Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bed linen & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. Idyllic cottage to yourself in Giethoorn

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like a fairytale book! It's like really living in authentic Giethoorn for a while. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found within a 5-minute walk. Without hordes of tourists. (South). Unfortunately not suitable for children from 0 to 7. (Also not for walker and wheelchair.)
