En bordure de la Bastide, à 5mn de la gare et du canal du midi (à pied) et 30mn de la Cité (à pied) en passant par le centre ville, le gite de Prosper vous propose une halte paisible. Parking gratuit. Ce T2 en rez de jardin, avec sa terrasse privative, les arbres, offre tout le confort : cuisine équipée, espace bureau, chambre agréable, coin salon. Il est aussi possible de garer son vélo à l'abri (local clos sécurisé) ; les propriétaires seront heureux de partager leurs circuits et expériences.

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

This gîte has a gorgeous private garden with views of the distant Pyrénées. This stunning glass fronted gîte comes with it's own terrace where you can soak up the sun. It has a summer kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you'll find an open-planned space equipped with modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two double bedrooms - one separate with views of the garden and countryside, the other on a mezzanine level, please note that there is a low beam in this area.

The accommodation comprises a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with bay windows, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink, 2 terraces. It is surrounded by meadows and forests. The altitude is 750m, the distance to Foix 5km. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and essential cooking product are provided. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.

Here are plenty of walks to be had around the gîte, and if you enjoy hiking or cycling, this is the ideal place, with its footpaths and the "voie verte" ! Mirepoix, Carcassonne, Fanjeaux, Chalabre, Camon, the Cathar castles are close. To diversify your activities, the sea is just 1h20 away and ski resorts are only 1h away.
