Bev was the most gracious, welcoming host we could have ever hoped for. Her home is beautiful and tidy, the view is stunning, and she is sweet as can be. We found Port Moody to be quaint and quiet, but heard from the locals that there is a train straight into downtown Vancouver (30 or so minutes) if you're looking for more excitement. The two days we spent there were full of rest, relaxation, and a neighborhood wedding just a half mile (800m) down the road. If life brings me back to Port Moody, you can absolutely bet I'll be contacting Bev to stay with her again.

Fantastic views, wonderful host, great accommodations including a hot tub! Easy drive to Vancouver. With no hesitation we recommend Bev and her beautiful home.

There are no words to describe how incredible Bev makes her guests feel. The moment she opened her door, she stopped being an AirBnB host and became a friend. Time and time again, whenever I'm visiting Vancouver we will go back to stay with Bev. She opened up her home and her heart to our family. We shared stories, laughs, wine.... Bev allowed us to make ourselves at home and truly made us comfortable. We woke up early to coffee brewing and best wishes from Bev as she provided us with breakfast and lunch foods. We came home from our busy days and gathered on her balcony to share our days adventures and watch the beautiful view over Port Moody and the bay. On our last evening we shared dinner, wine and chocolate.... Is there a better way to end a vacation?! This was my first experience with Airbnb and it really couldn't have been better! It exceeded all my expectations! Bev was a fabulous host! She was warm, friendly, kind and helpful in pointing out local points of interest and how to get around. The location was lovely with spectacular views of Burrard Inlet. It was very private and quiet, and a quick bus ride or lovely trail walk into town. Bev provided a perfect balance of gracious and friendly hosting but also respected my privacy. The space was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Bev and would highly recommend it to others. I hope to return sometime too!

This is a beautifully comfortable and immaculate home! Spectacular views and lovely surrounding area, in a very quiet neighbourhood, located in a wonderful spot and very easy for us to find! Bev is warm and welcoming, friendly, informative and fully interactive! This is a well equipped home with a good selection of breakfast foods laid on for us every day including freshly made bread, great coffee, fresh fruit etc. with flexible eating times for late risers! Beverly left us a warm and welcoming note every morning which was very thoughtful of her. Her house is very clean and neat with lots of useful necessities for a traveling family. Her house and view were wonderful to stay in. Beverly herself was very warm and generous. The place was awesome! I was able to easily walk to the sky train, and it was stocked with everything we could want in the kitchen to cook. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the floor. It is easy to hear them upstairs walking and talking, and we were worried the children would be able to hear more intimate moments... Overall was amazing, and I would totally stay there again. They even left us coupons for Rocky Point Ice Cream which was within walking distance and was easily the best Ice Cream I ever had!

Jamie's place was great. It met all our criteria for a good stay, plus. It was very clean. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well supplied for any cooking we wanted to do. Wifi was great. The location in downtown Port Moody was perfect. It was easy to get there from the airport on the sky train (1 hr. 40 min.) and faster going back to the airport on the West Coast express and Canada line. And maybe just too close to Rocky Point ice cream which we visited every day. So many flavours, so little time. And the local breweries are really fun as well.

Jamie's place is great! It's a cozy and beautiful suite close to restaurants, shops and the skytrain. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fantastic!! I just had a long term stay at Jamie's place as was working in the area - it was home away from home - the place is exactly as shown - warm, comfortable - great bed - lovely kitchen and there is even a Gas Fireplace - which was most helpful as we had much snow in Jan/Feb - it is a great location to get to local trails by ocean or lakes near the mountains - also very close to new Skytrain and also Barnet Hwy to get into the city of Vancouver! Jamie was very kind and helpful and I would highly recommend staying here!

I found this AirBNB very comfortable and great for singles to a small family. Everything was there that I needed. Ann met me upon arrival and explained all the conditions and services clearly. Great location, quiet and 5 minutes walk to a beach, 30 min from Vancouver

This place is wonderful; the space is even larger than it appears in photos, immaculately clean, and check in and out is a breeze. There are gorgeous walking/biking paths through forested parks along the port only a few minutes walk away. The breweries/restaurants of Port Moody are only a five minute drive or a wonderful 40 minute walk. The space itself is incredibly comfortable; open and clean. We only stayed for a short trip, but I would happily spend longer durations here! TV access, good wifi, great amenities. (The towels are big and soft and she left a bowl of fruit on the counter for the morning!) If I come back to the area, I would love to stay again at Marnie's place.

What a GREAT find, just 30 min drive east of Vancouver!  Marnie is an extra special host, who takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and happy and responds quickly to your emails & requests.  The suite looks exactly as it does in the photos, i.e., Bright, spacious, modern & clean. The kitchen has everything you need and you can see a lot of care went into planning it. There is a lovely, private backyard overlooking the water with a table & chairs where we could eat or just relax. It’s a quiet, residential area with lots of trails, parks & playgrounds nearby. We even saw 3 deer, walking along the street one day!  We did some exploring in the neighbourhood and found lovely little shopping areas nearby with a great selection of food stores.  A 5 minute drive, will take you to Coquitlam, another great area with restaurants, an Aquatic Centre & gym, malls, etc. (Marnie gave us a list of nearby shopping areas). There is a bus stop just across the street that can take you to the local areas or the train. We visit Vancouver often to see family & will certainly book with Marnie again. I have no hesitation in HIGHLY recommending this Airbnb suite!

A great location in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to enjoy the amenities and surroundings of Port Moody. The place itself was exactly as represented in the photos and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in and out process was super easy and the hosts were always easily accessible during the stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Port Moody.

That was our 2nd stay and the new bunk bed was a nice surprise combined with an upgraded TV! Keep up the good work.

Apartment was exactly as described and Marietta was very responsive whenever I needed her help. The kitchen got all you need to cook up a feast. Will definitely consider her place next time I am in Port Moody.

We had the most wonderful stay in Port Moody, Vancouver - the suite was perfectly as described and more! Everything had been thought of and the host was super helpful and friendly :) Ideal location for us and a really lovely neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful beach/lake just a short bus trip away! A fantastic holiday for me and my children to remember forever.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we were extremely happy with the results. Maizy Mae was an incredible host and met all of our expectations - great location, quiet neighborhood, private, clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, wifi, washer and dryer with all the comforts of home. Communications were excellent and easy to understand and checkout was a breeze. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay and would stay here again.

We were very pleased with this bright accommodation. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood close to many amenities. We were visiting family in Coquitlam so it was perfect. The apartment was well stocked with everything from toiletries to packages food in the pantry. The washer and dryer were very handy with our infant grandson. Everything was soulless lay clean and we will be back to rent again.

We spent a week in June 2016 at Kevin and Pauline wonderful apartment. Everything was as good or better than described in the listing. Kevin and Pauline were wonderful, welcoming and helpful hosts, the apartment was very clean and high class from the kitchen counter to the bathroom and bedding everything was high quality, which made us feel pampered. There was even coffee, juice, water, oatmeal in the kitchen waiting for us. Our hosts were very accommodating with our arrival time, and even helped out with a first aid kit one night when our daughter got a splinter in her foot at the playground. The apartment's location was great for us (3 min from downtown Port Moody, 7 mins from Belcara park). Great sushi restaurants everywhere. We feel the value is great for the price - better than at a hotel. We can highly recommend Nature's Door to anyone. We'll try to return for sure next time we visit the area.

Kevin and Pauline are lovely hosts. Their home is simply beautiful, and the guest suite is no exception. It's private, cozy, very clean and a great space in a great location. They are a short drive to Rocky Point and Newport Village which are great for walks, shopping and eating out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

We had such a wonderful stay at this inviting, comfortable and beautifully appointed suite, everything here is absolutely immaculate, clean and fresh! Kevin and Pauline, you were welcoming and helpful and we would love to stay here again when visiting Vancouver! It felt so nice to come 'home' to such a perfect place at the end of our busy days and the bed was sooo comfortable, we could not have stayed anywhere nicer! The surrounding homes and area were beautiful too and we would have loved to have had more time to explore, maybe next time? We don't travel to the mainland often, but we will always remember this visit! Thank you both so much for providing us weary travellers such a perfect refuge!

What a delight! This new suite was so lovely and well-appointed. The perfect calming complement to my busy weekend of family events scheduled nearby. Everything about my stay made me feel at home. Nice touches like extra fluffy towels, large spaces (including full kitchen), 2 tvs, soft drinks and juice in the fridge, and especially the glowing "fire" where I found the the perfect spot for my yoga mat. I would stay here again and I might copy a few of the decorating ideas. :) Very thoughtful hosts! Thanks again!

Kevin and Pauline are wonderful hosts, making themselves very available to us and were highly accommodating. Kevin gave us a quick tour of the suite which was great - definitely a wonderful relaxing place to stay! It was a beautiful 1.5hr drive to Whistler and 1hr to Squamish where we enjoyed a ski and hike day.

My stay with Courtney and Taryn was perfect. They were so welcoming and also gave me complete privacy after check in. Their suite is spotless, cozy and comfortable. There is all of the comforts of home and more. Even coffee, extra toiletries and condiments if needed. They responded extremely quickly to messages and were a pleasure to communicate with.

Courtney and Taryn met us before the agreed check in time. We were made to feel welcome and were shown around the suite.

Loved our stay. It is a basement suite in an older home...but it is roomy and has really large windows, so it does not seem like a basement. The view is great and with the nice weather we're able to sit outside at times to enjoy it. The garden is lovely. There are lots of steps to get to the suite as the house is on a hill. Not a problem for us. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Nice and cozy

The location is quite nice and in a really good neighborhood. Right off the hwy and easy transit to get to Vancouver. You also have a skytrain within a 5 minute Drive. This location does really well due the fact you have a mall, wallmart and quite a few restaurants. i recommend stopping by the Keg. Overall, i felt this housing accomodation is perfect for the traveler. The only recommendation, i would recommend is a bigger tv. All in all, I felt for the price and the location a really good spot.

Great bang for your buck! I worked remotely from here for three days and it was an ideal remote office with a good desk and fast wifi. The town of Coquitlam has an awesome aquatic center, which is only 5mins away. There's also lots of supermarkets, restaurants and a casino. The drive from Vancouver can take an hour with traffic, but it's close to the sky trains so you can always park and commute.

The location is in a quiet residential subdivision bordering a mountain green space. The twists and turns accessing the location would have been a bit like snakes and ladders without GPS. Kathryn met us as planned. The "private" access to the suite is thru a coded garage. No problem. The suite is large enough to be comfortable. All amenities are provided. Very nice and comfortable bed/linens! Great WiFi. Nice touch to have all the bits and pieces for tea/coffee etc. Kudos

Myself and my boyfriend really appreciated our stay at Matthew's home. Matthew and his wife made sure we had all our questions answers and felt right at home navigating their scenic neighbourhood. Their home was incredibly clean, cosy and quiet with some great breweries and hiking spots easily accessible nearby. The time and thought that they took to include snacks, maps and an information booklet was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend their location to others!

The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable in their home. They gave us privacy and were very kind to take in a family with a toddler. The location was very good for our needs as we had a car and could gain easy access to our chosen sights very easily.

The house was gorgeous and spotless. Room had access to back yard with lovely view. Hosts were so nice and friendly. We got very good breakfast everyday with coffee latte and smoothie :) Couldn't be better than that.price is really reasonable. I will go back for sure. Thanks a lot Donna and and Marcel. An excellent second stay with these lovely hosts. Extremely comfortable room and facilities. Choice of delicious breakfasts to suit my tastes and requests, and at various times to suit my personal agenda. Was even allowed to have my 5year old granddaughter to have asleep over with me, which was very special. Many thanks to Donna and Marcel.

The great satisfaction, the temperature of the room, cleanliness, check in. Gooood !!!

We requested to check in an hour earlier (2pm) but Cathy never gave us a solid confirmation and left us hanging. We did not have a passcode to enter the house/room we supposedly booked, up until when we arrived at 3pm. That gives guests uneasy feelings about the booking as it may appear phoney. We rang the doorbell at the front door and had to wait a bit before Cathy and another lady opened the door. She brought us to the room going through the side door, gave us the key, then sent us the passcode via email. We were told the room was not ready yet and will be cleaned up later. The next morning at 6am, someone was vacuuming upstairs and we were woken up by the loud noises and it did not stop until 7am. We did not get instructions on what to do with the key upon departure so we left it in the room.

I had a great stay at Cathy's place. Very clean and in a quite neighborhood but still good to reach the city. Also met some nice people. Just the bed could be a little bit softer.
