The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living-bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Crib can be added on request. A large garden with seating areas and sunbathing lawn can also be used. Smaller pets allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the centre of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all the shopping facilities are within walking distance. Corvey Castle as a Unesco World Heritage Site is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, only about 500 m from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the leisure lake complex with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Mono im Teuto

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture, including pine wood. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
