The flat is very well located, has a very close market, you can go to the beach walking, just cross a small bridge and walk to the beach I was with a 1-year-old baby and we were able to do everything on foot. The apartment is very good and secure. Rúbia very polite and always requests, responded quickly. I simply loved it, and super indicate.

We love the stay, it's a cozy place, very clean and comfortable. We sleep well, and we love how complete the ap is. Ricardo was always very helpful and kind, we hope to come back more often! We were just passing through!

Cozy place, clean environment, quiet place for those who go with children, have a playground and a children's pool and adult. Very complete kitchen. Everything was clean when I arrived. Super Attenentious Boy. It is well worth it.

They were great days staying in the apartment. Ownership Bruna always answers questions and requests, very receptive, and has set up a super space to welcome guests, thinking about the small details. Lucineide, the person responsible for the reception and organization of the site, very kind, helpful and welcoming. Apartamento, brand new, complete, clean, smells, has utensils, Eletros, furniture, all new. I found the sheets, towels and blankets available excellent. Super Useful Laundry washer. The condominium has few apartments, some occupied by owners, so the barbecue, and the pool we use every day, are always unoccupied. Very quiet, quiet. Beautiful sea view, close to snacks and grocery store. Distance to the nearest beach by car, 5 minutes. We will return to Porto Seguro, and we would definitely stay in this same apartment!!! Just go! Everything perfect within the one described in the ad, one of the best locations, as it is close to the main parking lot of the city, which leaves everything close to everything, however, the street is quiet. Geovana helped me a lot beyond the home, it also helped me in the locations. Thank you!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable suites. Excellent bedding and quality crockery. Cooking items can be improved. It has neither a board, for example, nor floor cloth. Township had a single very old dishcloth. Appliances need to be replenished. Many do not work. Washer and dryer exists, only it is not installed. But everything requested was quickly arranged by Leonardo. Voltaria for sure.

Our stay was great. The house corresponded to the description and photos. It was all very clean and organized. It is a very nice place, close to the beach, which is a surprise apart: beautiful, empty, without tents, great for walking. The house is away from the centrinho, in case of shopping, but otherwise it doesn't get in the way. Darle was super attentive with us. He quickly answered our doubts, which were few, as everything was very well informed before we arrived. The only observation we make is about the desire to have another hammock on the balcony (which is very spacious) and chairs, even if they are beach, to enjoy the delicious nights of Corumbau there. We would definitely stay at the Villa again.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house is super spacious and thoughtfully designed — every detail feels fresh and modern, like it’s brand new. The pool was a huge highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the beach, and just a short drive to the ferry and historic old town. We even got to experience to a full moon ritual at Corujão Beach Club, which was such a unique and magical experience — definitely something I’ll never forget! Great house, fully equipped, new bed and bath linen of excellent quality, spectacular location, the condominium has bungalows by the sea.

The condominium where the house is located is great! It has a garage (only for cars), heated pool, barbecue and night security. The house is 15 minutes from parracho beach, if you prefer to walk. The city is beautiful and if you go by car you will enjoy much more, since the city does not have the car service by such efficient app, and public transportation does not reach the condominium. The house has everything in the description. I felt right at home there!

We like the house very much, especially for the location. It is a short time from the centrinho, it is very quick to go there by car or van. In addition, the condominium is a foot in the sand and it is easy to enjoy the beach at any time. In the house we found everything we needed, Graziella served us very well, was attentive to what we need. We have nothing to complain about and on a possible return to Arraial, it would be in the house again.

Excellent hosting, starting with Lorena's service in driving. We took a family trip and were surprised by the place, the cleanliness, the infrastructure, the education of the employees, the location, etc... The place is well ventilated, impeccable bathroom, excellent beds and mattresses... We like it very much and intend to return, as soon as possible. The structure of the condominium/hotel is a show apart, which made the stay even more pleasant. Congratulations!!

I loved this family trip excellent apartment, brand new and all smelling good, no complaints, and I loved the location, the mutá beach is very quiet for children, my son loved it!! I'd go back to the same place.

The apartment is in an excellent and safe location, close to the beach and downtown, being able to do everything on foot. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and even has everything to cook. Just some supplies like oil, coffee, sugar, etc. The complex is beautiful and the pool is bigger than what you see in the photos. We had a wonderful few days, thank you!!
