafood, pizza, etc. We will surely return to this house, God willing.

The house is quite quiet, cozy and functional. It has everything you need for a lodging, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is good, the kitchen has all the utensils to make fast meals if you wish. The outside area of the house is very beautiful, many trees, several hammocks for rest etc. the ad photos match the reality. Although the house is not on the main avenue, it is easy to get to, the street is safe and I always arrived at night and everything was quite quiet, there is a bike guard that does the security. the bus stop is on the corner which makes it easy to get to the center, there are also private cars, which locals call "stocking" for the same amount of public transport. On the way back, there are numerous bus options on the waterfront that go to the next avenue of the house, passing frequently, without much delay. I had no problem, communication was excellent, check in and checkout easy and although the Tairo is not always in the house, it is always available over the phone, having clarified all (the few) doubts that arose, promptly. Tairo, his family and the boy who takes care of the house are wonderful people, very kind and hospitable. without doubt a place that I would go back and recommend. can go without fear!

We were in a group of 6 people, we stayed in "room 2" (2 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 mattress) and felt very comfortable. We decided to spend this year's vacation in Porto Seguro and to our happiness we chose the Rosa Amarela Condominium to stay. I say happiness because it has met our needs in every way. The facilities are simple but everything is very clean and organized. The hosts are super polite and attentive. Located in the best possible place in Arraial and an almost family treatment by Rosângela, the owner of the house. Everything spotless in place and any problem Rose was attentive to help us, we would definitely go back in place. Only detail was our mistake that the view would be visible from where we were, that in fact it is visible only from her house, but even so we were able to enjoy the beautiful view.

We had amazing days in Arraial, we could enjoy the beaches at night, rest in the comfortable suite and still be presented with an amazing moonrise. No doubt the hospitality, quality of space and proximity to the center surprised us. Villa Mantovani is simply amazing. All the details very well elaborated. We had a lot of privacy and were very well received by Milena, who takes care of the tidiness and cleanliness of the environments. Flaviana is also a person of love, caring and careful with everything. The Villa is quiet and very well located, as it is 5min walk from the beach, a wonderful bakery, 10min from the water park and 15min from the village of Arraial (has a staircase to climb or a steep road). It is possible to access the village of Arraial and Balsa by van, which pass all the time along the main street (ferry street). We love staying at the Villa, we feel at home and we will be back many times, God willing! Thank you all for everything!

The space is very cool, the room has air conditioning, minibar and a small balcony with hammock that gives an extra charm! One of the pools has a waterfall and the other is very beautiful, with a jacuzzi style partition. In addition, the space around one of the pools decorated with lamps, flowers and tables (because there is a snack bar with wonderful pastels) makes all the difference to the look of the place! The breakfast is diverse, just a little early ... And the location is great, you can walk to bars, restaurants, banks, shops, markets and the famous walkway of discovery. You can also walk to the ferry that leads to Arraial d'Ajuda ... Not to mention the bus that takes to Axé Moi, Coroa Vermelha, Cabrália ... Anyway, the space is very charming, polite staff, great cost- benefit and i would definitely recommend and would go back!

I went with a friend and we spent our New Year in the city. We looked for the house of the grandmother for the price and its location tb was not so far from the center, as we already knew the city was super quiet coming and going from the house, mts times walking to the center or even the boats. Our room was the size of our need, had everything neat when we arrived and even msm soap available. The house is fully equipped, it was quiet to do some meals there. And it may seem bad to share the house with other people, but it was nice to meet new people. Oh, and Bia's friend's coffee is the best, every day she went by to collect the garbage and leave the coffee warm for us to drink. I would go back to Grandma's house and recommend it to anyone who is still in doubt!

Excellent location in the heart of Arraial d'Ajuda. The space is very cozy and comfortable, with cable TV and air conditioning. The full kitchen had salt, spices and olive oil, which made our stay a lot easier. There were also basic cleaning products like dishwashing soap and see multipurpose and toilet paper. The fit has everything we need and has a supermarket nearby for those who want to make their own food, snacks and etc. I recommend it with my eyes closed and if God allows June we will be back and we will always come back! The best Airbnb experience I have ever experienced. Dimas's attitudes are warm-hearted, friendly and helpful, he was careful to pick us up at the bus station at dawn with a smile on his face. I was surprised by every detail of the ornamentation (Milena, be an interior decorator, you have talent). José is super friendly, attentive and proactive. Answers any questions super fast and helped us a lot with information about Porto Seguro. Its space is simple and neat. We were very well received! Near the house there are bakeries, markets and it is not so far from the Passarela docool. You can go on foot. We got fresh bananas picked from the foot and it was delicious. I recommend!

A very cozy cottage with a great space, on a very wooded lot with birdsong, a little bit away from the center and the beach, but it is a very quiet and good walk. Paula and Paulo, simple people, super good, who welcomed us like old friends, Paula even before I was in Arraial had already passed me a script as a tip. Tri cool tchê !!!
